Sometime mes the staff is friendly and helpful but sometimes not. Depends on who is working that day. Great selection and prices.

Very sweet and understanding staff

Normally I go to a different Sallys, but this was near other stores on my errands list. As soon as I walked in I was greeted and directed to where I needed to go. I spent way too long deliberating my options, but the ladies working were so sweet checking in and offering to help, but not in an overwhelming way. Alex, I think was her name, was super helpful.I settled on semi-permanent colors and am thrilled with the results.

Wouldnt physically show me where the product was, just pointed down a far isle and asked if I saw it at all when I needed help finding it. Customer service is horrible and they just chat with each other not paying attention to the customer and I got huh? Multiple times because they were too busy chatting. The location on sunrise is a lot better and I would recommend going there instead of this location.

I used to go to Sally Beauty on Howe and hated the parking lot with its way too tiny spots and the small size of the store and aisles. Also,a lot of time it was poorly stocked. This one is so much nicer with wider aisles and more stock. Glad I discovered it.

The staff here is always nice. Recently I got myself in over my head attempting to remove yellow hair dye, but all of the girls at Sally’s brainstormed with me on solutions, especially Madeline. This was no ordinary dye... this was “til death do you part” kinda hair dye. I was convinced I was doomed. But they hooked me up with the good hair stuff! My hair is now rockin’ a nice pink. No yellow. It’s pretty cute, by the way.

Every time I come here all of the ladies I talk to are super knowledgeable, supportive, kind, enthusiastic, and helpful. I always get the best advice for the latest hair project whether its about the brand, the product, or the method. Ladies, they are not trying to upsell you. Any product they recommend for a hair transformation will be great for you. Even if your budget is small, they usually know a way to help. The store is also very well organized, and its very easy to find everything. I highly recommend!

Today i went to this location to buy a hair color remover kit. The 2 ladies that were working there were very helpful. And i had good results with the products they suggested i try.

Customer service here is TERRIBLE. I usually go to a different location but decided to go to this one and they wouldnt show me where product was.. They just pointed. You get paid to provide customer service.. Not to just stand behind the cash wrap. Smh
