The best Mexican market in the area. Very busy on the weekends because they serve menudo and birria on the weekends. This is one or the most popular Mexican grocery store in Carson city.

Only come here for their amazing tacos and pastries. Tacos are the best Ive ever had, meat is soft and flavorful, with the cilantro, lime, onion fixings, and the pastries are baked fresh. A must visit for me every time Im in town.

Both a grocery store and a small restaurant/food stand are located here. I highly recommend the food stand. Everything Ive ordered has been decently priced, served fast, and has amazing flavor. Definitely try this out on your next lunch break, but note that there is usually a lunch rush due to how good it is.

I just happened to pull into the parking lot to look for someplace to get fruit, best thing I could have done. Wife went in and was in there 30min. Came out happy as all. Like other posts the food is great especially if you like pork and all kinds of tropical fruit.

The asada fries are the best I have ever had. The service is great and make you feel welcome. Very clean and conscious of the covid world we live in. Great place

The tacos are way better in the morning. The morning cook actually seasons the meat to give it flavor. The afternoon cook puts zero seasoning on it, they are very bland. Always order your tacos in the morning!!!

Great place for Mexican food

I grew up in Texas eating Tex-Mex. I moved to WA and all Mexican food was tasteless & bland... & soupy. I moved to Reno 4 years ago in hopes that I could find the flavors I missed from Texas. It is here in abundance. The people running the grocery & restaurant are AMAZING! My favorite is the meat market... Best meat I’ve seen in 20 years besides butchering my own cow. The breads... I can’t keep my husband out of them👀. They are that good. Then the restaurant... BEST tacos I’ve ever had & I am Texan & really picky. Love this place.

Well this was our 1st visit here, but their fresh chicharrrone was the best Ive ever had, the panaderia bread-OMG, YUM! Hooked me already. And a regular customer I talked with, only had good things to say. So well be returning definitely.

They have good food but the employees are very rude for example once I went there and I said can I get some salsa so she gave me the salsas but almost throwing it at me so overall good food but rude employees

The prepared food is great. Seating area is small and its always busy so plan on possibly taking it to go. Market items are a bit over priced but hard to find at other stores so I guess its worth it. Meat department has fresh meat at reasonable prices.

I dont really go here anymore . I love chicharrones! But i went here just for this item she seen me and started speaking Spanish. I told here what i wanted in English. She dug around and found me the hardest chicharrones I have ever had. Sooo if your a whiteiexn like me be careful what you order

I live in Reno but sometimes I travel to Carson City just to eat at Centro Market. The meat market has a vast selection of cuts and the bakery is top notch. They carry a variety of Mexican products and they offer food items to eat in or take out.

First time using the customer service area at this store. I shop for meat here and their tacos are the very best around, but had not tried their bill pay or check cashing svcs. Usually its a pain to do either of these but not here!The lady who helped me was very helpful, friendly, knew her stuff. I was in & out in under 5 minutes!You cant go wrong with Centro Market! 😁

I love this place and so do my kids. They always make it easy with cashing checks, buying food,ordering food, even paying bills. My kids love coming here and so do I with All the yummy foods and candies 😍😋

The first couple of times I was there to eat the burritos for great. This time the burritos were not so good a lot of fat in both of ours hardly any meat more beans and rice than anything I was disappointed because as so far we thought their burritos were one of the best since then we have found another place so now I wont have to go across town out of my way to get a good burrito maybe Ill try again some other time

I dont dislike the whole place bec thats where I buy some bread, good bread, but the burrito dureyama? with chorizo I ordered last night at the restaurant side of the store I thought was a rip off. It wasnt any good, and theres red color oil leaking out of the wrapper as I was eating it. Second is that the burrito itself was kinda dry. Uhh!
