Visited the Carson City location. It is really small, but they had different varieties than the Reno location. I was looking over the yarn this time. Colors that I had not seen available online. Sometimes it is good to go in the store.

I love going here to get ideas and meet friendly staff. They are always willing to answer any questions and help you find anything you are looking for. It is just a calm and happy place for me to shop and browse.

Always a decent selection of fabrics and notions. The staff is generally friendly. Prices are good and they always have coupons. While a quilt store or other specialty shop might have more fun and fancy fabrics, theyre also more expensive.

Crafts and junk are fun. Theres tons of junk there. Ergo, theres tons of fun. Its exactly what you think Joannes would be oh, and thats a good thing

Used to have good yarn. Now the buyers are only buying acrylic stuff.

Dont expect your curbside order to be brought out to you anytime soon after you arrive to pick it up. My wife consistently has to get out of the car and go inside to get it just to find an employee has it in hand but still busy having conversations with fellow employees to do her job and bring out curbside orders.

Very hot day amd their air conditioning was down. Didnt spend much time inside because of this situation. 😞

Best place for fabric in town! I love that despite the pandemic, this business still offers great coupons and hours. Helps me keep my sanity😊

Good selection of fabric and sewing supplies. Not so great for jewelry supplies. They never seem to have a good selection of wire.

Great!!! Except for your ancient registers not working properly. Had to wait quite a long time for a suspend to go through a second register and I had purchased over 100 picks. Not the associates fault, they were great. Joanns corporate, you need to step up and get rid of your registers from the early 90s. Got a fabulous deal on the Christmas picks. 👍

Love the sales and selection of fabric. I came in right after the mask mandate and the staff was doing a great job of restocking shelves. Some customers were being Karens at the cutting area but the staff handled them very professionally. It was quite impressive.

The cashier was in her own little world. Did not look at us once, and has no knowledge of how a card reader works, or what an error code is. I think I will go to reno next time.

I believe the people here do their best. Be sure and download the Joanne Fabrics on your phone there is always coupon(s) to use. I like shopping at here.

Nice store with friendly, helpful staff. Good coupons & sales most of the time. Some items can be a bit expensive so I always try to look for a coupon in the app or check for upcoming sales first.Store is nice, clean, and well organized. Even though it is a smaller location than some other Joann stores it still seems to have most of the stuff Im looking for. They have a huge assortment of fabrics and sewing supplies, but they also have a fairly large variety of supplies for other crafts & projects.

This was such a great day at JoAnn Fabrics in Carson City, Nevada. Everyone was so friendly and there was no pushing and shoving like so many stores this time of year. The people who work there are wonderful and so helpful.

Did not have what I wanted and the line was so long!

Its nice to have this here just because it jas a better selection than big box stores, but it is expensive and even its selection only covers more popular crafts. I struggled to find some basic tools for clothing construction. All in all, happy to have them in town, but I find myself going there less and less

I love this store. This is the only store I go to buy fabric. They have a wide selection and I always find what I need. The staff is so friendly. There was this staff member who gave lots of complements on my recent visit and I never felt so good. This store also has a reasonable price range. Glad they have coupons.

If the store checkout lady has enough time to show me the coupon online but not enough time to wait for me to figure out the app its not worth going in. I would have saved $10 plus today which is a big deal when driving 6 hours round trip to the brick and mortar. Feeling let down by poor customer service.

This place I used to love going to when I was younger... it was the ultimate thing for me to do, get paints, and wooden letters and go at it.... well, now days, joann fabrics just isnt what it used to be.... not anymore... its small, alot of the items they used to have are long gone, the prices are outrageous and the customer service is just poor, and most of the employees have no idea how to help you. I dont even choose to stop by because they wont have what I want.... I will take the extra 5 minutes to go up to Micheals. Sorry Joann Fabrics, but yall are outdated, expensive and sometimes unhelpful..
