Four words … Tesla, Drew, Auto, Centrix …. I had been looking at Teslas for months trying to find the right one. I found one I was interested in and contacted Drew at Auto Centrix to tell me about the car … a 2017 Tesla Model S, P100D. Drew provided a very detailed explanation. I then told him thanks, I am still looking, call me back to check-in in a week. No pressure calls, Drew did just that. When he called I still was not ready to buy, but gave him my decision deadline and told him I would call to check to see if the car was still available. I called back in a few days, the car was available, I paid a deposit sent them a check and was driving the car, shipped from Texas to Virginia three days later. The car was delivered just as Drew had described it. I finally stopped driving it after three days to write this review … LOL. Drew was professional, knowledgeable, patient and most importantly, a no-pressure salesman. I could not be more pleased with my buying experience. Came in to do a test drive and view the inventory. There were several things about this place that just didn’t sit quite right with me, for one it is highly unprofessional to call your clients “bud” or “buddy.” I took it as condescending and ill placed. Save that bit of vocabulary for pets, people who are obligated to look up to you or with actual close friends. I also felt like I knew nearly as much about the vehicles as the salesman did. There were several questions that I didn’t get a good answer to that seemed pretty simple. They also asked several times about price and financial ability to a level of detail that seemed unreasonable with a hint of profiling. Overall it just wasn’t the experience I would expect. In the end it pushed us to a nearby competitor, where we had a great experience.
