My car was severely damaged from the McKinney hail storm a few months ago, Edward and his team made sure every step of the way was simple and taken care of for me, even came to my apartment for me to sign paperwork so that I wouldn’t have to drive out of my way. Brought them a late model Chevrolet with bumper damage that had busted several sensors on my car. They did great work and even sent the car to Friendly Chevrolet for the sensor work. They were very easy to work with, always answered my questions. I would definitely recommend Safon Autobody.

I love how honest these guys really are. I went with some repairs needed on my roof, after the hail storm had done quite a lot of damage. They did an amazing job on the roof, and my car was as good as new soon.

They have rude advertising techniques. They put their flyers on our front doors and our cars. Nobody wants annoying ads at their doors and on their cars! It is disrespectful and rude. This was especially bad because they tried to take advantage of a bad situation (recent hailstorm) to promote their business. Dont encourage these tactics by giving them business.

I received a check for some items sold to this shop and the check bounced. I have called several times and owner does not have the respect to pay us for our product. Who would do business with a company like this ?

The people here have terrible service and are extremely rude. I think many of the reviews here are fake reviews from the management. Its an expensive waste of time. I still had a few noticeable dents in my truck. Dont come here.

What a waste of time for low quality work. Not worth the high cost for the recent hail damage. There are still small dents in my car.

I went towards Safon Autobody with some work required on my car windscreen, since it was plagued with scratches. Their workmen understood what I wanted and got to work on it. When I got my car back I could barely realize that it was the same car that I had handed over. Amazing job!

What an excellent place to get my car fixed. My Sentra was loaded with hail dents from the storms in april. I put of fixing it for months and im so happy I changed got it done with them instead of another local PDR shop! Car was out and repaired in 5 days and other shops had begining of January... easy choice, excellent service and would absolutely refer people with hail damage of any sorts!!
