Went to 4 stores for navy blue spray paint, finally this store had in stock so I grabbed all on the shelf, Miss Brisa saw me struggling with all the paint cans in my arms and out of now where she approach me offering a shoppers basket. Awesome customer service! Just took my wife here on Mothers Day to buy vegetables and herbs for our garden., Their selection was amazing and the plants were healthy and well taken care of. Several employees were outside watering and tending to everything with a lot of care. We had an issue with not being able to scan a tomato plant, and the manager allowed us to take it home for free instead of making us wait any longer. Excellent experience at this clean and organized store.

The customer service here was phenomenal! We were looking for a specific outdoor furniture set, so this was the third location we checked since we saw online that it was in stock. We got here at 9:30 (they close at 10), and we felt bad for asking someone to go get one of the boxes that was stored high up, but the staff was so accommodating! It took a couple minutes to find the boxes, but Deanna made sure we got what we wanted and even had us pull our car up, and she and another employee brought it out and loaded it up for us. The set is beautiful and was pretty easy to assemble! So grateful for all of the help we received!

While Home Depot is not the only store of its kind that I patronize, over the years their staff has always helped me figure out how to be my own handy person. Lately I am very pleased with the Home Depot app that helps me know what aisle and evenwhat bay something is in. Most recently I needed a half round wall mount rubber door stop. Voila, I found it in under 2 minutes. Score! And I have also ordered online and picked ups hands-free from a little locker at the front of the store. Lastly I like that some of the Home Depots allow you to recycle light bulbs.

Had to return a online order - normally do not go to this location. Staff was so kind and grab me a cart for my big return item! That was so kind - this store made a impression on me . Overall what a breeze + staff I encounter are A++

I had a situation with a bathroom sink. Neither the specialist nor the manager (John- who couldnt care about resolving this customer problem), were able to make things right. In other times, you had a mini-lesson, advice and several product choices. Not any longer. Wasted two days and three hours for a cranky manager that cannot care less for customers interest.This was my Home Depot. In the future if I go back to HD will not be to this one.Highly disappointed.

Even though we in the world are getting the vaccine shots. I wish the store still would mandate wearing mask because like myself I still have not received the vaccine and I still wear my mask for the safety of others and my friends and family and others around me and I see people around me not wearing a darn mask. Come on people be realistic here. There are millions of people that still are not vaccinated and still not protected and even if you and I are vaccinated we should still wear the mask because Covid-19 mutates. This Home Depot always has a wide variety of choices for so many of the times Im always looking for. The staff are always walking around the store and are ready and willing to help you find or locate what you need or are looking for. The customer service staff is always friendly and helped me out my purchase on my Home Depot credit card when I left the actual card at home. The repair services department did an amazing job getting my Ryobi electric snowblower repaired while under warranty and were very welcoming.

Great selection of materials for the DIY or the professional. Very knowledgeable salespeople to assist you. Great place to just look around and spend time walking in and out of the aisles. Great garden selection.

Some item a little too high than others.eould be nice if they can offer a rebate for every purchase.

It stunk, did a propane exchange payed for the tanks inside went out to use the machine to exchange the tanks hasnt worked for a month could see full tanks inside. Went inside to ask for help was told there is no propane. Ask why the checkouts keep selling if there is no propane they said they didnt know. Then had to wait 20 minutes for a refund.

Honestly the kids know nothing. I ask for help they seem clueless. I like the vets or older people there with experience. Ladies at self checkout always so nice. We actually got our Rain Soft System thru Home Depot enter to win contest. Honestly best decision we made. Very happy with our water. I do like the guys who mix the paint...very respectful and know ehat theyre talking about.

Lived in Dundee for decades. Ive gone to this store many times and have had mostly positive experiences. The staff is pretty helpful when asked questions. Overall clean, friendly, and helpful.

Delivered a load of drywall. Delivery trucks please call ahead to let them know. They unload in a timely manner and are always friendly.

Not many workers here know much about anything pertaining to tools parts and machines dont go here if u need real help an accurate information

Horrible experience at this location in the appliance dept . After purchasing all the appliances and having them installed by Home Depot in a Brand new home .The dishwasher had a slow leak over the past year ruined the wood floor under the dishwasher . Upon inspection found that the dishwasher was leaking from a dent at the seam under the insulation that was installed by Home Depot . They clearly did not inspect the product before installing. After speaking with assistant manager john and associate rick and verifying that they installed it . They said there is nothing the can do . After refusing to leave (assistant manager)john said he would call their insurance company . Long story short . Don’t have them install your appliances cause they don’t guarantee the quality of appliance or installation. Save yourself the headaches and costs of damages . I will no longer shop at Home Depot till this is resolved

They had the item I needed in stock. But I sat for 15 minutes after arriving at Curbside and notifying the store that I was present before they came out.

Went to this location on Saturday, June 6, 2020, at about 3 p.m. to make a few returns. 2 employees were wearing their face masks around their necks, and 2 others were wearing them with only their mouths covered. Little actual social distancing was going on. (I only saw one customer without a mask) Some problem with their computer system prevented me from being able to do one of the returns.Outside of those issues, the employees were friendly, courteous, and helpful to the extent they could be given the computer problems.

They have just about anything u need here for almost any projects or jobs.Fun to also explore while in the store

Went here the other day to pick up some paint and tools. The man in the paint department was quick to make sure I had everything I needed and had the paint within minutes. I love Home Depot over any other diy department store!

I was looking for birdseed. They had what I needed. Maybe lower your prices a tad, since I have found same seed cheaper at other stores.

This Home Depot has one of the best garden centers in the area. Organized. Great selection. All the plants are very healthy.

My husband recently had a heart procedure and is using the electric wheel chairs while recovering, after several visits to other competitors and other HD stores, this is the ONLY location where not 1 but several employees offered him assistance, and wished him a speedy recovery. He will only be shopping at this store going forward. Great team, wonderful customer service!

I’ve been going here for 6 years as it’s close to my house. Unfortunately, it seems like they have really cut back on staffing in this store - yesterday I waited over 10 minutes for someone to come to the tool rental area. Additionally, inventory control is a major problem at this store - the website says they have many of an item, and you show up to find they are out and their inventory isn’t up to date. Feels like this store is going down hill.

My goto store for home improvement and equipment. Friendly staff and most of the item you can find in store.

Unbelievable how they do their work at rentals, called them to make sure they had the tool I needed and it is WORKING. This was my 3rd trip to the home depot today. The first home depot said they had it, went there just to hear SORRY WE DONT HAVE IT. The second home depot said they had it, on my backyard I found out it wasnt working. Heard only SORRY after charging me almost $350 (now I have to wait around a week for the refund). Not to mention I lost a few hours, and I had to bring it back, of course.The third home depot says they HAVE IT AND IT IS WORKING (called them TWICE so they could check the tool if it was working). After driving 40min one way to pick it up I found out that they dont even have it !!! So what did they check when I called them for the second time to find out if it was really working ?!?!?! Unbelievable. I took the day off to get it done.

Friendliest and most knowledgeable staff of any Home Depot I’ve shopped. After continuing to shop here for years I notice how many of the employees go out of the way to be helpful and it seems like they’re doing something right, keeping good employees as I often see familiar faces. One in particular, Koffi has been very helpful, problem solving and not only recommending the right tools for a project, but showing us how to use them.

Very helpful people in my case I told them I was coming to get something that was a seasonal item that was not easy to get and they had it waiting for me 10 minutes later when I pulled up it was at the customer service desk did not expect that exceeded my expectations totally. When people say theyre coming to get something they should come and get it That Way employees are more likely to take their time and effort to get it there for you and not be disappointed when you find a better deal somewhere else and they have to restock it or put it back thank you very much I never even met the people that did this but I really thank you God bless you if you believe in God as I do

I rented a carpet cleaner last night. The machine was not sucking up the water.I stopped after the first room.When I returned it this morning, I told the guy what happened. He said oh its probably full of carpet fibers WELL WHAT THE HECKNOW I HAVE A ROOM WITH A SOAKED CARPETMaybe these machines should be serviced and inspected before rentalVery disappointed

An employee told us that we had to leave the isle we were shopping on because he needed to close the isle. We needed to purchase a furnace filter from that isle. He made us leave the isle and then pulled the orange scissor gate across and locked it. No activity was going on in the isle from employees at that moment.So, we went to the front of the store and paid for the other items in our shopping basket and left. We do not plan on shopping at this Home Depot location again.This was on a Sunday afternoon on 10/06/2019. The store location was the Home Depot in Carpentersville, IL by Springhill Mall.Apparently, moving some stock around is far more important than allowing customers to buy products.

Just got back. The people in the INDOOR lumbar yard were extremely helpful in finding the correct wood for my needs. And they also helped me load it. I go there quite a bit. All the floor people are knowledgeable in their areas. My only problem has been to find a floor person in some of the other areas at times.

Got over charged for something and cashier wouldnt check price so I left . He would not get manager. Poor personal at home depot

I was looking for a Dewalt Jigsaw that was on sale, but it couldnt find it in the tool isle. Eddie asked if he could help me, I asked him about the Jigsaw, he knew exactly where it was located, walked me over to it, then made a price adjustment to match the online price, then b walked me to checkout. Its great to see a nice, knowledgeable employee on a very busy holiday! Thanks Eddie for all your help!
