This was my first visit. Great candy store! Love the choices and decor. Clean and organized. Cant remember sales girls name, but she was helpful, knowledgeable, and knew her business. Extremely nice! Plan on revisiting when I run out of my treats!

Got to try out a variety of Taffy! They had popcorn flavor and Mango 🥭 🌶 Chile flavor! Great place to go if you are in Carrollton! I took the grandkids there for their favorite candy and new ones on display! A park right across the street!

I LOVE this place! It brings out the kid in you for sure and has every candy and soda pop imaginable. My favorite was all the satirical and novelty items they carry. They have lots of collectors items, eclectic T-shirts and one-of-a-kind gifts. I fell in love with this place!

Great assortment and atmosphere. I could spend all day looking at everything and still notice something that I hadnt noticed before. Dont forget to look up, theres a lot of cool vintage stuff. Prices are a bit high on some things imo.

Super candy shop in a great setting in Old Carrollton Town Square. Old candies and sodas as well as newer novelty items. Fun to just browse too! Clean and safety conscious.

The candy selection, drinks, and toys at Blooms are so fun! We decided to try some of the “gross” sodas, as well as the classically delicious Cheerwine. So fun, kids especially would love this!

The day staff member wasnt very friendly/helpful. Felt like was more of a burdon to her. My wife even greeted her and she didnt even respond. The store is fine and my kids do enjoy it. Ot is a little overpriced, but the kids enjoy the old school candy story experience

This might be the single most important shop in Carrollton. I dont see how anyone could possibly be anything but 5 star happy with this candy shop? I dont see what more they could want from it. It has old school feel, old school memorabilia, old school soda, new school soda, old school candy, new school candy. We went to a coffee shop right after went here and it was.a.perfect day of sipping coffee and eating Taffy. Check out the Taffy Catalogue courtesy of a closed.down library.

I happened upon Blooms by accident. I was watching an episode of Unwrapped where they showcased Jones Crushed Melon soda and I remember having it as a kid and I was curious about where I could find it. A quick Google search and it showed me Blooms had it in stock! They also have Cactus Cooler which Ive always been eager to try and great prices on candies and other things you cant usually find in retail stores. Lo and behold, they ship to Illinois and within two days, I had my tasty treats and the packaging was superb. I highly reccomend this shop!

I appreciate the owner John going out of his way supplying me my specialty items. Also Diamond was so helpful loading my items into my car and just overall excellent customer service. I’ll definitely order through them again!

We drove an hour to check out the shop and it did not disappoint! They have tons of vintage and unusual flavored candy and drinks. Plus a ton of cult classic memorabilia and unique gifts.

Great shop though my favorite part is the soda pops you can get from different parts of the country. My Kentucky bf was able to get his Ale 8 and I got my precious Cheerwine. They also have a variety of candy and toys. Things feel a little expensive, but its ok, since where else can you find a lot of these things?

I ordered some weird sodas for a friend the package was damaged in transit not due to the mistake of the company. They were very nice and replaced everything right away. I came in, looking for two specific hard to find Bottled sodas. They were out of stock on one, but promised to hold a six pack for me when it came in again. Past that, the person running the shop was extremely knowledgeable in classic candies and sodas. She helped me find some great drinks that I had never tried before. This store is absolutely incredible for its massive selection of candies and beverages. Not only that, they have a huge amount of memorabilia on the wall, most of which is for sale. If you love Nostalgia the way I do, this store is Heaven.

I usually never leave a review, but I had to. This is by far the best experience! I live in Georgia and I have ordered some items that are fairly expensive online. I came across the website and I am so pleased with the packaging and how quick it was delivered. I will shop here again!

Love this place! I have been going here since I was little, and eveytime you enter, its like youre a kid all over again! They stock lots of odd soda flavors. Its the only place locally Ive been able to find Spruce Beer. 10/10 always reccomend.

I love this shop. Felt so nostalgic and I loved the options they had on candy and drinks. The toys and novelties were so precious. My hubs and I spent too much, had too much fun, and will be back.

Would give zero stars if possible. One of the most rude and insulting experiences ever. I used to go to the store when I was a kid all the time. The first time I go back to the store and almost over 15 years and Im in there not even 3 minutes before Im completely insulted and told to hurry up and get out. I stopped in on the way home to get a drink was pretty thirsty I get in there that was having a bit of a misunderstanding on the pricing of what on where and how to read it. went to ask a question about a specific drink and the man with glasses looked at me with this very disgruntled look on his face and did not even give me the answer I was looking for I asked how much for a specific drink he said a lot. thats not what I asked. I ask another question about pricing and he got an attitude and said what are you broke walked up to me very quickly grab the drink stuffed it in my hand and told me to leave he had stuff to do. The fact is I was not broke I just didnt have any extra cash on me at the time all I had was like three Bucks enough to get a simple drink quickly maybe a little less but I had like three hundred in cash at the house. To be so quickly and directly insulted that I didnt have any money and that I was broke was extremely insulting and very rude for someone who had been in this store as a child several times growing up I will never come back again.

Blooms Candy and Soda Pop Shop is one of the most unique and plentiful candy shops Ive ever visited! They have most every candy from my childhood years that one can think of as well as lots of unique gift items. Soda pop, oh MY! They carry brands and flavors many Ive never tried while others I remember from years ago (legit- original Dr. Pepper!).

I absolutely love this store. If you are a candy and sweets lover, or just between the 1960s to the 1990s, this place will take you back in time. All the classics are here, plus exotic and international items that are hard to find in most grocery and candy shops. Prices are reasonable and kids go crazy for this place. Amazing real cane sugar soda selections. Highly recommended.

Great assortment of candy! Some old favorites, some odd bits for the geek in all of us, but lets be honest... Im here for the root beers! There is a wide assortment of them! My son and I spent a summer trying them all. We feel in love with Dang, thats good!... Its a root beer with a touch of butterscotch. Great staff as well! Though the prices are a bit high, we frequent this place too often! :)

This place is a treat in itself. If you are in Carrollton downtown to grab a bite or whatever it is that you do, make sure to stop by this shop. Many unique pieces and nostalgia. They also carry lots gifts, of course candy and pop that you cant find any other places.

Cool little shop in Dallas. They have a lot of the nostalgic candy & soda. I wish they had a bit more choices. Some of the items were really mainstream. But, no less, cute little store.

Love their mystery box, kids and adults can get equally excited getting and opening these.

If your looking for some candy that youtubers have even try...well it might even be there. They have from magnets to toys, soda pop, and of course candy!!!

I walked back into my childhood at this quaint little shop. It had all the candies and sodas from back in my day! The smiles and memories just flooded as we looked at everything. We absolutely loved it and will be back often!

I only went in for a few minutes but absolutely loved it! So many things in that store took me back to my childhood. I will be coming back and bringing my family with me next time.

Love this retro candy and soda shop. You can find so many different types of soda. Super cool for novelty gifts. They have everything from New York Seltzer to bacon soda. Also fun to look while waiting for Babes.

I love Bloom and what they offer but today I had terrible experience with an employee. I didnt get his name but he was rude from start to finish. I merely asked to see a lunch box that was on a higher shelf, a normal request, but his first resreasponse was to point me to a different lunchbox on a lower shelf... Ok. Well, I asked to see the other lunchbox again because that was the one I wanted, to which he complained about getting the TWO STEP ladder out to get me the lunchbox. I will admit, at this point I was rude back, but that doesnt excuse his previous behavior towards a perfectly normal task. People want to see what theyre purchasing and I dont see whats so wrong about that. Again, I didnt get his name but he was a heavier set man with bucked teeth and a bad attitude on his face, if thats worth anything.

Nostalgia and new products! This place is amazing. It has all kind of classic candies you cant find anywhere else, along with new things, imports, and flavored popcorn that is incredibly delicious. The toys and lunch boxes are great gift ideas - even for yourself!

What a gem this place is! If youre up for real soda pop with so many flavor options, classic candies and other treats you wouldnt find anywhere else, head over here! I love using my little stamp card to save on pop. One of my favorites is the Wailua Pineapple Soda. Its so good!

The place is one of the corner stores in Carrollton Old Downtown square. Is a nice old time recreation and lovely to take a walk, buy some old fashioned candy, some weird sodas.They have a great selection, but the atmosphere is the really selling point. First time here and I already know I will be back frequently! Check the place.

My wife and I visit here at-least 3 times a month! They have a great selection of vintage candy and snacks. They are always very friendly, and even when they are busy there is not a long wait to Check-out. You will have a great time shopping at this store.

Extremely over priced. We have been to a ton of candy shops with the kids while on vacation and finally decided to stop by one near home. This was by far the highest priced candy shoppe. And their selection really wasnt all that great. A lot of pre-packaged candy and 50% novelty items that can be found anywhere at the mall. A true candy & soda shoppe makes their own products. I dont think anything here was hand made. Seriously disappointed. On the other hand, the staff was very nice and friendly.

Only reason I didnt rate it 5 ☆s is because prices seemed just a little to high. Had a great selection of candy and goofy little gifts but paying over $2.00 for a pack of nerds gum is a little high to me. Still bought them though.

These chocolates are beautiful and taste just as good.The cookie butter is easily a favorite.Definitely would recommend the chocolates and will continue to buy these pieces of deliciousness.
