DO NOT GO HERE. I BROUGHT IN A 1878 SILVER DOLLAR UNCIRCULATED, NO MARKS, PERFECT CONDITION. MIKE JOHNSON WAS QUICK TO SWAP IT OUT ON ANOTYER COIN SIMILAR BUT NOT THE SAME AS THE ONE I BROUGHT IN. I WAS distracted BY THE LADY GIVING MY SON A BAND AID. And sure enough I noticed my coin wasnt the same. I am beyond disappointed that Im having the place investigated.

So I am new to collecting and only knew that I wanted to collect Coins from the CC mint for sentimental reasons. Knowing very little about it all I reached out to NNC over the phone. I was lucky enough to get Lori. She was so awesome answering my newbie questions, offering education on collecting and ultimately helping me find just the right coin to kick off my collection. I loved how she was able to speak to the history of the coins and events that made it even more special to collect. If you call in like I did ask for Lori. I just received the 1882-S Morgan $ and I have one small complaint. The photo does not look anything like the actual coin. The coin is stunning. It is a BEAUTIFUL coin. The photo only showed very slight toning. When I unpacked the coin, and saw that the entire coin both sides toned I was amazed, and the same color. WOW!!!!!!!!!! I am very happy that I purchased this coin. As a matter of fact I have been very happy with all my purchases from NNC. They have a wide variety of inventory and are always getting new stuff in. I’ve ordered in the past and was very happy with the customer service, the quick ship times, and the coin. My friend told me about Northern Nevada Coin, and whenever we buy from them, the coins always look as good in hand or better than the pictures.Recently, I called and spoke to Lori who helped me with an inquiry. She was extremely helpful and guided me to exactly what I was looking for, which was not what I originally called about. She went above and beyond by looking through their inventory and quickly following up.

Went in to buy gold and silver today told the guy at the counter I had 1300 I needed a half ounce eagle and a 1 tenth oz eagle. He looked at me and simply said thats not gonna happen proceeded to the math and told me like 1250. I said I know thats what I need. He got mad kinda told me they had no eagles rudely. I said ok went to ask about gold bars got interrupted rudely again with (nope thats it) no help plain terrible customer service. I had 2500 hundred to invest now Ill use Ebay. I didnt even get a when or if or anything about future eagles Just waved goodbye. Not a care in the world about my business.

Immediately as I walked into the store I felt unwelcome and profiled. I walked over to the counter where two gentlemen stood and asked if they could take a look at something and tell me the value, they basically said get out of the store so I left and will never go back.
