Stay far away. Ive never written a bad Google review before, but I absolutely had to after this. I run an online embroidery business myself and was looking to find a partner to outsource some jobs to. I was contacted by their sales rep Jacob and figured Id give them a shot. Prices were fair. I was given the catalog, picked some hats, and placed an order. I was told itd be 4-5 days after the hats arrived for a proof and finished product. Over 2 weeks go by and I check in with Jacob. He says there was a misunderstanding and they thought I ordered the caps? What?? I literally paid you guys for them. Then they tell me the hats I want were out of stock. He tells me they can get some other options here Tuesday (this was on a Friday). I agree to swap out the hats for others and ask for a proof to show the customer. The proof they sent me was a terrible embroidery job. The text in the logo was jumbled and illegible. I ask them to redo it before they run the caps on Tuesday. Tuesday comes, no hats, no new proof. They say Wednesday. Wednesday comes, no hats, no new proof. He guarantees they will ship Thursday. I try to get in touch with these guys all day Thursday and Friday and they completely ignore my calls and emails. Now its Monday, still no answer. I had to find a new rush solution and I am requesting a full refund. These guys are making my business look terrible. And I didnt even write the rest of my complaints in this review. Avoid at all cost.
