I love grocery shopping at this store. The prices are fantastic. Produce is always fresh and a really large variety. There meats are fresh and priced well too. I like that they mail you coupons you actually can use! There digital coupons are fantastic as well. I very often find coupons attached to the products that are on sale that also have digital coupons AND you can use ALL 3!!! I find all my vitamins and medicine if needed. They have the most unique beautiful house decor. I look forward to the holiday’s and what I will find in the store. All the decor is unique and of good quality . From appliances, clothing, too household cleaning and wide variety of pet care you can find all you needs right here.Great prices and great quality.Oh before you go. Pick up some fresh flowers, stop in at Starbucks and treat yourself to the Bakery. Believe me you still saved money shopping here compared to the other’s in town. It’s all right there by the one exit. This is one of my favorite places to go….. Seriously 😊

Kroger is great.We moved to Georgia 6 years ago and have always shop with Kroger. The pharmacy staff are great to work with also. The wait lines can be quiet long some times. Worth it to me tho.

Most off brand diapers my daughter hates, but kroger brand diapers are one of her favorite!kroger brand in general had alot of thought into it because you couldnt tell a difference in most kroger brand items and big name brand. Clean store, huge selection of things.

Came in to get a Covid shot for my daughter today and experience a very hostile pharmacy tech (Lola) . I asked what the issue was as Lola had an attitude, One you could clearly hear I have a voice and see demeanor. I asked what wrong in a polite manner. She informed me that she was just thrown over here and she was trying to figure things out. Lola had a very nasty and hostile attitude. I continued to speak to her in a respectful manner as my son was there and she continue to be very rude and aggressive. This is not what customer service is about. I will not return to shop or do anything else at this location. Lola, your behavior was unacceptable. You displayed an appropriate behavior in front of my young son and that is not acceptable. There was a lack of professionalism that we should of never had to experience

I just want to thank whoever makes the sushi, i’m currently pregnant and i thought i would have to give it up, but they make grilled salmon rolls and they are amazing, so thank u for always having a wide variety of options!

I get there early in the morning sometimes between 5 to 7 a.m. and get a wide selection of short-dated produce, dairy products, and meats. Shopping here in this way has reduced my food bill by a considerable amount and has increased my health because I am consuming more fresh vegetables than I would be otherwise.

I love the fact that I can pretty much go into this Kroger & buy everything that I am looking for & then some.The produce here is outstanding & I like the varieties they stock in produce.And the dairy dept is always stocked with my favorite yogurts & cottage cheese.This is a big store,maybe they need a map. But the only downfall is when I applied for work here on Indeed.com,I was told that I am not needed at this time.But having talked to several dept managers & stock clerks,they all said that this kroger is needing new stockers.

This place was very clean the employees were so friendly! Even though the store was really busy they still made time to answer your questions so you can get what you came for!

Ive never had a bad experience at Kroger Marketplace! The pickup process is the greatest, so easy to order and convenient to pickup.

I don’t recommend using Clicklist at this location. They will say some of your items are not fulfilled due to inventory but when you go inside to check, the item is right there. What’s the purpose of offering this service if we have to come inside the store before we pick up our groceries? Not to mention it takes about the same amount of time for them to bring your groceries out to you. So might as well just go in and save time doing it yourself. At least you know you will get the items you came for.

Has dangerous parking lot and isnt very clean. Poor customer service. On a better note it does have a clothing and shoe departments, furniture, cleaning products and pet supplies as well as kitchen ware and small appliances. Has pharmacy with extremely poor customer service and ridiculous wait times.

Management hire rasist to work in the pharmacy and continued go allow her to keep her job even though she refused a young mentally challenged boy his medication so he can go to school. Said wed have to waiteven longer even though we had been waiting in the store for 3 hours. Plus she had the nerve to threaten to call the police because we started getting aggravated. This is a really good Kroger and was a pleasant experience Im a regular and shop here a lot and always have a pleasant experience excpecially with all the cashiers and one of the cashiers named Tucker we love him ringing us up he gets us in and out as quick as he can and we always have a good conversation, we do wish there were more baggers because there is usually a wait to get our stuff bagged but other than that all the cashiers and baggers weve met are super friendly.

I have not even been shopping at Kroger as much lately. We decided to go tonight. Two registers open. Long lines all the way to the isles. Had to use self check and that doesn’t work well. Can’t bag but so much there. Machine keeps saying bag the item and please put item back in bagging area and calling for help. Not sure how many times the lady had to come over and scan something so we could continue. Just open more registers!! For some reason the vitamins have been almost all gone since Covid. Do they not make vitamins because of the virus? Do they not ship them because of the virus? I don’t think more people are all of a sudden going to Kroger and buying up all the vitamins. I did shop always for them here. Now for a good while I can’t hardly find any of them. This store needs improvement!

Worst experience in the Kroger sushi eating area Ive ever had. I paid for my Sushi, drink and moonpie at the Starbucks and sat down to eat, I was approach by the woman working in the sushi bar and told me I must pay for my food before eating. There were customers seated all around me and heard her. I WAS SO EMBARRASSED, Im treated like a criminal, she did not approach others who were eating sushi

Dont use the pharmacy here. They never answer the phone and when they do theyre so rude. I dont know what I did to make you so angry? Just tryna fill my scripts.

We came here to buy groceries for my daughters dorm. Very nice and clean store. We found everything we needed, no problem. The lady at the self check out was fun and a very cool employee.

I used the pharmacy drive thru and the grocery pick up. Both were great. Very professional and convenient.

Wouldnt let me cash a check at 8 in the morning when the money services are open at in the morning and they wouldnt tell me why. Theyre never getting any money from me again. Publix is much better as far as customer service goes. If I wanted bad customer service I shouldve went to Walmart instead.

Great crew on tonight. Helped me thats the kind of service that will seal the deal if everything else was equal.. And the thing that is encouraging is most of the employees were young, like say 18-25 but were friendly, and enjoying what they were doing. No it just standing around getting their hours....... We love Carrollton Kroger. It is always clean and the sales are always clearly marked. The employees are helpful and kind. We can occasionally catch some of our favorite things on markdown and we love that! Definitely will continue to shop at this location.

Last Saturday, I finally came out of the hospital after spending 7 days in there. There is no explaining the relief of been out of the hospital; that is until you show up at Kroger for groceries and there is no one to help you, but the lonely cashier at the self check. It was around 7:45 am and 8:am. I wanted to cry because the task seem overwhelming and I was angry at Kroger. What happen to helping the costumers. I most have looked plentiful because Vicki came over. I said, where are the cashiers; I am not up to self check out. She said, I will help you and while helping other customers at the same time; she also help me. She bag my groceries so they wouldnt be to heavy for me to carry.I am so thankful to Vicki; pls make sure this note is enter into her employment record. It people like Vicki that keeps me coming back. Pls make sure she gets sometype of recognition this are hard days and I want her rewarded for her kindness. As for Kroger, at that time of the morning, there is a lot of elderly people that visit your store. Pls have help for them; I wouldnt want anyone to feel panic at having to check out with their weekly groceries.Thank you Vicky!You are a blessing!

I love this grocery store. It has so much more in it. It takes me over a hour to shop it when Im there. I usually stop by the Starbucks inside Kroger first. That way I can enjoy a cup while Im shopping. The meat department is fabulous. Great prices. Plus I can use my member card for even more discounts. I definitely recommend this place. God bless.

The store is very large. While the non food section is disappointing and very much like the dollar store in its selection of goods, the good side is wonderful. Its higher prices than Walmart but the selection is far greater. The parking lot is large and easily accessible. The pharmacy has always been very busy on the times I have had occasion to use it. I think the chief strength is still the selection of products in the various food departments.

Massive store with a huge selection if you need it, more than likely they have it. I cant recall a time when an item was ever out of stock. Conveniently open 24 hours.Meats are high quality and fairly priced. Great deli and bakery section.I will say that the aisles are rather compact and during busy hours, it can be rather chaotic and hard to navigate.Staff is ALWAYS friendly and happy to help. This store literally has the fastest (and friendliest) cashiers in town.

I assume Krogers Carrollton, Ga location is against clean restrooms? Toilet paper covering the floor, trash cans overflowing, and water all over the counter.

My family has been shopping at this Kroger as long as I have been alive. It is clean and well managed. It is a grocery store. Its prices tend to be slightly better than competitors in the area but what really seals the deal is that it has a wonderful selection of Kroger brand products that are almost universally even better than the original products. Private Selection and Simple Truth are usually much better tasting and better quality than the original products. Even the regular Kroger brand is better. When you go, pick up some of the Kroger brand pickles, the hot and sweet snackers, and tell me theyre not better. You wont be able to, theyre phenomenal.

Thanks for adding the Freschetta gluten-free pizzas! Even though its my husband who has to be gluten free for medical reasons, that pizza is far better than regular pizza.

I have shopped at Kroger for years, and with the pickup service they have, it is the most convenient, fastest and easiest grocery shopping ever. I would highly recommend trying pick up if you have not already. My orders are always correct, and they are rarely out of stock on items I want.

I work in the shopping center so Im in Kroger daily. I miss the smaller store but I like the market place because it has everything! Customer service needs improvement. Greeting the customer is the easiest part of the job. I miss the familiar faces of local long time employees. Free Friday downloads is a plus, great coupons & gas points cancel out the negatives. Also the Deli is nice. Great sub sandwiches & the best baked chicken in Carrollton.

Online it said an item I wanted was in stock at this store, I went and couldnt find it anywhere. So I decided to ask an employee if they could point me in the right direction. All I got in response was Oh I dont know I had been through the store twice so I just left :/

Well I left Walmart and started going to Kroger because the service was bad but I had no idea what I was in for! I had my groceries on the counter waiting to be checked out behind a lady who left her wallet at home. The cashier put all my groceries back in the cart ( full cart) and put my cart in another line where I was 3rd in line! I was penalized for the other customer’s mistake. There employees who shop for the online customers literally run all over you while your shopping. I could go on but I think y’all get the idea! I put up with a lot because I like there simple truth line but enough is enough!

The store itself was nice but an employee by the name of Lizti was unknowledgeable and quite rude to me when I asked for her help. i would have rather have been ignored altogether and i nornmally dont leave reviews but it needs to be brought to managements attention

They were stocking because the shelves were empty. Not at a good time I believe to be stocking every isle which was at 830 and they dont close till midnight. I was not impressed with that decision that someone made.

I enjoy shopping here. I especially like the health foods. Gluten- free, dairy-free, sugar-free produts in abundance! The only drawback is the clothing and produce sections - definitely more expensive than other stores. Otherwise, great store!

This is literally the LARGEST Kroger I have ever been in and seen in my life. I was working an activation that required me to visit several different Kroger locations in a two week span and this was one of the last locations I visited. They have everything and I mean everything! They sell toys, rugs, furniture, and oh yeah of course groceries. One of the managers who was very pleasant informed me and my co-worker who was working the activation with me that this location was 128,000 square feet and that they would soon start selling clothes. UNBELIEVABLE!

Good store, good discounts but dont use the Pharmacy. The pharmacy has run out of medicine for me and I was left waiting an entire weekend for it. Also, dont expect your medications to be filled in a timely manner. Ive had to wait 8+ hours to get a prescription filled.

It used to be a great place to shop, not now. Today no large eggs, they stay in the way putting up grocery, but dont have what you need. The old guy in produce was rude wouldnt move where we could get by. Most of the times no planes open or maybe one.so we would us self check.

The manager of this store is brilliant! All registers were open and there was no waiting! And they were treating the cashiers with treats! Very nice!

The worst Kroger ever! The majority of the workers are rude and all over the place. Management needs to better train their employees on how to be professional. Not only that, but they are ALWAYS out of the majority of their items. So, customer service is trash and do is the inventory. I would recommend Walmart or Publix over here ANYDAY!!!

This is bar none the absolute worst grocery store I have ever been to. Well start with the lack of any semblance of customer service, the employees will ignore you while they are busy on thier phone or talking with other employees. The store itself has alot of stuff but zero organization, the pharmacy however takes the cake. They wrote FALSE UNCALLED IN SCRIPTS in my wifes name 3 days after she had her prescriptions refilled they will lie to you and try to to laugh it off as a mistake. Oh and nevermind those old fashioned things up front you know the registers they evidently are just for show I have had to go to this store 3-4 times a week for thelast 7 months I have only seen them open once.

This Kroger is huge! The new furniture section that makes it a Kroger Marketplace is pretty great, the grocery selection is vast, the deli section is delicious, and the meat section has a good selection. Although the produce section is terrible. Like just absolutely awful. One time I wanted some corn in the shuck and there were literally two. Good thing thats all I wanted that time. Another time I wanted some kale and every single bunch had black spots on them. Most recently I wanted some baby red potatoes. For some reason theyre stored in the refrigerated part of produce where they get watered rather than on one of the tables with the regular potatoes so at least one potato in all twelve bags I looked at was rotting. Such a shame.

Love my Kroger marketplace. This store has anything you want, most of the time. You will pay for convenience and service.

This place is impressively huge and its employees are always busy but friendly and helpful. The store layout, however; leaves a lot to be desired. Many similar items are found in more than one section of the store making it difficult to find many products without seeking help from personel.

The employees are anything but friendly and act as if you are wasting their time. I used clicklist yesterday for its convenience but that is where the benefit ended. Half of my order was not even selected even though I know it was in stock, 3 items were completely wrong and when I got home my produce was bruised. From my experience I would say this is more a pick up a quick meal prep or a couple of items not a complete shopping option.

The management is awful but the cashiers usually try to go out of there way to help. Ive only had 3 or 4 been very rude or hateful. The most cashiers are very helpful and nice and dont hate there job like management, as for store being clean and organized its usually very clean organized is another story. The Saturday sales are always never where there supposed to be you half to hunt them. They are always out of stock of items. Click list is a joke at this store, if you coupon all i have to say is LORD HELP YOU!!!!

Since their remodel and expansion a few years ago this Kroger has been well maintained and well-stocked, and has an incredible variety of canned and frozen goods, produce, bakery and meat items. The addition of clothing, toys and even a jewelry store has not taken away from the fact that this is still primarily a grocery retailer.

Today was good, my only issue is the baggers. They need better training on how to bag better. They put 3 1 liter bottles in one bag so when you get home the bag rips!

This Kroger is amazing. It has a Starbucks in it. Its like a Walmart. You can buy clothes and shoes. They have a huge deli that you can dine in. A cheese and olive bar and a Sushi bar. The bathrooms are always clean. Our son goes to college here so we come here alot. I brought my mother up here and she went nuts over this place. Now every time she comes from LaGrange to here. She always makes a pit stop here. In a nut shell I love this place.

I walk over to get fresh sushi, for lunch, every day. Really good quality especially for the price. The rest of the store is ok too.

Out of everything I love Kroger. But the experience I just had really hurt. I am handicapped due to a injury last year. I closed up my mothers business and was coming to Kroger to get a couple cases of water and some Gatorade. Well the lady at check out was very sweet. Im still walking with a cane but I was in alot of pain. So I start to head out the doors I came in and a different girl walks up and said those doors are locked you have to go down by Starbucks. I just looked at her and said ok. My buggy was already hard to push and my foot already herd to stand on, and I was parked in handicap close to the door. I was really upset about that. Well I guess next time I will think twice and will not go to Kroger if I need something last minute. They might lock the door on my again.

Disappointed somewhat. I purchased several Easter items that were advertised at 50 percent off with my digital coupon. Several of the Easter items were discounted correctly, three baskets were not. When I called customer service to question why, I was transferred and put on hold for 15 minutes and finally hung up. Called again, put on hold again and finally someone answered. Her response was to bring my receipt and I MIGHT be credited back. My response was that if I did not get credited back, I would return the items. The response was that is fine. Been shopping here for years...

Huge store, but very cluttered. Interesting tidbit for you, in order to receive the as advertised sale price you have to have a membership card... Grow up Kroger and join the big boy non-member league!

I believe this is the largest Kroger, at least in Georgia. They sell shoes, clothing, etc. and are more like a Super WalMart but with better food selection. There is Starbucks, Doc-in-the-Box, Pharmacy, clothing, in addition to the normal food selections. The meat counter is better than average for a Kroger as well...selection for seafood and steaks are very consistent.
