This place was recommended to me to take my teen daughter who loves K-pop. She liked the store a lot and she found quite a few things. I personally like that it was not expensive. A good and cute variety of socks, a large selection of k-pop albums, hair accessories, cute play jewelry, hand bags, and so much more. If you know someone thats into K-Pop, take them here and theyll enjoy this place.

My little daughter love this place they got a lot things of her favorite Korean band BTS she bought a lot stuff is a little expensive but she can have want she wants right away, we ordered some BTS stuff on Amazon and it tooks forever. We preferred to go in person. Associates are cordially.

We liked this cute shop. It has a little bit of everything, k-pop merch, stuff animals, lots of earings, headbands, and some stationary. Overall merch prices are cheaper than other K stores, but mostly the accessories. The location is great because you can walk around and will find a lot of korean bbq and shops close by.

My favorite place for jewelry and kpop knickk-knacks! Staff is always super nice. Also Ive seen the owner be so nice to his staff -- it makes me wanna shop there more ❤

Cute k-pop tchotchkes, earrings, and some very shady contact lenses. Young woman at the counter in pastel goth attire and colored hair said her name was Vi, she was informative but very brusque and seemed slightly annoyed at either my presence or the fact that I asked who the licensed optician for the store was. It made me feel uneasy just asking questions. It could have been a late night for her, but I didn’t feel comfortable.

I’m just falling in love at this store. Cute items such as: earnings, socks, BlackPink, BTS, Keychains, etc. an amazing place to shop with friends.

Beautiful new merchandise that changes pretty frequently, along with trendy accessories. My only complaint is that some of the stuff is far too overpriced, but its understandable considering a lot of it is shipped straight from Korea, and the fact that theft is extremely common here (they have to put up posters banning certain thieves from entering the shop). Also, the staff are extremely kind and respectful, super patient aswell!

Large selection of jewelry, but a smaller selection of kpop stuff than expected. They still have good kpop stuff to offer though. Including photocards, albums, and pins. Overall, its worth a visit for kpop lovers.

Great prices on new-release albums, nice selection of fashion jewelry, helpful and friendly staff.

They have a great variety of products that appeal to persons who are into Hallyu or Otaku. Deals on Kpop album purchases and a cool assortment of masks are what greeted us today!

The store is ok. It has a lot of cool merchandise from a lot of different k-pop artists. The first time I went there was awesome. I shopped and bought quite a few things. But after the first time shopping things took a down turn. One of the workers said the albums came with a poster. And this was the MOTS 7 BTS album. Everywhere else I go to get these albums contain a poster inside but nope. Not this store. I only found out after I got home (long drive to get there) that there was no poster like the lady said. And yes the prices for everything is a bit too much. Lower the prices and actually be honest about the merchandise and what they come with.

I loved my experience, the employees greeted me as I came in and instantly asked me if I need help. When I said yes, I was helped within seconds and got what I wanted. Will definitely be going again 100%

I really loved the workers there!! I do not remember their name, but a worker there with I think it was blue short hair was really nice while helping me with my bigbang lightstick purchase. It was also nicely priced!!

The store was amazing and filled me with tons of joy! I felt amazed and almost child-like again when i saw all the adorable stuff. The workers there were super nice and were super helpful.There were the most adorable handmade earrings and for an amazing price! I loved all the plushies there and they had a huge selection of earrings.I dont know much about kpop but they had some amazing items my friend would have loved. (Shes a huge stan.)10/10 recommend if you are looking for stuff ranging from kawaii-pokemon-anime-kpop or just nice jewelery and handbags.

I really liked visiting this place and I will for sure go again. The staff was really nice and they had a good variety of albums and quite a few light-sticks, summer packages and some photo-books ! they also had official merch and some unofficial merch so there is also some variety in that as well. although some albums were a little overpriced, I highly recommend if you are near :D

Large variety of Kpop merchandise, albums, clothing and very pretty jewelry. The staff were very friendly and helpful. It is definitely worth the trip and I will be going back to shop again.

Me and my husband enjoyed going to this store. I bought earrings and husband bought a case the prices were reasonably priced. Would go again!😊 one thing I didnt like was a staff kept following us around... which was uncomfortable.

I have been to this store a few times. The first time I had an awesome experience the staff seemed helpful. The last few time I had an uncomfortable feeling. I was not greeted when I entered the store and the staff followed me around the store. When it was time to check out the cashier kept her head down and then turned her back. I will never shop at this store again.. very disappointed!

I went there at 8:55pm today. But the store already closed. I checked the business hour on google. Bussiness hour is until 10pm today(Saturday). They didnt changed bussiness hour on google. I really disappointed. Please change the business hour.

They have cute stuff but its overpriced. The staff is rude. As soon as I walked in with a CLEAR BAG (not longer than 8 inches) they followed me throughout the store. It made me super uncomfortable. They followed me till I paid and even then the cashier subtly asked about the items in the clear bag. They didnt even sell that merchandise there. Unless you spend more than $50 they wont be nice to you.

Have a variety of kpop albums and lightsticks and other cute stuff. Also I found two 2NE1 albums that I have not been able to find anywhere or that it isnt an outrageous price. So thank you pinkbox for having these albums that mean so much to me as its what we have left of 2NE1 ♠️

Staff is very friendly

We were there the first day that it opened. And the owners of the shop were so nice and so kind and so helpful with everything ! The prices are great and their hair accessories and earrings are amazing! My sister literally came back that same day because she saw something she wanted and they were so excited to see us back!

I feel like some stuff are overpriced over here. I saw The rose album and it was $29. I was kinda surprised cause I could buy 2 the rose albums for $35 online. Its a good place! dont get me wrong but I dont recommend buying an album here. I spent $34 on 1 album thats why

That have so much Kpop there me and my friends love. So many Albums and they play Kpop while shopping is such a fun experience 10/10 A+ 5stars and the staff is very nice I love this place

So overpriced, but really cute stuff. Warning, do not take young children in here because they will want everything. The employees do follow you around, especially around the jewelry. They watch you very close, and it is uncomfortable.

This place is very cute and has a lot of kpop merch, plushies, jewelry, phone accessories etc. my first experience was really good, the employees greeted me with a smile and offered a basket for my items and left me alone to shop which is the only way i can be comfortable. my second time coming here was awful, the employees kept following me around and looked at me as if i was stealing which made me feel uncomfortable and as if i was actually doing something wrong. i get some people steal but not all and you should’t treat every customer poorly because of it. i ended not buying anything that day and left because i felt so self conscious and rushed to look at things i like. i probably won’t come back unless customer service gets better.

This is my first review in years but I had to write one for this absolute gem of a shop.Clean, organized, wide variety of products that will guarantee you feeling overwhelmed in the very best way, very affordable and most importantly - AMAZING customer service. 👏👏👏👏The owner and workers are so helpful, friendly and polite about product recommendations and returns if you have any trouble with the product. If you often visit the Carrollton town square area and liked the gift shop inside H mart, Kinokuniya, 10x10, you will fall in love with PINK BOX. So happy I stumbled on this place and itll be a must stop for every visit.

Very well organized. Upto date products and kpop albums. So many things to look for when you want to buy a special gift to a special one.

I was accused of stealing even after I emptied my bag was still followed even thought I was leaving the store but they felt the need to follow me out. Aparently I was suspicious because I refused a basket. Also I was apparently suspicious to her because she no longer saw the items I was holding in my hand ten minutes before which I put back because I had changed my mind. Incredibly rude and disgusting treatment. I will never be back nor will anyone I know.
