Oustanding customer service! I stopped by with my old road bike for some quick help with my front tire pressure and left with so much education on my bike, cycling in the area and ways to upgrade my experience/skills. They filled my front tire with air, i purchased a bike rack and a few new accessories to make my ride safer. I felt welcome, encouraged to ask questions and left empowered! Best local bike shop! Hey, they (Tamara) laid one away for me. It became an obsessive goal. Then she allowed shoes, and panniers to be put aside for me. The bicycle took some time, but the shoes and panniers were gone within a month.They have mechanics on site. I bring my bicycles to them in the non riding winter months. They do replacing cables and brakes to truing the wheels. I know I have had only basic repairs, but they are set up for complete rebuilds.I have always been treated very well at this bicycle shop. Tamara has chosen the best coworkers she could hire. She and her shop are on fire (figuratively).Keep putting them out there. The Clean Machines!!!

I’ve had my wife and my bikes tuned up there before. Great work honestly. Today was the test two 9 year olds getting their first bikes. About 8 hours apart. Olivia helped us and did amazing. Took every step. Talked the girls through it. Helped them learn the bikes. So polite and so helpful. Love this place.

The staff was knowledgable and helped me find the mountain bike I wanted. I got a great orientation to the shocks, shifting, etc from the service person.I was marginally annoyed that I was charged $5 to install pedals on my ~$5700 bike. I get that at $200-$300 but for $5k... I get margin, services, etc....I am a business owner...annoying nonetheless.I would suggest some sort of quote sheet in the process....I could have easily been upsold a helmet, new shoes and the pedals....another $300+

Better service than I could have ever imagined. Asked Angela (Sales Associate) about what kind of helmet would be best for my kind of riding and she recommended the Giro Montera MIPS. With her help, we figured which size was an appropriate fit and she helped adjust the helmet accordingly to my precise specifications. Very excited to get out on the trails with style and assured head protection! Huge thank you to both Angela and The Clean Machine.

Took in an old bike from the 90’s that needed lots of love and got it back more than a week before they said it would be done! Rides wonderfully now! All staff also wearing masks which is appreciated.

Cannot recommend highly enough. I purchased three bikes from The Bicycle Chain in the last 15 years and my next purchase will be from TBC. The staff and owner have always be friendly, helpful, and clearly knowledgeable. They know and like bicycling, sell high quality products, help you find the right bike for you (your physical characteristics, skill level, intended use), will sell you a less expensive rather than more expensive bike if it is better for you than the more expensive bike. Their service department is a full notch above top-notch. Earlier this week I took a bike in that had a simple problem and Nate performed a little Nate magic and got me on the road straight away. What more do you need to know?

Landis was fantastic and patient! He rode my bike to see what the problem was, took it back and fixed it, and rode it again to make sure the issue was solved. I appreciate his patience. The rest of the staff was also extremely helpful and nice. I will definitely bring my bike back here.

I went in yesterday afternoon and both my partner and I ended up with new bikes and a bike rack. Nate, who we talked with on the phone beforehand, was super knowledgeable and patient as we asked a ton of questions as newbies. The rest of the staff were also very welcoming, understanding, and quickly eased all of our nervousness about jumping into the biking world as adults.I was a bit worried that wed be met with judgement and super expensive bikes. However, again, theyre all so welcoming and laidback at this shop! The lady, whos name we didnt catch, but had cool blue hair, helped us find the right bike for us (and our budget) and then Tamara took the time to show us the ins and outs of our bike and helped make sure our bike rack was secure before we left. Im super stoked to start commuting with my new bike! Thanks, The Clean Machine crew!

I have received wonderful service from Clean Machine. Ive purchased several bikes from them, including a recent one last summer. Tamara was a great help during the purchase and did a wonderful job on a bike fit. Based on her suggestion I added a dropper post and she worked out a really clean way to add the remote. The job they did on the installation was also exceptional. As cyclists we are fortunate to have such a great shop in our area!

I just bought a derailleur cable and replaced it myself, but they were cool with me doing it in the store and even had some tools for customers to use. Some bike shops dont really like customers tinkering in the store, but they were very supportive. Should also note that the staff seems to know EVERYTHING about bikes; I recommend. Stay vertical, dudes!

Went to Clean Machine to explore an electric bike for my daughter at university. Tamara, the store manager, spent a couple hours with the daughter answering a myriad of questions. We purchased a bike that fit all of her needs and budget. Thank you Tamara!

What a wonderful shop! Tamara helped me via email off and on for a few weeks and then Angela helped me with my order and purchase when I was able to get down to the shop. They are so knowledgeable and not just about their products but about riding (there is a difference). They share their expertise without making you feel like the are talking down to you. I will gladly drive an hour and a half while passing six other bikes shops along the way just to do business with them again in the future. Thank you Clean Machine!

Hipster paradise if you want someone else to decide what bike you should buy and get a whole bunch of attitude in the process. I went to REI and bought a bike instead.

We go to The Clean Machine for everything having to do with bike maintenance or adjustment or changing group sets or the regular check up, etc. etc., and for nearly all of our equipment and accessories, including bike shoes and various and sundry other items. Everyone there - Tamara, Sarah, John and Kyle - are as nice and helpful and PATIENT as can be. My husband decided to go from a commuter bike to a road bike last February - well, he thought hed go to a hybrid, but ended up with a road bike and hes loving it. Clean Machine was very helpful getting him set up with one of their rental road bikes so he could see if he really liked riding one, and then making sure he was properly set up on the road bike that he bought. John just finished doing a big switch of group sets and other equipment between the bikes my sister and I ride, and everything was lovely. The Clean Machine is a wonderful bike shop, and made so because of the people there.

I just want to tell you how awesome the folks at the clean machine are. For a dad of two with little disposable income, I just dont have the money to upgrade to a new, dope bike. So I try to keep my old Stump Jumper tuned up and running smooth. I stopped in the shop today and picked up some new, fat, grippy tires. The guy that helped me out was super helpful, positive and affirming--its about getting out riding, not what you ride on. The new tires work awesome, my bike looks slick, well, for a 20 year old frame 😉 and my son and I are loading up for an afternoon ride. Thanks for providing a good atmosphere and for getting me back on the trail.

I bought my first bike from The Clean Machine. Their selection is fantastic! They have every kind of bike for people looking for comfort to professional speed demons. Tamara helped me find everything I needed, suggested a couple of bike trails and roads to explore, and was always a wealth of information and was just generally awesome! This place is great for anyone looking for a bike or any parts/accessories. The short of it is that this place is great!

Fantastic experience buying new mountain bikes for my kids. Despite going on a super busy holiday weekend and needed a lot of guidance, Tamara and Angela were attentive, knowledgeable and patient. They helped us talk and test ride our way through finding the right bikes, a Cujo 24 and a Foray. Cant wait to go back and get myself a new bike so I can keep up with them!

I bought a trail bike a little over a year ago and one of the parts failed. The hub needed a new part and it took them a month to get the bike fixed. They said it would cost 40$ at first but called a month later and said 80$ just for a labor. The part was free because it was under warranty but they took forever and then charged me way too much. I am very unsatisfied with this interaction I would recommend somewhere else. I will give a one star until I am refunded for upcharging on bike repairs for a bike that was bought at the shop you think they would give a discount seeing as it took a whole month to fix. They charged me like they fixed the bike in one day.

I joined my mountain biking team three years ago in 6th grade, our team sponsor - The Clean Machine as been there with me all the way. Each crash repair, every maintenance and when I needed new gear they have counseled me on what was right and how to maximized what i have. I am excited to upgrade my current bike and continue to grow with The Clean Machine. I hate to write a bad review for anywhere, but Ive gotta be honest about my experience here. I took my bike in in May for a flat tire. Took a few days to fix it, came in, tire had popped overnight (the staff mentioned hearing a tire pop, but didnt look to see which bike), waited for it to be fixed, tire popped again while riding away from the building, went inside and had it fixed a third time. The tube replacement + rim tape cost $117.Few days later, tire popped again. Took it in to Back Alley Bikes instead. Tube was replaced and rim tape was adjusted (my tire rim is indented near the valve, so kept popping the tube, and obviously just needed a bit more tape there). Whole thing cost $13 and the staff was nicer.Go to Back Alley Bikes instead.

$33 to change one broken spoke. Nice staff, but not worth the money.
