This was not a Sephardic item. Went to JCP catalog to find out if my order placed July 28 was in. Never received any email acknowledgement of order received by JCP so had to call 800 #. Told it was sitting at Catalog waiting for me to pickup! Went to store to get, only to find out wrong items sent. Got credit for whole order. Not good.

Waited in line for a while while the employee working was chatting with a customer. After more than 10 minutes, I started to walk out because I couldnt wait anymore and once the employee saw me walking out, she decided it was time to help me.. Their inventory is also really lacking, they are out of stock on two of the three things I went there for. This is why I usually shop at Ulta, but I had a gift card for sephora.

I loved to shop in Sephora Carson City NV but after today I will not shop there anymore I’m so desapoined, Very bad customer service from “Deb” she was so rude and unprofessional, she was really rude just because I ask for help, Isn’t it her job to help customers? Stupid old lady.

If Penney, dont put items on the shelf that arent for sale. I will never shop there again after being told I could not buy the shoes I had chosen...
