Me and my friends (party of three) walked into this Sally’s without masks on. Upon entering there was a woman in line who was also maskless. The clerk at the front told us that we must leave the store because we didn’t have masks but the other unmasked woman remained in the store. We are all fully vaccinated and have no problem wearing masks. None were provided to us but we did end up getting some. I find it rude to be singled out when other people had obviously been shopping and were allowed to check out while not wearing a mask. If you’re going to enforce, enforce it to every customer. Not a good look @the clerk who wears glasses is short and has bangs and colored hair. Kitty cat ears 👀.

As always, the associates were polite & helpful. Got what I wanted. Thank you. 😊

Rude right when I walked in the door, wont ever go back.

They are VERY VERY serious about all of the COVID demands. The shelves are always empty or close to it. Does no one know how to keep stock shelves. I stopped going in this store a few years ago because of the empty shelves & poor customer service. I couldnt wait for 2 weeks for an order from Texas warehouse because the cant keep stock in the Stead warehouse. I hope I dont ever have to go back.

The store manager at the Carson City location kicked me out of the store and said I couldn’t come in until 10am because I wasn’t a high risk customer, then specified SENOIR citizens only. So I sat outside and waited til 10am and watched anyone and everyone else go in and shop. Some woman who looked as young as 20... So I called her and asked her why she did this to me and no one else and she told me there’s nothing she can do? How does this store manager know if I’m high risk or not? I truly feel discriminated against. I can’t believe employees are allowed to treat customers this way. Terrible service! I’m sad this is the only Sally’s in Carson City. Unfortunately, I can’t go somewhere else to shop for my hair products. Very disappointed in this location.

Bad store. DO NOT go here if you’re African American. They have BAD hair products for our hair. The store workers are very unknowledgeable and rude I would not come to this store for anything anymore. Back in the day the store was ran a lady who made sure that there’s good heathy hair products and she was really knowledgeable. This store has gone down hill over the years.

Knowledgeable and complimentary staff ready to help the novice hair colorist. Sometimes it is just best to buy in person instead of on-line. I always learn something when I ask questions here.

I just went in looking for a special hair clip that I thought they could possibly help me find. I was greeted with what I thought were two very nice ladies. I was never asked if they could help me, even though I walked by them several times. I guess there talking was more important then helping a customer. I have never given a review before this just left me very frustrated😕

Based on other reviews I had no expectation of a good experience in this store. But, Ashley was working when I stepped in. She greeted me immediately and asked if she could help me find something. Having struck out at other stores I told her what I was after. Not only did they have what I needed, Ashely helped walk me through the choices. Because of Ashley, I had a great experience and chose to buy other items while browsing the store. Thank you Ashley for a good experience.

My wife and I went into Sally Beauty. She asked an employee for a product and was told if you dont see it we dont have it. The sales person then walked away. While my wife was looking for that product, a song came on the store Pa system. It was dropping the f bomb on the store sound system for all to hear. When I complained about the music and asked them to stop it, they changed the song. five minutes later another song was swearing over the store sound system. We put the stuff down that we were going to buy and left.I do not recommend taking you children, your mother, your preacher, or anyone who could be offended to this store. Chances are good that they will be offended by the customer service or the music playing profanity.

Due to my natural beauty, I do not frequent stores like this, but my son was in need of some makeup for a play he was in and I did notice not only a plethora of products but we were offered assistance immediately upon entering the store, which we needed, because were guys, and, because were guys. When my looks begin to fade, God forbid, I will be back.

I will never buy or support sallys ever again! They used to price match the boman book and as a small business at a barbershop they used to do this now decided to quit doing it cuz the loss of money well Ill buy no more products from them and they can lose more money and more barbers like me Ill buy my stuff online now I guess. And this is the worse location Ive been too. The people are very rude and unprofessional. But in the end sallys has lost my buisness. I would give them zero stars if I could.

This is the worst place Ive ever been to! One lady told me to bleach my hair and she gave me the wrong hair dye when I asked for purple. Waste of 30 bucks! I fried my hair and dyed it the wrong color for nothing. 😡😠😣😤

Help seems to always be slow. Sometimes workers are too busy with sales or?
