I just called for information about cedar fencing materials and spoke with Alex who was incredibly helpful, knowledgable, and provided great customer service over the phone. He really knows his business! I will definitely be visiting this store after speaking with him on the phone. What a asset he is to this company.

Good quality cedar 8’ x6” pickets I will buy there again.I have to admit there is one yard loader laborer that is less than professional I backed up my trailer he called my name and started to throw the pickets and rails on the trailer not giving a #s?@&” about how they landed I was trying to help but he constantly kept throwing the wood down not even waiting for my hands to catch up. No bueno!I am ok with the order taker with the glasses he’s been helpful 😑

Great and have a huge variety of cedar you cant find anywhere else.

Make sure to check all the lumber before driving off, I received damaged cedar planks that were not visible when they stacked/loaded the planks. These are expensive boards and they had deep groove damage on the sides from the straps they use. Too far to take back once I arrived home.

Call and order ahead of arrival. If you pay, it’ll be ready. If you wait to order while on site you should expect a lengthy wait. But, all in all great service.

Cedar Supply Is my go to place for all cedar products. They provided all the materials for my fence and pergola. In addition to very high-quality cedar, they also have decorative and ornate fasteners and other decorations that gives the look a certain panache that folks are constantly talking about. They are also wealth of knowledge on how to do certain steps/processes that need to be followed for the DIY enthusiast. Their customer service is incredible and I do not think you will be disappointed.

Really like that we hv to call in orders instead of going into the store. That means they carr about their customers.

Called numerous times to check inventory and place and order. Each time someone named Darla (not sure of right name) just hung up on me. The first time I thought it was a mistake, the second time, not so sure.

I am from out of state and was in town building a fence in Carrolton with my father. He is now retired, and worked in IT his whole life. If you met him though, you would think he was a wood inspector by the way he is constantly returning boards to Home Depot that are not 100% to his standards. He has done a few projects at my house and this is always the case. When I was tasked with picking up the cedar boards for our project I feared many would not meet his standards.We initially ordered about 100 pieces from Cedar Supply to do one section. When my father inspected them, he didnt find a single board to reject. He was so impressed, he sent me back up to get additional boards.Im not a cedar expert, but even as a layman I can say the quality is miles ahead of the cedar from Home Depot. Staff also answered my questions and helped advise about the correct types of wood for the project. Will certainly be using Cedar Supply for our future projects.

We called a head of time to see if an order could be filled. We we told on the phone that we had to come down and pay first. Once we paid it then took nearly an hour for them to bring it out. Keep in mind there werent any other trucks waiting. Aparently they forgot they needed to pull the order after taking. Finally fed up with the terrible service I asked for a refund. They guy then told be I should have called first to have the order pulled and ready. Long story short, I went let them waste my time again by going back there. I spend a lot of money daily buying from other suppliers but wont spend a dime here.
