I placed an online order over a week ago and it is still listed as processing. How do you charge $8 for shipping when you take over a week (and counting) to process orders?
I love that this company is Local, and I actually like their gear, but unfortunatley Customer Service is not very good. Please beware if you need to return anything. They sent the wrong size and 2 months later Im still trying to track down the shorts I returned to them. They have a good sale once a year and they were quick to mail out those items.
Long time zoic curtomer. Ordered the dryline shorts which apparently now have zero relationship to all the previous shorts. And of course it was my responsibility to figure.out that a large in an ether short is now maybe a XXL in a dryline. All I asked from these guys was a prepaid return label...but no it seems it was my responsibility to figure out that a large in ether is an XXL in dryline and so do I pay for a return label?? Typical arrogant entitled persons who bieve their money is theirs and your money is theirs. Lack of integrity I say. And I will keep saying it as loud as I can until I get my prepaid return label.
Great customer service. Replaced my Ether shorts under warranty. No hassle experience. Im a Zoic devotee now for life.
