Pretty good variety for an ABC store. Which... Is a bounded statement. It is however on the upper end of those bounds. Still knocking 1 star off because its weird that we still have state-run liquor stores.

Cleanest in the Triangle, friendly staff, good selection.

Always some law enforcement outside in the parking lot. Good selection inside. Clerk is quick to empty the store close to closing.

Not a fan. The woman who checked out my items was rude. I have a young face so its no problem when someone needs to check my ID, but her demeanor made me uncomfortable. She gave me a side eye and attitude and took her time with it. Would ask me a question and then interrupt my answer with a comment to her co-worker. Just bad energy coming from a place thats suppose to have a relaxing vibe to it.

Took my temporary DL there and was not able to purchase alcohol due to it not being scanable. Saw multiple other people buy without being asked to show ID. Terrible service.

Good selection staff definitely helpful and knows their stuff would give it 4 or 5 put theres always this one extremely rude lady with an additude and Ive watched be mean and rude to other customers and make them feel very uncomfortable I stay closer to this side so I go to the one in Carrboro but because of her I no longer go to this one I take the longer trip and go to the one off of MLk

Light and airy. Friendly dolks working. Theyve usually got what Im looking for and when they dont can offer an alternative.

A great experience overall. I really enjoyed the local selection, with a wide variety of styles and brands to choose from. The layout is well done with most items sectioned off and labeled. The customer service is on point and they were very helpful. I will be back again and I have already told some of my friends that they need to stop and check it out.

This place is beautiful. They really spent their money well in building this new building. Great variety of products and artfully arranged. As well as nice people who work there.

Ah, the curse of a state ABC store. What you see is what you can buy. Example: no Noilly Pratt vermouth 4 martinis. Plenty of usual brands. Pleasant staff.

Great staff. Should be 5 stars, but alcohol allocation in NC makes no sense. Things are unavailable here that are readily available most everywhere else.

Maybe it’s just me, but the staff today seemed like they didn’t want to be there. Sure it’s a quasi-state operation and we don’t have many options, but they might axknowledge that we are customers and try to see that our experience is a pleasant one. It’s my home store, but I am going to check out the stores over the line in Chapel Hill.UPDATE: I went back after the holidays, and had a much better experience. Perhaps we were all under holiday stress.

Great store they remodel the entire store and its clean beautiful, the liquor looks very good everything in its place, runs, whiskey, bourbon, tequila etc. The employees are very nice.
