Good customer service goes a long way. We were using another vendor that provided good rates but did not know the meaning of customer service. San Dieguito Trophy did a beautiful crystal trophy engraving for one of our employees who was retiring after 40 years. The trophy itself was gorgeous and the engraving we wanted with the requested font and logo was absolutely perfect! San Dieguito Trophy has been around for a long time. They can get busy and there were some problems with getting my order correct and on time, but the final product, as always, was well made and just what we needed for our office.
