My whole family loves Target. I have been shopping at Target for over 25yrs. It has great prices and good quality clothing....sometimes the fashion is a little adventurous, but we always manage to find something. Its fun to just wonder around and find new things.

Great Customer Service!

Ive been a loyal customer at Target for 15 years and I never had an issue.Really bad experience. We bought a crib and a mattress online and I drove 40 miles one way to get them, during my trip to the store my wife sent me an email saying that the crib purchase was cancelled.When I arrived they told me that the item was ready in the store indeed and asked me to buy the crib at the store. I asked if there would any problem with a potential return at the UPS access point (that is 1 mile away) and they told me that there wouldnt.BUT THERE IS.Now I have to do another 80 miles round trip to return the crib.Nobody at the store knows how the online returns work. Do not trust them

Although the selection wasnt up to normal standards, I recognize the reason is due to COVID-19. The merchandise that WAS there was very well organized in lieu of COVID guidelines. The store was clean and the staff was organized, friendly and had taken appropriate measures to protect customers from anything that might cause them to get sick. The staff was friendly and took appropriate measures to protect their customers.

The advertisement in the weekly ad and online indicated that they carry Dry Dogfood- I and Love and you by Lovingly Simple.Which wasnt on the shelf nor a malar to show if they ever carried the product to begin with. Its a bit deceiving to advertise a product and ZeroPlacement.

The store was bare, many shelves were not stocked in beauty and grocery. The store manager is very confrontational when I asked a question about a promotion. I purchased well over the minimum purchase for beauty products, used the coupon in my Target Wallet, which should have given me a $5 gift card for my next visit. Since I did self check, there was no gift card issued. I asked her about it and it the credit was already issued immediately and she was very degrading and wanted to argue. When she realized that I was not going to just roll over and take it, she tried to explain her way out of it. Please, I don’t need that type of treatment.

It was ready fast. It was brought to me fast. Everyone was friendly as usual. It helps me when I get to the store and my toddlers fall asleep in the car and I have to wake them or not go. I love going into target so it won’t be something I use all of the time but probably the majority of the time for convenience.

The Target team member was very friendly, helpful and personable. My experience was a delight. He gave me some information I didnt know I needed and appreciated it. My purchased product was waiting for me when I arrived and I was out of the store in a matter of minutes. I highly recommend this process to anyone in the Carson Valley area.

This place used to be great, but in the last couple months it’s really gone downhill. Nothing is ever stocked, it’s pretty frustrating so I’m just gonna go to WalnMart from now on

Great service yesterday and again today when I had to make a return of two items. I had three or four different employees offer to help me find things. I had a list and they were so helpful and friendly. The woman in cosmetics very thoroughly explained your return process for lipstick. I was hesitating because I wasn’t sure of the color and she took that worry away. Great experience.

Great selection of merchandise

It was so easy to go in and pick up my order. Also, it being 10 minutes into Black Friday, it made it even a better experience. It was my first time doing online pickup. This was the reason for my score of a “PERFECT 10”

Since remodel store is not well stocked for weeks, sometimes months and prices are higher. This used be a very nice Target.

When i said i was here they came out in less than a minute

They refunded our money.We bought eight $50 Disney gift cards because they were out of the larger quantities. One of the cards wasn’t activated and it didn’t match any of the cards on the receipt. I don’t know this could have happened, but I always worry about this when buying gift cards. Check your card numbers carefully before you leave the store.

I always leave this location with a smile; impressed by the employees, their professionalism, both willingness and ability to help locate items, to assist with Baby Registration from start to finish, and to complete my Target experience with fresh popcorn. Target just wouldnt be Target without the popcorn! Well organized and clean as well.

This store is definitely one of my top 3 favorite department stores in this city. I like the variety of products and the quality. Prices are higher on some things but there are also plenty deals & discounts too. I like my Target card which gives me additional savings. The store layout does not seem over-packed, cluttered or untidy. Its a very comfortable shopping environment. Great customer service!

It only gets 3 stars for being a Target and I love Target. But the store needs major renovations and the staff need more training on efficiency. I just moved here and my previous Target was clean, modern and quick. This one lacks all the things I loved.

Ive always had really friendly service here. Theyre always kind and helpful. I wish this were a little bit closer to town than it is, but the location is the only thing Ive found wrong with this place. They have much more sales than Walmart and are all around friendlier and better quality.

Front cashier manager is rude. The store is hardly ever clean especially the bathrooms. I used to work there and they never paid me on time. Especially with my last check. I waited over a month for it and nobody wanted to help me. I had to go online to get the correct HR number. The store I worked for didn’t know the correct information and they were less than helpful. I would rather shop and work for Walmart!

Very clean store.employees are always helpful. I always find what I need. Use cartwheel, or the target app for extra savings. Also red card helps you save every purchase!

After receiving a damaged crib from my registry I was super frustrated. I called Jill the manager at my local Target and she set my mind at ease. She found a solution to get my Nursery up and going and was nothing but kind. It was wonderful customer service all the way around. During this nesting phase I have been in and out of Target non-stop for the last month and their team at the Carson store off Jacks Valley was amazing. I would also like to thank Logan for all of his help too. Jill and Logan youre the best and you have a Target shopper in me for life. Thank you

Always been one of my favorite go-to stores

The store is usually clean and the employees are usually friendly. They usually have what I want and theyre usually coupon friendly. When the usuallys turn into always, theyll get 5 stars. But that hasnt happened since they opened years ago so Im not waiting for it and I will still shop here if I need something that I know I can get at Target.

This is a great Target. Its clean, safe, and rarely crowded. I only wish they had a eyeglasses center. Otherwise I would highly recommend!

Kudos to the gentleman that helped me in the furniture department today. He was supposed to get off work, but loaded up my item on hand cart, followed me to checkout, then my vehicle and loaded it for me. Great customer service!

I just moved to Carson City Nevada and Ive only found one target. I was pretty happy to see one kinda close-ish to my home, and with the baby sale going on right now I wanted to stock up. I was looking forward to my Starbucks treat too. When I walked inside it was like the store target forgot about! it was old and run down looking. still had the neon lights on the walls and old color coded department signs. and a snack bar with all the lights turned off no employees in sight. NO STARBUCKS : ( Ive never been to one with out a Starbucks. the dollar spot was tiny with hardly any stock. and there was like no shoppers in it i think i only saw like 6 people shopping. next to none clearance. this store was horrible compared to my beautiful store in southern California. maybe Ill check out reno to see if they have a better store.

Went in to buy one thing that was locked up. Waited nearly 30 minutes for someone to come by and unlock it (went up to two different people) and lo and behold they’re gonna help someone that just walked up to the counter and not me.And there is barely anyone in the store, so there’s no excuse for me to be ignored.

I love Target and hope Target puts in a store in Bishop, CA, where I live.

Love this store so much, Im in debt! Lol! Great materials and have unique stuff that other stores do not have. Some items available in other stores are a bit more but once the unique items, especially seasonal items and furniture, gies on sale, its a steal.

Not a Super Target, but they have a lot of variety. No fresh groceries or meats but a fairly good selection of packaged food. Nice employees.

New. Spacious. Clean. Just not a lot of staff if you should have a question. Quiet. Large, but understaffed. No grocery but there are coolers and freezers for milk and ice cream, etc.

Very disappointed! I know that your abled customers are SO much more important than your less abled but it would be nice when I go to your store that the electric carts have some charge in them, it was 2 o’clock in the afternoon and none of the carts were charged enough to use. Obviously they are not a priority as are your less abled customers

A large store, easy and spacious parking, very accessible. They have good buys and items unique to the Target brand.

I ordered an item online to pick up, which seemed to confuse the staff. Took almost 20 minutes to get one thing because their pickup system isnt integrated into their registers and requires they pull out an iPad and sign, and right when I went in their wifi went down. I understand the overall setup is not the staffs fault, but Target should have thought this through more.

Prices are good. Lots of variety on snacks. Good and healthier options.

Some things are more expensive than Walmart but its so much faster! The Pantry brand for Target has been just as good as name brands.
