Excellent masonry store! We met Dan out in the yard who had a lot of practical knowledge. Inside was Mike who was extremely helpful! Not only do they carry a wide variety of stones, but also patio furniture, fire pits and bird baths!

They were very helpful and friendly with helping us select materials. However, we purchased two separate size-ranges of rock and they delivered them all mixed together! The fact that we werent happy with that got back to the owner, and he personally drove to our house and spoke with my husband and said he wanted to make it right and gave us a couple of different options. We havent decided yet which option well pick but we appreciate him wanting to put it right!

I purchased pavers, retaining wall blocks and a water feature from Carson Masonry. They helped me out immensely. I had never done this kind of work, and they made it easy. I love my new patio, and the water feature drowns our the road noise from the busy road behind my house. They have a huge herd full of landscaping materials. I would highly recommend checking them out for landscaping ideas.

This is a great place for landscaping and masonry supply. If you are looking for steel, dont waist your time. Inventory is limited and if you need something cut, they may or may not be able to do it. Be sure and call ahead if you need something.

When it comes down to buying steel from them their useless. Their lack of communication and lack of paying attention can get you charged the wrong and more expensive price for a product. I purchased a 1 1/2 flat steel and they charged me for a 2. I needed to return it and looked at me like if i had changed the peace to a 1 1/2 and they played dumb with me. At the end i got my money back since i was getting mad for their games.

The staff was very knowledgeable and friendly, and I love their selection. They delivered the pallet of rocks and DG to my Gardnerville home - and the delivery guy was very nice and accommodating as well. The prices are comparable, or a little higher, than the box stores, but the selection is worth it and I liked the individualized attention. I will definitely recommend Carson Masonry to everyone.

I have had a great experience at the Carson Masonary And steel. Built a rock retaining wall out of blue river ridge patio 2in thick natural rock . I have had so many compliments on it and I just finished yesterday . I have never built a wall before but youtube is an amazing teacher. Also put in a rock pathway and outlined a garden of rosemary in Sierra Blue rock. I highly suggest getting all of the acid products to clean your rocks after using morter and put lacquer wet look. The rocks look amazing. Today was the finallly 2 Tahoe Sierra blue rocks over 1500 pound delivered.. Deen was an awesome driver with who thinks of the customer first. Very accommodating, took his time setting our large load exactly where we wanted it. He also gave us some other great idea using rocks in our landscape. We also would like to thankDaniel, Tim and Nathaniel for all the quick and kind service. Coming from South Lake Tahoe I dont even mind the drive, well worth it. My wife loves all the outdoor decorative items fpr the house and outdoor patio, unlike items you see anywhere else, and at very reasonable prices . See you guys soon.
