I cannot say enough great things about this Carrollton gem!! I’m sure you are thinking...”it’s just a tire shop”...why all the fuss? Well people, let me tell you! Lambert isn’t your typical dirty, greasy, smelly, sketchy backwoods tire shop - it’s a 5-Star “experience” from the moment you walk in the door. The two gentlemen that own the place are polite, personable and truly care about their customers. The ambiance is more “quaint hometown coffee shop” (with a vintage flair) vs. Tim’s Tire-rama. Even the light fixtures were noteworthy! These owners have gone out of their way to be excellent. I was treated to a “Tire Experience” rather than a tire transaction. Honestly, I was a little upset at how quickly my tire was replaced and I was back on the road! I was “cozy” in the sitting area and could have actually worked there all day! If you haven’t been here for all of your tire repair or replacement needs, you are dealing with the wrong people. Lambert is world-class “local”.

Great, honest workers and fair prices! You even get a fridge magnet with your service. Seats were comfortable and the waiting area had plenty to do. Man, my dad was right about Lamberts. Their hospitality won me over as soon as I entered the door of the facility. They listened to my problem and reassured me they could repair my tire from a nail. Great experience purchasing new tires at Lambert Tire. I called around for several quotes and they were the cheapest by far for a great product with an additional discount for cash pay. I was able to get in next day with no wait. Friendly staff who treated me with respect.

They did not try to sell us anything we didnt need, but showed us damage on the tires and explained what caused it. Lambert Tire Co is our new tire and other vehicle service place!!!

Great experience. I had a flat tire at work. Not only did they make a extra trip to get the flat, come back put it on the truck and brought the truck back to do the other 3, all while I was at work in about 2 hours. They also put a very nice tire on my truck in my price range! Great customer service! I was super happy and will use them again!My second experience with them started with a unhappy experience, however the ended up going far beyond to make me happy! It’s easy to write about a company they is instantly satisfying! But what abo it when you have problems months later?? A company that calmly makes the problem right even when your upset! That is a company deserving 5 stars

Lambert is amazing. We take all of our cars there and receive quick and friendly service. They go above and beyond. My car needed special tires and they ordered them for me. When I was unable to drive my car home they offered to take me to my house. And their office and bathroom are so clean. I appreciate being able to wait in a comfortable area for my car.

Soooo many issues across the board here! Took my lexus for front brakes and was told I didnt need them. Requested them to be done anyway and received my car back with intense brake shudder that I didnt have before. Took it to the dealership and was told I very obviously needed my rotors turned. They call me back soon after and inform me that whoever took my tires off last stripped out all 10 of my studs and that my car was so unsafe to drive that I would have to sign a waiver to leave with it if I didnt have it fixed. They sent me pictures and were very concerned any shop would let a customer leave driving under such dangerous conditions. They also aligned my Toyota Camry twice and it is still pulling to the right. They test drive it both times!

Great service done fast and folks were helpful and friendly. One thing you need to watch for is that step when you go in or out the door😁 I made quite the entrance🤣

Lambert Tires was very helpful, I was in Carrollton just the other day. My low pressure light came on in my car I pulled into Lambert Tires and ask them if they could fix my tire. Not knowing which tire was low the young man checked all the pressure in my tires and fixed the one that was low.... at Lambert Tires they can plug your tire, sale you some tires . They was very helpful and very professional in their job and I was out of there in no time at all.

Im not sure where these reviews are coming from? Honestly, at this point, I wouldnt be surprised if every good review on this page isnt a set up, or put together by the personal friends and family of this company, and NOT from real customers. After the way I was treated today by the very owner himself, I want to say I will NEVER send any friend or family to this establishment. The owner was extremely rude to me on the phone, and in person. He acted like he didnt have time to answer my questions, or that he had any real concern in what I needed for my truck. When we were in person he didnt bother to even make eye contact with me when he spoke to me. I spent a solid 15- 20 mins on the phone with another gentleman (who was not there when I actually got to the store) and he was very pleasant, answered all of my questions and had a very good customer service experience with him. I asked the owner (who was the one that helped me when I got to the shop) where that guy was, and his response was oh thats Ash, idk where he is I said well, do you have a phone #, he knows what Im looking for... THE OWNER replies... nope, I dont have a # for him and did not even care to help me the same way his sales associate did... I mean, seriously, who would want to work with any company where you are treated better by the help than the actual owner?! I am outraged, and I hope the honest citizens of this area are too! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DISRESPECTFUL JERK, no wonder it took you 15+ yrs to do a small renovation on your shop... and now look at you, youre still WORKING for it... you dont deserve success, and its so not surprising that you have yet to achieve it!!

I went into Lambert tires as a totally new customer looking to get my tires balanced and rotated after the tire shop down the street Roys told me it would take two hours for the job.. After telling Lambert tires of this they tell me to go back to Roys to get the job done because I bought my tires from there.. Clearly I did not want to get it done there because of the time it would take is the reason why I went to Lamberts. I was highly unsatisfied as a costumer looking for business in my car. Their highly lacking customer service skills and I would not recommend this tire place to anyone.
