Called tech line to solve an issue for a customer and i spoke to Thomas ... he was one of the most helpful people I have talked to in any automotive type dept. in years... then he referred me to a salesman Andre I believe was his name who was also awesome . the two of them hooked my customer up with a probably 5.00 part that nobody in the world could find but them . best customer service I have had in years !!! thanks to these two guys .

They are very polite and helpful. They only make bearings there and do not sell out of that building.
