Ive been meaning to sit down and write a little something about this place and havent had a chance. No wait! I have good reason. You see, the last time I visited Carrollton Tractor Supply I was browsing and enjoying my visit when I heard my wifes voice from somewhere nearby, Oh my gosh!!!!! Theyre soooooo cute!!!!! And at that very peculiar moment I knew that my life was about to change.Baby ducks!! My wife just had to have them. I knew it was something when I heard THAT voice any woman can give. You men know that voice! Im sure you do. Anyway, these dang ducks are a job. I didnt know what I was getting into at the moment either. And they mess everywhere!!!! OMG!!! So then, I had to build a pen for them out back. In the end, Ive had to devote a lot of my time in the taking care of these little rascals. So no review... until now!Thanks guys!! It truly has been a wonderful experience so far. Every time I walk through your doors I get treated very well, customer service is always A1 and the prices are competitive. I love coming here.

I was able to walk in and get exactly what I needed for my job site

This was the best customer service that I have ever experienced. I called ahead to see if they had a rabbit cage. Emma told me that they did not, she looked in the back, got online and looked at every store in the northern part of Georgia, then called them to verify, and then told me which store did have them. She even checked online with some of the competitors. Amazing!

Great selection, competitive prices, excellent variety. Employees are knowledgeable, friendly, and always ready to help. Anything you need for farming, gardening, or just around the house. They have hats, boots, shirts, pants, overalls, and a wide selection of socks and other clothes.

Store was updated, and doesnt carry Trailer supplies anymore! They sell the wheels and tires for their trailers but no suspension, axles or fenders !Had to drive to the Roanoke Alabama location for what I needed!

If you are delivering by tractor trailer it will be horrible. The dock was flooded and it is dangerously steep. So be careful when trying to dock there but the good news is that the people was awesome.

Went to tsc to get propane one day and they wouldnt fill because it was barely raining. Next time I needed propane called ahead to make sure they had propane and the woman said yes. Drove 30 minutes to get there to walk in and they say they have no propane.

This particular location is great! They always have a huge selection we have grown to love and I can also find help if needed or a questioned answered. And hell, even the old timers will shoot the breeze with ya!

I love this place. The associates are so nice. I know if I need help finding something, they will help me regardless. They are friendly, but you can sometimes be unable to find an associate to assist you. They have great prices though!

So I went to the store with your not everyday issue and the store team wasted no time in getting my issue handed! Big thanks to Tammy and all the other team members that helped me with my problem! Great customer service!!!

I love Tractor Supply, especially this location in Carrollton. I always get my horse/chicken feed, square bale hay and mineral blocks here. Sometimes, I will pick up dog food and dog treats. In the past I have also purchased boots, clothing, chicks/chick supplies, weed killer, gates/fencing and small hard ware items. They have just about everything you could need for a farm or large property. I 100% recommend this store!

Staff here are always friendly and helpful. Our leashed pets are always welcome! I love this place. It has so many products from farm and pet feed and supplies to fencing, tools, augers, commercial fans, spreaders, all kinds of farm equipment and nuts, bolts, cauter pins, trailer pins, wheels, pickup truck tool boxes and every kind of tractor hardware you could need. Great store!

Was looking for good flea and tick shampoo for my dogs and Tractor Supply had a good variety to choose from.

I had left a item at the store, had not realized it till I got home. Called the store and the Young Man that was the cashier when I was there answered the phone. Very respectful and a good sense of humor. His name is Cole M. He had already put it to the side and knew it was mine and had tagged it. Others in the store could learn from his example.I would like to see more young folks with this kind of respect and politeness. Some of the other employees are nice as well but there are a couple that act kind of snotty for no reason. I frequent tractor supply and have spent a considerable amount of money in there. People like Cole M., are the reason my wife and I return. Not because of what you sale. I can go other places or order my items online. We just like going places to look.

Please get more than one cashier on Saturday morning. I have seen the girl running both registers just to try and take care of everyone in line. I know this place makes enough money to put one more person up there especially on the weekends. Either they cant find any help or theres a bunch of people sitting in the back. The ladies at the registers work their tails off and I dont think that they are getting paid to do two peoples jobs.

Had a trailer tire blow out 2 hrs from home. Called this store for them to check to see if they had the tire I needed in stock. Before I drove another 13 miles with a busted trailer tire. Told me they were to busy to check. I arrived at the store with only 2 customers in the whole places. 3 associates working one just standing at a computer not doing anything. I asked this older grey headed gentleman for some help. He was rude and unhelpful. Didn’t even help me get the wheel and tire to the front of the store. When I asked if I could borrow a jack and wrench to get the tire changed he said no. I could buy one. They have a full service department that they work on equipment but can’t help someone in a unexpected situation. Very poor business with a terrible rude employee. Glad I don’t use this tractor supply often I couldn’t imagine that being the people I deal with every week.

This stores manager is an absolute nightmare to deal with. My grandmother went to make a return and there was a misunderstanding. Theres currently pollen everywhere and some got on a feeder she was returning (she put it in the bed of her truck to take it back). The manager very aggressively told her it had clearly been used. No, theres a little bit of pollen on it, which can be dusted off. Then he said it was a feeder they hadnt carried since winter and was trying to accuse her of theft (how can you steal an item that currently isnt in stock?). By the way, he waited a good 20 minutes before even coming out. The poor cashier called him at least 7 times and was very embarrassed.Ive worked in retail, I get that people attempt to return stolen items (or items stolen from other stores) all the time. But, this was a huge feeder that no one could ever sneakily leave the store with, and a receipt was provided. The only thing wrong was the little bit of pollen on it, which was apparently enough of an excuse for an aggressive power trip.This location has a great variety of items that are kept in stock, as well as friendly staff, but this experience annihilated my desire to give them any future business.

Just about always have what we need. A little high in price range but convenient. Lots of home decor. Always a long wait in line.

Always busy with not enough staff. The staff that is there are very helpful. Dog food is fresh and this is the only place I can find good blue jeans for work.

The employees here are always friendly and willing to help-- if you can find somebody to assist you. Many items are frequently out of stock, so sometimes it is a wasted trip. Prices are good. Sometimes checkout can be slow with multiple people in line.

One of my favorite stores, but the last two times I went here they didnt have the hooks I needed for half inch chains. And their inventory for chain hooks was almost completely empty for more than two weeks. Thats unacceptable in my book.

I dont usually put negative reviews on here, but the customer service at the Carrollton location was absolutely horrific! Not only to myself but as I was waiting to pick up an item I witnessed several other customers having run ins with employees due to their lack of respect and plain common decency it seemed. Unfortunately this was not the first time Ive run into this problem here.

This location has gone to pot ever since Horace was fired. They never have what you need and know they carry. The employees have no idea about their job or where to find or the knowledge to recommend a product

Well stocked. When they are out of what you need, they will have it transferred from another location. Great sales from time to time. Be sure to join the loyalty program.

Carrollton store has very helpful and courteous associates. Store is well stocked too. They must run a very thin shift because there are hardly ever enough people to run registers. I hope the workers there are not always stretched too thinly. Great place.

The service wasnt very good. The two young women at the checkout were more concerned with laughing and cutting up with each other than waiting on the customers and making sure the customers felt appreciated.

What? Its TSC! Kinda like pizza, theyre all good. This one isnt like the one I regularly use, but they have a great chain and great stuff.

Friendly staff that is always willing to help. Decent prices on pet food and supplies, but you can beat the prices on some thing at local feed stores. The medicine and vitamins are cheaper than at pet stores though so that is a plus.

The staff here are always very friendly and love to see the dogs come in! Great convenience to have when we need hardware or fencing supplies or anything else they carry.

I had the best experience today when having difficulty finding a belt for my mower.. Tammy took the time to make sure before i left her store, not only did i have the correct one but the best laughs and customer service i have seen in a long time..

Always a pleasure to go to TS in Carrollton, Georgia. This is just a little further away than the Douglasville location which is closer. However, the employees are so friendly, and helpful ~ I dont mind driving a few extra miles.

I love TSC in Dallas but the Carrollton location is frequently out of the items I need. They NEVER have the goat feed I use, so I always have to go all the way to Dallas. The people are friendly but there is little they can do when their store is always out of stock. I saw some comments where another customer says this location will transfer items in, but they have NEVER offered this to me. They always tell me to come back another day. Instead, I make the trek to Dallas because goats cant just wait for their shipment in order to eat.

I give it a 1 as far as the upkeep of the store. The rodent smell is horrible. I had to leave due to breathing problems. There is droppings all over the floor. You can see where the rats are eating through the walls.

The gentlemen that came up to help seamed a bit hurried..I Had three bags of food in my bug..And I have bad knees..It was like he was rushing to get everyone rushed out the door.. Honestly I dont mind standing in line and waiting..As long as the customer serivce is good And the Young man that was up there by him self seamed kool and we all knes it was taking him a bit..Cause three or four of the customers had thre or so bags them self..I was chatting with the Vet and his wife..And everyone else that had some stuf went to the other side..And i know i sent one over there cauee she looked like she was in a hurry...But any who..I love coming to yalls store..I may be weird but it smells like a barn..And i enjoy that clean bark smell..Wish they could make a candle like that..Haha..I know at least 10 customers would buy that..That would be cool to have something like that..Anywho..Thanks for reading this and enjoy ur day..Or night..👍🐎🐐🐇🐓🐄🌳

Call before you go in looking for anything specific. This is the third week in a row I’ve gone in looking for different products that it said were in stock online in this store. Every time there has been nothing but an empty shelf and an associate who shrugs it off and says that the counts/on hands are probably incorrect.

Great prices on large breed dog food. I have a great Dane, and switched to their brand of food. Not only did it improve my Danes health but its nearly 20% cheaper then a typical bag from petsmart. Also had omegas that petsmarts food didnt even have in it. When you have a great Dane. That 20% off goes along way!4Health grain free large breed. I reccomend all day.

Tractor Supply is our go-to place for bird seed and dog food! I have, also, bought several blouses there and get lots of compliments on them!!

Another place in Carrollton in dire need of improved leadership. I still do enjoy their choice of merchandise.

Good luck finding the right size nut or bolt. I think the employees just throw all the random ones in the closest bin before closing.

If ZERO STARS was an option I would pick.I picked the Carrollton location because they claim to have had all 3 items I needed in stock. I paid online and chose option to pickup. This store is a good 25 miles from me. Only 2 of my items were actually in the store. Instead of the manager (Zac) putting my money back on my card at the store, he advises me to contact customer relations. I get home and the items I receive are missing the hardware parts to assemble it. After spending an hour on the phone with customer relations, she informs me Carrollton doesnt have the hardware parts in stock.Tractor Supply Co. you need to do a better job with your inventory!!!
