10/10 experience. Great selection of products with quick ordering for the few they don’t have in stock. The staff were exceptional, going above and beyond to help. Cheryl in particular was extremely helpful, running to the back to get a bag for my new jacket. I’m extremely impressed and will be back.

Unfortunately, the store was closed for remodeling and were unable to serve anyone. Not even catalog ordering. The web site didn’t indicate they were closed. There are so few Orvis stores around, they should better market their operating hours especially when closed during planned business times.

Terrific! Addison outfitted my hubby with a set of fishing waders and boots. He was very knowledgeable. The store was clean and well stocked.

Best all-around fly-fishing store in Indy! My dog Lucky rates it 5 paws - great treats and always water in the dog bowls. Jason was very helpful with planning a fishing trip to the Great Smoky Mountains. Always a great selection on clothing and gear. I recommend highly.

Wonderful as always! Everyone so friendly and so willing to help, teach, assist, and all without pressure to buy something. They will show you what you are interested in, instruct you if need be, but ultimately they leave it to you for decision to buy or not. I love this store and the employees!

Orvis is a favorite shopping experience. They have a sophisticated and unique selection of clothes & accessories. Personalized, knowledgeable sales staff.

If I could give this place more than 5 stars I would. The guys here are always willing to help you and your fly fishing experience. They have been helping me with tips and tricks for several months now. They offer schools and community fishing days.

Great place for shopping if you enjoy an outdoor lifestyle. While their prices can be a bit high, you get what you pay for. My only disappointment is the Orvis is a fly fishing company, and while they do have a nice selection of equipment and tackle, the dog beds have more floor space than the waders and 90% of the store is clothing.

I went to Orvis because Im interested in learning to fly fish. I was promptly greeted by Jack, who taught me the basics in 5 mins on a practice rod. Jack then took the lesson outside with an actual rod and reel. I was absolutely amazed by the quality of customer service I received from Jack. Orvis is about 1.5 hours from where I live, but when I receive that level support Ive got no problem making the drive! Thanks Jack!

Great staff, welcomed us as soon as we walked in! Definition of good retail service, always there when you need them, but not on top of you while youre shopping. Found a great barbour jacket here, love the brands they carry!

Snooty clerk (my wife calls her grumpy)! When one clerk complimented my wife on the Orvis sweater she was wearing, another claimed it was not the same sweater, totally dismissing the compliment. Later, when this unfriendly clerk processed our exchange of a gift, she attempted to ring it first as a purchase so she would get credit for the sale and then a return of our gifts, which would have resulted in a refund to the gift giver our credit toward a future purchase, not a credit against our purchase.

They handled a return quickly and professionally. Great store with quality merchandise....
