Came here with a friend a week or two ago. The place was well maintained, and we had an easy time finding the unit. We were looking everywhere for a cart to use, until we saw the posted sign that said they were in the office to check out. The process was simple and the manager was really nice about explaining why they were in there. All-in-all, the experience was great, we just wish the signage was better so that people dont have to go on a scavenger hunt to find the carts.

Was not happy at all! You can only enter from the back because the doors on the front on both sides are damaged. I walked from the back in search of a cart (that was locked up in the office) and when I walked out of the building to go to the office (which was closed), I couldnt get back into the building. I had to walk all the way around the shopping center to get to the back. The only saving grace to this move was a pallet jack at the back door that we used to help carry our heavier boxes. If I hadnt already prepaid and it was too late to go anywhere else, I would have not even bothered moving my stuff in. Bad move Life, bad move!

Just got a storage locker here today and it was great. employee was very helpful and kind. their pricing is reasonable too.

DJay was very helpful and provided great service to us! He showed us two units which were both nice and clean. The brochure he gave us is super informative and helpful as well. Such a smooth process!

Very easy, efficient, and seamless process. Space is large, convenient, clean, and well maintained. The elevator and carts really make moving in easy. Michael, the store manager, is super friendly, accommodating and professional. Will refer this place to friends and family. Forgot to add, great rates with the first month free. Can’t beat that!

I have been a CubeSmart customer for over 15 years. This is a good facility and you can count on them to accommodate your needs. This is all made possible by Melinda (general manager) and also the district manager Andrew. When I had a problem they dealt with it expediently and with professionalism from beginning to end. This is what it takes to make a good place great, and they delivered.

!! RODENT ISSUES !!I left a bad review before, looks like it’s been taken down. i’m here again to say DO NOT RENT HERE. I had multiple problems with management and staff, not having access to moving carts, staff not being in the office during business hours, etc. This wasn’t the worst of it. After only 4-5 months of renting here I was finally ready to move my things out. Come to find out majority of my items had been ruined by RAT URINE AND FECES. There was droppings in all of my boxes. My whole sectional couch was covered. When I contacted management they assured me I would be compensated. They offered a refund of ONE monthly payment.($75) That is nothing compared to the damaged caused but at least enough to get my couch cleaned. Cool, whatever, better than nothing. Here we are two months after I moved out and I still haven’t been compensated. First they said they would credit it to my card, then it never hit my card. I called and they said they would mail me a check. Never got the check. So, I paid them to ruin my items and never get compensation. Do not pay these people just to let your items become damaged. You will be paying for renters insurance that DOES NOT COVER rodent damages. Again, DO NOT RENT HERE.

I had movers come and pick up my daughters belongings to take to her new apartment after storing them at CubeSmart for about a year. When the movers unwrapped the mattress and the sectional sofa there were large yellow stains and mouse or rat droppings everywhere. The mattress also had a hole chewed into it. I bought these 2 pieces of furniture about one year before they went into storage and they were both just like new. The mattress had never been slept on without a protective cover and had absolutely no stains or tears. I had to pay a company to come and clean and disinfect the furniture at my own expense which was 300.00. I called the CubeSmart manager and was told that it was not covered damage by CubeSmart or the insurance they make you pay for when you rent a unit. If your stuff has been there for any length of time you need to check it thoroughly when you take it out before you bring it into your home.

New management has really turned this place around!!! Would definitely recommend

Absolutely the best place to get a storage. The staff members are as easy going and hard working and very cool. They only ask u to honor the most simple rules there are and thats it. They also are some of the best priceing in town. If u need a space small or big this is the place to go too. If u can not decide, they will show u exactly what u are going to get. Not one negative thing Ive seen yet. Which these days happens pretty quick anywhere u go.

If you are ever in a need for a storage for furniture small items whatever go to CubeSmart. The customer service there is awesome .When you go ask for Adam he is the best he is the general manager there. He was help you save every dollar and make you comfortable moving in and out Ive tried Public Storage numbers of time and had the worst experience ever they dont know how your stuff come up missing they cant show you proof of who enter your storage they are the worst .CubeSmart is the best storage place to go look into that five-star ratings

Renee was absolutely amazing! She thoroughly explained the insurance and showed me an extremely clean storage unit. This facility is new and is up kept very well. Move in was a breeze. Great gate hours for access. Would definitely recommend storing at this location.

Seriously though 10/10 thus far.

Its not that bad of a place, I had like them. Adam is a great manager and Krystal isn’t that bad either except she’s not trustworthy. She makes promises but doesn’t keep them. They said you cannot rent a storage unit without insurance. I paid insurance from the start for nearly two years. They supposed to have climate cooling units but my expensive gel pillows got damage and the insurance refused to pay. Krystal promised to look in to it and call me but she never did. My pillows were in plastic and boxed how did the get mildewed? The third party insurance they have said cube smart is responsible not them so I’ve lost my pillows. Had to trash them.

Renee welcomed me with open arms! Excellent customer service. She explained everything in detail for me in this time of need. We walked the floor to ensure I had the exact location to suite my needs. I look forward to future referrals to her and hearing how well she did for my friends and family too

There is a new cubesmart near me so I stopped over there and the staff is great.The lady Renee she gave us a tour of the units offered us water she even vot out of her seat come around the corner open the door and greeted me with a hand shake. Can you say great customer service.I also needed a vehicle storage that this location dont offer but Renee again jumped into action and referred me to a sister property that has drive up unit just a few miles away.This is a great location stop over and tell Renee hello for me
