Please do not by a car from this company in fernley and Carson city. My love bought a used car with a 90 day warranty. 10 minutes after driving off the lot the check engine light went on. But we had a 90 day warranty so we thought all would be good.He took it in after it took weeks for them to call us back. We took it in twice and both times the check engine light popped back on after 30 minutes of driving it. The first time the mechanic assured us if the check engine light comes back on not to worry we can still drive it and to call. They obviously just turned off the check engine light not fixing anything as it was the same code each time when we checked.After the second time not fixing the issue they never returned our phone calls. We trusted their mechanic and continued to drive it but now it has caused other issues causing a loud knocking sound. Also the warranty is up and its obvious they just kept turning off the light buying time til our warranty expired so they didnt have to fix it. Now we cant drive the car until we come up with the money to fix it. They didnt even correctly fix the electric windows that was promised upon buying it.They will not honor the warranty or only act like they will trying to push you out until it expires. Perhaps they felt it was too costly to fix so they were willing to lose a customer over it. I dont know as they wont call us to explain. All I know is they didnt do the honorable thing. Weve called and sent several messages and they ignore them.This was our only running car and do to the inflation and the car payments we are having a hard time coming up with the money to get it fixed. So we are making payments and paying full coverage insurance for a car that we cant drive.

Never ran my mechanic said the car was a loss and it was beyond repair… fast forward to today where they call me to BUY BACK THE CAR TO FIT IT AND SELL IT AGAIN do not buy from a car lot that does this . Not even 1 star. In late October of 2020, I bought a car from these folks, with extended warranty and such, this vehicle was almost 15k. Well, when I picked up the car, the 2 new tires promised were sitting in the backseat for me to get mounted.. I said fine and went with it.. Whatever. I called several times regarding issues with car, no response. On Christmas eve, this wonderful car left me stranded on the side of the road... Thats right, less than 2 months later. What was the problem.. Well no antifreeze in the radiator.. Thats right straight water.. Luckily, I still had an ingine. That was rectified... Then on news years eve, yes, one week later.. Stranded again. This time because the overheating had ruined the thermostat. Several unanswered calls later.. I got repaired myself. Extended warranty not assisting me in any way shape or form.. And finally speaking to eagle valley, who blamed it all on covid.. Yes, my car got covid.. Idiots.. Well, here we are less than a year after buying this car.. And where is it? Well, sitting in my driveway broke down.. This dealership is the WORST in the world. Do NOT buy from them

I recently viewed there online selection,, i ended up finding a car that I liked for a reasonable price so i gave them my info, a couple hours later I got a call from a gentleman named Cory who is there online guy, he helped me out and then the next day I went to find this car, i ended up meeting a car salesman named Mike Patrick. Hes a nice guy and super laid back. He made my first time car buying experience seem pretty simple. One of the best experience at an auto dealership we have ever had, we had a car dealer his name was Ryan Haffey he helped us with everything, he worked with us until we were satisfied with the vehicle we wanted, he did not push us in to a vehicle just to get us out of the office, they definitely make sure you leave with what you want excellent service will definitely return for another car.

I really liked the guy we were dealing with. Sadly, when we were doing paperwork, we realized he slipped a service package into the estimate, without even mentioning it.When we asked him for an out the door price with no add-ons, he came back with a breakdown of how it would be “only” $20-ish more per month if we went for the 54 month plan at the 15.9% interest rate than if we got an 7.99% interest rate at 48 months!I’m a math teacher. That “$20-ish” per month for six extra months adds up to an additional $2780!Check all the numbers. Know what you’re paying for.

I was there yesterday. Ive never been to a car lot before so my uncle went with me as he knows his stuff. I had NO idea these things took hours, what with all the paper work ect, having to obtain insurance before driving off the lot, my god it took hours but thankfully at the Carson city location I wasnt bored the whole time and the staff whom I highly recommend were not only willing to work with us but helped a LOT. They even gave me a great deal in spite of my very low credit score and gave me good advice on how to bring it up.25 years ago this lot was a different business owned by a real weasel, that burned my folks hard. These guys really up the game. Well worth it over all. Go to Eagle Valley Motors, they will help you get the best deal.

My husband and I were looking around at some of the local car lots online and I found a 2014chevy captiva with less than 65,000 miles here in our local lot, at their lot in fallon they had a 2013 captiva with less than 85,000 miles. After test driving the 2014 and realizing that it had everything that we want in a vehicle, we decided to take the 2014. The only thing that bothered us was the amount of time it took (roughly 3 hours) to complete the paperwork including securing financing. Everyone there was surprised when I told them the mileage on our trade in, which was 6405 original miles and that when we bought the car it only had 3 miles back in 2017. Aside from the time issue, the guys were friendly and professional. We would recommend Eagle Valley Motors to any one looking for a used car.

Don’t go here but if you do make sure to check the paper work. Kevin (older man ) wrote that there was no visible damage on the car when I purchased it and told me in person that he was going to write all that in. There’s damage to the door, mirror, windshield not to mention the plethora of engine problems. They also said they will make sure the car was safe well, a car breaking down every 3 days is not safe and neither is the fact that there were no headlights. Every time you make an appointment get ready for a run around they never answer the phones or get messages. The “mechanic” can’t answer or fix engine problems he just cleans it off and says it’s good. Then Corey (younger man with glasses) doesn’t work on cars or knows anything about them so don’t trust what he says he’s the guy who makes the website look good and that’s all. Also the owner even if you tell him what’s wrong he will not own up to it and they all don’t file their papers right there are tons of papers of mine missing. If you walk into this place watch out even walking in you will realize they don’t know what they are doing nor are they organized.I’m looking to sue them so if you are too contact me.also

We bought our car from the fernley location. Have had some issues with things that were on the due bill. When i say weve had some issues i mean the service manager and i are on a first name basis. Sean, (im so sorry if i spelled it wrong) the service manager, has been absolutely wonderful. He has gone above and beyond more than once to help us out. I recommend this business to literally everyone i can.

If youve been looking all over, to get bent over, look no further than Eagle Valley Motors!Theyll refuse to give you the paperwork necessary to register your vehicle, and theyll sell you a lemon! Mine had electrical problems about 3 weeks after I drove it off the lot. Bought it almost 5 months ago and after countless attempts, cant get them to provide the paperwork necessary to get it registered, so Ive had no choice but to be driving illegally. About to have my first child, and just needed a reliable car. If I could do it over again, I would, and would go literally anywhere else.

Went here for a car for my mom. She was already approved with her bank. We saw a 2010 Nissan on their website that said “3 month 3000 mile warranty “ when we arrived the salesman said they would only include a 1 month 1000 mile warranty. The salesman then said they carefully inspect the cars before selling them. I popped the hood and noticed the oil dipstick was completely missing! On top of that the brake rotors were completely warped and shaking the steering wheel. Then we said if they fix those two things we would buy it. After agreement they called the bank and proceeded to tell us the bank was not cooperating with our trade. We were shocked since the bank had already approved her for the ammount she was asking for. After a full day of this talk from the dealer we called the bank and were informed they did not have any problem with the loan but in fact the dealer attempted to take her trade and give no money for it and charge her for the full new car. This lot is very shady! They also tried to tell us higher prices on the cars than their website says. And do not believe that they inspect these cars! I saw one with a dead transmission, one completely missing it’s shocks and one completely missing the oil dipstick. Their “inspection” is simply parking it out front if it runs! Shameful!

Just signed off on an awesome truck. They were amazing and went out of their way to see that we were pleased with the truck. Double checking the reliability and condition. All was good, took awhile but ended up good. Thanks to a great staff

Ryan was an amazing Sales person, his tenacity was a breath of fresh air honestly. Weve been to a couple of dealerships for my Sign others first time buying from a Dealership and I thought since he was at work Id drive thru the lot and see if there was anything he might like. Ryan stopped me while I was driving and was super nice! Understood everything I was requesting on behalf of my S.O. and he told me to come back around 4:30pm to go over the vehicles they had available.We came back at 4:30pm and was instantly greeted by Ryan upon arrival and then we hit it off from there. Ryan and my S.O. took the car he was interested in for a spin and came back and we looked through a couple other cars before deciding on this particular one he test drove and thats when Dan came in and fully explained to him how their deals work.Dans explanations really helped my S.O. understand the positives and negatives of using your credit with dealerships and or credit companies in general. So that was an amazing experience for him. I am writing this review for the Fallon branch of Eagle Valley Motors - Mike and Zack were amazing!I was in desperate need of a vehicle. My spirits already destroyed and broke by another car dealership here in Fallon. Seemed like all anyone wanted to do was tell me no. I dont have great credit and I dont have a ton of disposable income. 3 kids and and I am their full support. I needed a car. Mike and Zack here in the Fallon office were absolutely amazing. So the staff is very kind, customer service i would give 5 stars i purchased a 2013 dodge avenger with close to 60,000 miles for 11,000 and a warranty thank God because a week later it started making noise, the employees are very kind, I just hope I didnt get ripped off for 11,000....I just dropped it off at there service center. So to be continued.

So i went into this place and the got me an ford expedition. well after 6 m i got a check engine warning. went into the dealers shop and they tell me that its a cam shaft rebuild . over 2200 dollars i also told them that when it gets near 65 i hear a loud shudder. the mechanic says oh that sounds like the clutch may need to be replaced soon. another 2400 dollars!. well i go back to the dealer and explain this is not acceptable he agrees and tells me he will work on it. day 3- looks good, finance company is working on it, lets go look at a car i did so and picked it. day5-- still havent heard from credit concept but i will let you know day 8 -- same thing no contact from the credit company day 10 -same thing quote from Kevin the manager credit concepts is not talking to us at all, and i have other deals that are waiting on them day 11 -- I call credit concept and reached them right away, the manager says that they declined the credit 10 days ago, i explained to him that KEVIN said that credit concept is not returning calls. the manager of credit concept says no thats a lie and SENDS me the regection letter with the date. this place sold me a car they knew was junk, while they will say as is warranty, one would have to ask why the manager Kevin instantly started in with we will help you and yes your 1000 down on another car will work. we were lied to for 10 days, and wasted money on a car that shouldnt be on the road. we went to another dealer who is honest and helped us. i will be posting this complaint on social media and the coming days will be holding a sign in front of this business to try to help others from being victims

From the moment you walk in you feel like famaily. Kevin was the the man in charge, who greeted me with a friendly hello as soon as i walked throught the door. Super quick to intrudes me to Jared who is the beast that has been helping me the whole way, even gave me a ride home since the car I want is in the final processes of maintaince. These are honest and good people who want to help you not only get car you want but make sure its the best deal for you. Jared always kept in mind how much I wanted to pay a month. while we looked throught the lot for a car, unlike most salemens who just want the sale I could tell he really wanted to get me a something I like but more importantly worked with my budget. Seriously the best experience you couod ask for!

Eagle Valley Motors is the BEST!!! I do not say this lightly. I absolutely HATE car shopping. Jose Rivera helped us and he never was pushy or pressured us. He listened to what our budget was and what we were looking for. We even left and went to look at other places/vehicles. Eagle Valley Motors priced are good and they gave us what we wanted for our trade. Not that I will need another vehicle for a while now. But I will definitely go back there when we are in need.

I give them 1 star. I have never felt with such unprofessional staff before in my life. I bought my car from them in February, immediately had engine issues. They did find the issue and EVENTUALLY properly fix, but it took 6 times of them taking my car in for more than 24 hours each time. Not only an inconvenience but I have gone to drop my car off and the staff had no idea why I was there, thats frustrating. Or when I go to pick my car up because one person tells me its ready and I get there and have to wait an hour with my small child. Today was my last straw. I was told a brand new batter had been put in my car when I bought it, 7 months later I have car issues because that battery was bad, I found out the battery was refurbished which according to their employee is brand new... I was talked to like I had no reason to be upset. I would NEVER recommended any one to them. Save your self the headache and frustration. Sure they make you feel confident and comfortable with them because thats their job. I too will be contacting the BBB.

Just bought a car here yesterday and I can tell you it was a great customer experience. Scott and his crew were friendly and so helpful. He made sure I was going to drive away with my car.It is a perfectly kept car with low mileage. I would recommend to anyone that needs a nice used car.

Was an above average experience but I had to apply for duplicate title for my trade in and I feel like the dealership should have compensated me for at least part of cost, 60 dolars.

Havent bought a vehicle yet but Im trying to trade in a vehicle thats over 30 years old that I have done a lot of work to and they have to do an evaluation to determine how much I can get for it. Saul was up front and honest about everything and he will be giving me a call about the evaluation.
