Well stocked and staffed store. Lots of furniture and seasonal products.

This is my favorite location of Big Lots. The store is never over crowded with customers. The merchandise and clearance items are good. The isles are neat and there is always someone around if you need assistance.

Found what I needed. But the store was a mess. There was stuff scattered everywhere on the shelves.

This location always has good deals. as of right now about half the store is clearanced in some way or another.. But whats great is the wide variety of items to pick from while still saving money

I was looking for a certain item for my garden. Walmart didnt have it and Calloway was extremely expensive. I found it at Big Lots and it was more beautiful than I had imagined. Also the price was very comfortable.

It is like a mini Walmart with comparable prices to Walmart. They sell electronics here but I would not recommend buying them. I have purchased three items from their electronics section, and all failed within the first day of use. One did not work from the get go. They have a clearance section, but I never see an item I would be willing to buy unless it was for a repurpose project. Some things I do like about this store are the prices on pet supplies, uniqueness of some food items (they just started selling gluten free and organic snacks among other things), prices on artwork, prices on furniture, and how they change their seasonal inventory items each year. The employees at this location are usually pretty nice. They also have a rewards program kind of similar to CVS or Walgreens.

Bought a bedroom set minus the mattress because they didnt have any in the size I needed but over all good experience but havent got it home yet so we will see once it gets put together at home

Usually end up here before going to another store... it’s super close to me so I stop here hoping they’ll have what I need. Anytime what I need is food, I end up having to go to the grocery store anyway. That being said, this location has been re arranged recently and I feel like their food selection has broadened. They still have furniture and seasonal stuff and house supplies. This is where I buy my storage bins.

The layout has been updated and it smells so clean and fresh. The store was extremely clean and it was very well lite. There was plenty of friendly staff to answer questions throughout my visit. I also noticed the quality of the products are of better quality and design. There was plenty to choose from in each department. Well be back for more the next time we are in the area.

Definitely not authentic Mexican food beans taste like canned beans then you can buy at Walmart the salsa taste like tomato sauce no flavor whatsoever very friendly staff tho.

Place was well stocked and they had some great sales. Employees were friendly and helpful. The store was clean enough. Some items were a little messy due to prior customers being too lazy to put things back like hanging stuff back and instead they just tossed stuff aside. Lazy people!! 😬😣

Its extremely messed up that when the employees get enough Big Lots Rewards Cards, that the manager gets a nice bonus. What about the employees that actually do all the work while the manager Mike just barks orders!! Ive worked at biglots n they do not take care of there employees very well at all!!

Ever since they remodeled their stores and updated a lot of their wares, Big Lots has proven they were there to stay. They do this by keeping their prices lower than their competition. Works for me!

Their customer service is terrible. Sat on phone 30 min being redirected several times and still no answer for a simple service as a furniture set to purchase. Instead I get “ You can try to call back because it’s crazy in here and it’s starting to die down so maybe someone can help you”.I’ve worked in retail and I know 10 min of time would have been plenty to check back room for a furniture set to see if it’s in stock or not.

Organized and clean store. The checkout is pretty fast. I have never had to wait more than a few minutes. Merchandise changes often. So if you see it dont wait. Prices are decent on some items and quality seems good for the most part. Returns are easy. Parking is easy -- even during sales or the holidays. A great place to buy gifts and home goods.

Had everything I needed. The cashier was very courteous and provided quick service.

Customer service is outstanding! They remodeled everything. It looks great!! The workers are so friendly and helpful!! They have have new freezers, foods, home goods and so much more. As a customer id say drop in and look for yourself.

Not the biggest Big Lots around, but its not the essentials. Their premade furniture section isnt all that great, but everything else is pretty good. Not a very large food section though, so keep that in mind. They do tend to put out holiday stuff months in advance, especially for Christmas.

They really did remodel. They have new shelving that looks better and they have better lighting. They also have a floor plan and then sop. Theres soft lines, seasonal, kitchen, decor... It looks nice.

Good place for quick gifts.

I’ve always had good experiences at big lots. Most of them at at this location. Just in the past month between 2 locations I’ve spent over $1000 on furniture and other small things. My wife bought a Christmas tree a few days ago and when I put the tree up only the bottom half lit(tree comes with lights). I did all my checks to make sure everything was connected properly before having her take it in to swap it out. The person who claimed to be the manager was very rude in her questioning towards my wife. My 3 stars is based on years of good experiences but if I was to rate this one experience my wife had it would be one star. This isn’t the only place to get the things I’ve purchased over the years and I’ll be taking my business elsewhere

Love what they are doing at this store! New flooring looks great. Once completed, the floor will be great. Cashier was so very friendly and I was approached if I needed assistance as well.

Didnt buy anything put the prices they had on sectional couches were pretty good compared to big furniture stores and rent a center. There was one available at 800 and looked really good. I will be coming back here

The staff here was very helpful. Even offered to hold items back if needed for a day so I could get them in my car but they were able to fit all four chairs in my back seat!! Love this location.

Bad customer service, very rude cashier!!! (Yvonne) Food is past expiration date. Oh, and dont bother bringing it to managers attention because he doesnt think its important. Ill travel the extra mile to go to the Frisco location where the employees and manager take pride in their work and keeping customers happy

Selection was a little light. Store is easy to find and about average in the Cleanliness department. But the variety and selection wasnt up to par (imho). No complaints maybe it was just a smaller store. Still gave it 4 stars

At Big Lots, I bought a lot of things! I bought a patio rug, a boombox for my garage, a phone charger, Dr. Teals body wash, coconut scented:in addition I bought some solar lights for my patio, some organic coconut sugar and oil. As you can see I got some interesting things. The pic I took is a metal art design which I am going to pour with resin with different colours to sell on Etsy. It will be beautiful. I did spend more than anticipated! BL has an assortment of cool stuff for great prices! I went down every aisle. I was thrilled with my purchases. Take some money or 💳 to get your thrill on!

Who dont like to shop and also who dont like to treat their selves every now and then. Experience at Big Lots they have some real dynamite people that work for them the company thats what I mean. I just enjoy going to Big Lots sometime I can find what I need in Big Lots sometimes they have some terrific clearance sales. You cant go wrong in Big Lots thank you so much for your kindness the staff :-)

Great items. Good place to find new and different snacks at low prices. They sell furniture and household items as well. The old lady cashier we had even asked permission from me before giving something to my child, which i appreciated and thanked her for...because nobody ever asks :)

Their furniture is cool.but they dont have pull out mattress couches.if youre wondering the manager told me a lot of people ask so dont bother.

The best Big Lots Ive ever visited. It was clean, organized and full of amazingly priced items for my home. Did all my Christmas decoration shopping here. Oh and the gentleman at the register, I think his name was Brian, was very helpful and courteous.

It has a little bit of everything. Fair prices. I go here for quick purchases when I dont want to go to Wal-Mart and spend an hour there. 5 stars if they stayed open til 10 at least

Food was very good food was very good; I had the chicken moo goo gai pan and nice serving good rice and yum egg rolls. Iced Tea was excellent. Service was fast and pleasant. Nice clean restaurant with the shiniest floors (but not slippery floors).

I will let everyone know after I receive my mattress in 2 weeks. I was looking forward to bringing my mattress home the same day.I think if you display your Merchandice it should be in stock inside the store. Hell I need my merchandise like you need your money( in your hand before I leave your store) Now let that Marinate) you will not receive 5 stars until I receive my merchandise. (MAYBE).I do have to say that the employer are very friendly. When I go into a store I will test every single employee in the store on there training and people skills. 😁😁😁😁😁😁🤔.

I came up to help load a sofa in a truck to take home that my fiance bought, and the gentleman in the furniture department was chatting, laughing, and having a conversation with another guy while we sat and waited on him. He as about 10 feet from us talking and laughing it up. All we had to do was check out and go. It took me going to a cashier to ask for assistance for him to realize we were still there. Pathetic customer service and lack of respect or effort on the associates part.

I go there frequently since they are close to my house and they have several items I watch for and or buy frequently: Alder wood smoked salmon from Alaska around Christmas is great for parties or other gatherings, Anatina pasta, Old World Polish Barrel sauerkraut, etc.

This store has really cleaned up from when I first started to shop here. Before it was unorganized and downright dirty. I enjoy shopping as the employees take pride in the store.

I didnt really like this Big Lots that much. Compared to others I have visited, they did not have as much variety as others. Its also a little smaller looking to ME than most other BL. The feeling was a little drab as well. There are still good deals but I have seen better. Maybe its just this particular one and the part of town its in. They do sell furniture like the others and certain electronics. I usually like the beauty row. When I saw they are selling a nail polish for 1.98 that is literally 1.00 everywhere else... I knew I couldnt love it there! LolOn another note....its easy to find. Right at the Corner if Josey and Dennison Pkwy such I think turns into Rosemead. Lots of parking. Its in a shopping Center with other places I cant recall at this time (I just found it yesterday lol)I dont think Ill be returning. Not to this location at least.
