My car was stuck in the driveway and needed to be towed for fixing. We contacted Old Town Automotive and we were greeted by Edgar. He had a tow truck guy come out and get our car in less than an hour and had the car fixed later that afternoon. Very please with the quick service, and professionalism! I appreciate their honesty as they fixed what was needed and had it back to me in no time

They took my car in the late afternoon and had me done before closing. And even though the repair took longer than anticipated they still charged me the price they quoted on the phone. So refreshing to have a mechanic that is honest and upstanding. I will be coming back for any repairs I will need in the future!!!

Literally came to this place 10 mins before closing and they were so happy to help me out. Edgar did a fantastic job replacing my battery and did it so quick! 10/10 for me! OLD TOWN AUTOMOTIVEI cant say enough good things about these guys, they went beyond what others mechanics have done. My transmission went out on my vehicle. Edgar quoted me three options to replace. Once they got it up on the rack, he came and informed me I didnt need a transmission. They just needed to replace some lines. They also gave me a loner for 4 days while repairs were being done. They could have just replaced it as quoted and I would have never known the difference. THE HONESTY AND INTEGRITY OF THESE GUYS ARE AMAZING. They saved me over 2k..A big huge shout out to Edgar, Raul, and all the guys that work here,you have landed a customer for life..

I had a truck that needed multiple items repaired and as always I stay away from corporations and support local businesses. Edgar runs the show and was amazing to work with. He was quick to give me a quote and had my truck finished 2 days shorter than expected. Work was modestly priced for being in a pandemic, I would highly recommend this shop for the Carrollton area.

Honest and efficient! The dealer said I needed struts.I was unsure that it was necessary so took it to them to do the work. They determined it was not struts but end links. Half the price! I had been having the dealer doing all the work on my car but no longer. Old Town now has my business and highly recommend them.
