I love Einstein bagels, but my visit here today was quite disappointing in comparison to previous visits. Customer service was good and everyone that helped is was nice. The speed and timing was where they were disappointing. The bagels came out significantly earlier than the iced coffee and cold brew, so the bagels ended up cold by the time everything in my order was done. My bagel was lacking on cream cheese and had one lonely slice of onion. It was definitely a sub-par bagel. Hoping that theyre back to normal next time I visit. Also, the cold brew coffee was delicious, definitely recommend getting it.

Something is always wrong here. I don’t get it. It’s a high-traffic location, but they almost never have enough bagels made. They also take FOREVER. I’ve spent more than 15 minutes stuck in this drive through after placing my order. multiple times. The first time or two you’d expect it’s someone buying their whole office breakfast. Nope. It’s just this place taking an absurdly long time to make a bagel. I do not understand.The other thing that really puts me off about this location is one of the guys on staff here is almost ALWAYS in a foul mood. He’s rude, sour to customers, and acts like your order is a huge inconvenience to him. He audibly sighs over the drive through speaker if you ask him to add or remove anything from an item.Cream cheese on the side? *sigh*Add bacon? *sigh*It’s not every time, but it’s so often my girlfriend and I both independently noticed and have been avoiding this location as a result. He just sucks the joy out of your morning for no reason. 🤷‍♂️

Its five stars for the coffee. Its darn good. Bagels and the people are good too. But the coffee... Whoa.

Jesse was very helpful when it came to what was available and what was the best there. He answered all my questions and was very polite. I do wish they broight the potato and spinach florentine back to this location.

I am a regular at Einstein bagels, weekly 1ce at-least. I ordered through the mobile app and went in for the pick up also noticed that there was a huge crowd in the drive through. My order was ready with my bagels and my favorite caribou coffee.Dang, when I got back into my car with my fiend driving back home, opened the parcel with a burnt bagel rather than toasted. Very disappointed but got a refund through rewards via my tweet responded by @einsteinbros which is really goodWould have been a 5 star if my food was prepared carefully. Thank you Einstein.

This place needs a major lesson in time management. Especially how to take a large order but make sure everyone else in line has had their order taken before the person at the register fills the THREE DOZEN BAGEL ORDER! 🤬I only wanted two bagels!

Their bagels and coffee have always been great. I love how early they open, too, making it super convenient for pickup to share with fellow coworkers on occasion and when I do...theres never anything remaining at the end of the day other than crumbs and an empty box!

There is always something wrong in this place. It doesnt matter what day it is. I only get a 30 min break. I came in on a Sunday, they were packed but still took them almost 30 min to get my order. Today I come through the drive thru hoping it will be quick. I came in at 10:03 am, it is 10:18 and their speaker isnt working it says to pull up to the window. Still in line not even able to put in my order. This place sucks! They either need employees that are willing to work or hire more people so that they can meet customer needs.

I would like to say that I am not bothered, but I guess I am bothered enough to write a review which is something I would normally not be inclined to do. There was only my party and another customer with her son. The other customer, who approached the counter several times with many requests, was given her order (in her hand) when their order was ready. Meanwhile, as we waited and continued to wait we noticed a bag sitting on the counter unclaimed. I approached the counter to inquire since there was still no one else in the store at the time. Turns out it was our order that had been sitting there for an unknown amount of time. Of course, we would have liked the same courtesy and service that was afforded to the other customer, but especially during this time of Covid-19. The other customer was kindly handed their bag so I guess they didnt have to worry about the last time the front counter may have possibly wiped down. Usually we are greeted by a tall guy who is not only welcoming, but thorough so anytime we have seen him we know we are going to have a great experience...It is unfortunate for us this time, during his absence, this was our experience...just sayin

Downloaded the app to order ahead of time and pick up in drive thru. They were out of the bagel I wanted for my sandwich, but were super apologetic and made suggestions for other options which all sounded great. Very polite staff, fast service, food was fresh and very tasty. First time at an Einstein Bros and I’ll definitely be back.

We had a problem here years ago, but decided to try it again since I had gift cards, $20 to be exact. I created a profile in the app which generated a free bagel with a shmear. My husband ordered the lox with no tomato which was supposed to be $6.99. We were charged $7.59 for that and $3.18 for the free bagel and cream cheese. We requested our receipt, and when we pointed out the error, it was pretty much, “Well, I applied the coupon!” When we told another employee, they asked if we wanted another free bagel. My hubs asked that they just add extra lox to his order.So, we get our bagels. Mine is right, but my husband receives his with one extra piece of salmon and tomatoes and no onion. He explains that he requested no tomato as he cannot eat it. They remade it correctly. So, was that one extra piece of salmon $3.18? Seems like a bit much. The lack of courtesy and owning up for multiple mistakes blew me away.This is probably our last time visiting this location.

I really like Einstein Bros. The bagels are always fresh and very tasty. Something has to be done with the drive through. It is painful slow and has been since I started going here 5 years ago. They had 4 people working yesterday and I had to wait about 5 minutes to just place the order in the drive through. If you want good food, they are your choice, if you want a quick pick up on your way to work, may want to go somewhere else.

Requested to make fresh dozen bagels. They worked on my request but when i got home and everyone was ready to eat fresh baked bagels, we were shocked all bagels were Raw from inside. That sucks.

Theyre able to handle my random 75-100 bagel orders without batting an eye so thats cool. Staffs pretty nice for the most part. Oh and the associates love when I come in with those bakers dozen boxes..I tend to get them the fancy ones lol

Good variety of bagels and quick service. We dont have them in Louisiana. Always buy Einsteins bagels when I visit to take home.

They were out of almost every bagel except for 3. Which isn’t even the worst part just a heads up if you’re going towards lunch time. The worst part is that I ordered an egg white avocado and tomato sandwich and I specifically mentioned no bacon, twice. When I got home and opened the sandwich, of course it had bacon on it. Bacon is against my religion and I have to toss the entire sandwich in the trash. Funny thing is that there was only one other car behind me so it wasn’t like that they were extremely busy. Please check your order before leaving.

Didn’t have what I needed for my order and apparently to get a refund if you place the order through the mobile website you have to call a number which is a rather dumb process. Guy at the counter (named Mike I believe?) helped me and was very friendly despite my less than nice disposition and worked with me to figure out a different option. Much better than I expected considering my last few experiences with other locations are usually awful.

A perfect split between excellent product (the food especially is well put together and fresh) and pretty awful service. Ive been here several times and not once have I seen a member of Staff smile. I would give it three stars except theres too much competition in this market to deal with a place where you feel unwanted.

I love their bagels. Like I could (and have) come here everyday!... But man, their customer service is horrible. There is one nice employee (I wish I knew his name, he might be the manager)... Please be kinder, or at least pretend to care about your customers.

One time I ordered one of the lunch bagel sandwiches which apparently is supposed to come with a pickle and choice of chips or fruit. I didnt receive a pickle and had BBQ chips chosen for me.I ordered the same thing a second time about a week later. This time there was a pickle but no chips or fruit.Ive also ordered one of the hash browns before, was charged for it, didnt receive it, and only after the fact was told they were out of them.The inconsistency is confusing and frustrating.

Love Einsteins but this location is terrible. The drive though line is Out of Order about 50% of the time. When the drive though is actually open it takes incredibly long, long enough that people in line will get sick of waiting and leave. The workers at this location look like they rolled out of bed and smoked a joint on the way in, sure it helps them get through the day making bagels, but management definitely needs a few more random drug tests. Thats all folks

Went for takeout breakfast while visiting my brother in Plano and it was fantastic. The lengthy order was 100% correct, hot and timely. I would recommend it.

Just moved here from NJ. Hard to find good bagels with cream cheese, pizza, and Chinese takeout. Einstein Bros checks off the bagel box. Decent bagels and good cream cheese. Its the coffee that keeps me coming back. Very good!

Enjoyed the food and service. I dont think the price of the food was worth amount it costs. I personally enjoyed the bagel and coffee. Im sure I will go back at some point, but the price will prohibit me from going back soon.

This store is by far the best place i have ever been to.I go there everyday. Wanna see bad service? go to the one on Royal lane. want your 5 min crap in a rap? go to McDonalds and get you one of the Pre-Pared frozen greasy bun with coffee that looks like dirty water. This place is for people who know how to eat well and how good coffee should look & taste like. I have never been to a place where they know your name, remember what coffee you like & your regular. The waiting time is because they are packed, why they are packed? because they are darn good! You should see how they treat their elderly customer, bring their food to the table and makes everyone feel like family. No place i know do that. See you tomorrow guys. Typically bagel store with a variety of bagels and spreads. Nothing that stands out as an amazing breakfast joint. Come here for a relatively quick bite if it’s not too busy.

This place has gone down hill. The coffee is not as good and not worth the price. They now nickle and dime you to death. For example, they charge you for jelly (65 cents). Never, ever I have heard of a place that charges you for Jelly for breakfast. bagels have got smaller, and the customer service is very lacking. Would not recommend.

Its always the same story with this place. They run out of 1/2 their bagel variety before the morning is even over. If you decide to get breakfast here prepare to settle for a bagel you dont want. This is a bagel shop. This is the one thing youre supposed to be on top of.

Was out of the bagel that comes on the Tasty Turkey twice in a row. Pretty slow location but the drive through is a benefit to me and the food and coffee I have had there are usually up to par.

Do not visit! You will waste time and money. Their drive-thru lane is SUPER slow. DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU HAVE SOMEWHERE TO BE (Class, Work, Etc.) THEY WILL WASTE YOUR TIME. My last visit I was in the drive thru lane for 20 minutes before I even ordered. If they think they are this busy on a regular, plan ahead, hire more employees, or work faster.

All the bagels here are excellent. I am partial to the chili, and the jalapeno bagels, but they have a ton of different flavors, plus quite a few sandwiches on the menu as well.

Does it get any better than a soft chewy bagel and a bottomless cup of coffee? The Asiago cheese and the six-cheese bagels hit the spot on a cold day, even when served plain. My favorite lunch sandwich is a one-egg spinach, mushroom and Swiss on a Spinach Florentine bagel. And who can resist the honey almond shmear on a French toast bagel? Once the temperature drops, you can find me camped out here on a Sunday with my laptop. The only negative I think of is that they close down in the afternoon. I wish they were open in the evening to hang out with friends and have a cup of coffee.
