Super friendly staff (was helped multiple times).Was able to manage a complex return and the manager also helped me with another issue after my purchase. Slightly picked over selection especially in the running shorts section due to holiday rush, but having changing rooms was a HUGE plus.

Under Armour has evolved into golf pro shop trying to convince people it lifts.I said what I said.

By far THE WORST!!!!! Under Armour story in the States! Every staff member is rude! Especially Kyle. Ask for help and ignored me very rude. Was willing to spend money, a lot of money, but since the staff is rude and disrespectful never going to shop here! If I was you I would just go to the brand house. Also can only give 1 star would give 0 if I could!

Inventory is super low and not one salesperson greeted me or asked if I needed help. Super disappointed because the service has always been good here.

Friendly staff and a good selection of options for men but the womens section seems rather limited. Prices on most items are significantly better than retail.

This store is a joke. They still don’t have their fitting rooms open. Lots of staff standing around though. They prefer to have their customers take the clothes home to try them on and drive all the way back to return them when they don’t fit. Literally the ONLY store that doesn’t have fitting rooms open. Won’t be shopping here again.

Visited this location while on vacation out of town. I wanted to make a purchase, but the employee “required” me to purchase a gift card for the amount of my purchase. Employee stated purchase was to be made online and refused to give back the gift card I paid for that made the purchase (just in case the purchase had issues). Of course you see where this is going...my order was conveniently “cancelled”. No credit was issued to me - the employee had the gift card!Pretty slick scam if I do say so myself. I phoned corporate, they referred me back to the store, I phoned the store and spoke with Roderick (the store manager) who assured me this was not a scam and he would resolve the issue promising to phone me back that afternoon. Roderick has had over a week - STILL NO CALL BACK.I phoned corporate customer service multiple times (which by the way is overseas and their is a SIGNIFICANT language barrier) and was finally able to convince them to issue a credit to my CC.This all could have been avoided - #1 - don’t shop at their stores or online with them or #2 - if you must, NEVER purchase their gift cards as they will fight you tooth and nail if the purchase goes south and they cancel the order due to lack of inventory (which is VERY common) to give you back your money. Fortunately in my case, I was persistent and demanded a credit on my CC and not a store credit.After this experience, you could not pay me to shop in one of their stores or online. This has all the makings of a scam. Had I not been persistent and wasted hours of my time, they would have kept my funds. Buyers Beware!!

I am not to sure if the standards have changed for the company, but as a former employee of under amour, I am yet to have a positive experience in this location. Today was the final straw. Walked in the store wasn’t greeted, no one took the time to explain the sale, and when I asked the floor manger greeting customers and explaining the sales wasn’t a part of the job anymore. He just pointed at the guy who counted and said nothing. And then continue to flirt with his employee. I wish I could give this location a zero.

Literally found such great deals for my kids, totally worth driving to this location

I went in and they had a buy one get one half off! It was a great deal. I golf on the weekends and I went in looking for a score on the UA polos. A worker there Jamie helped me tremendously finding a nice color and went in the back for my size. She was very nice. Definitely will be going back.

Absolutely horrible service. Sales staff did everything they could to avoid helping me even when I approached and told them exactly the items I was looking for. I will be spending a lot of money on training gear over the next year. No more of it will be on Under Armour.
