50 dollars for a white dress shirt not alot Robin stock

JCPenney is trying. I see that theyre about to close another maybe 280 stores I believe? Big box retail is really hurting from the online and the covid-19 protocols. Everyone in the store was friendly and very helpful and getting the needs of what I needed to get for my son. This store was a little overwhelmed by the fact that there were so many people in there to return or buy stuff but I have to understand it is a covid-19 its hard to get employees. Im very hopeful that this door does not close I drove the 46 mi just to come to the store. It meets the expectations of my family and their needs although some of the stuff was not in stock they were offered to look online and try to find it and get it ordered to me and send it to my store. I think the people there were trying hard to not let the overwhelming number of people in line get stressed out. They did thank them for their patience and understanding on the matter and I am also thankful and understand what was going on. Im just hoping that we do not lose this store. Only thing I get real disappointed on is the fact that there is no military discount and most of JCPenney stores. You have to understand that people in the military or trying to find the best deal for their family or their loved ones. Either keep the military discount or get rid of it completely. And the discount should be at least 15% or more. You can take this to corporate and ask because being retiring every little penny counts. Im buying for others if I get a discount it makes it a whole lot better to come to the store then to go to other stores and shop. Youre not losing anything youre gaining customers.

Big store, lots of choices. Its alright just a regular clothing store and Beauty products. Went to find a nice gift.

It was fun shopping the young Latina girl working near the shoe department helped me out she cut ✂️the plastic tread so I can try the shoes on cus they were so close together tied up I bought the shoes for $75 then I went on a mini shopping spree at the big and tall section and bought about 7 or 8 t shirts if I recall it was fun the t shirts are my size for sure I will be back and Judi at the cash register was nice too great store been coming since I was a small little kid in the 80s

Im very happy with the Levis and the underwear the sales associate cashier needs to learn how to be a people person because right now she sucks JCPenney needs to train their associates a lot better with people 👎👎👎👎👎

I would give zero stars if I could. We tried to return a gift and we were told we had to have the original receipt and the phone number of the person who gave it to us so they could get their money back for the gift that they gave us. We just wanted to exchange or get a gift card. But the lady was rude and clearly didnt want to help in any kind of way.

My husband bought me a 10K gold and diamond band for Christmas, within 2 weeks I lost one of the stones. I took it back was was met with acceptance and they graciously replaced my new band with one just like it.I was very pleased with my experience and just want to thank Aaron for being so professional, and kind.

Would give it less if I could poor customer service at the jewelery counter nobody there nobody knows what they are talking about and honestly no one wants to be honest with you. Has taken almost two months to get a ring resized and the first time they did it wrong. Every time I call no one answers. They promise to call but never do. Bathrooms are always closed and if open disgusting.

We went into jcp to look for shoes and since the covid 19 the place was empty with shoes and workers and people lets get back before this covid 19 hit

Drink over there isnt that many department stores left to go to but Im sure Im glad JCPenneys is open their Alchemy know I V E El Camino Carlsbad mall and have all the stores Kenny the Macys are the only two theyre open thats right at least I can go shop there Furniture close jewelry make up whatever you need stay down stay open me Macys and JC Penneys

Save yourself the hassle of doing an order pickup. When they mess up your order they blame you for it. If I didn’t need it the next day I would have just had it delivered.

I just went for one item and the service was good. A little slow at the register, but they were taking care of each persons needs. Would have liked to have found someone to help me find it faster. The wallet I purchased is nice. They had an ok selection. About 5 different types.

Made an appointment for 11 am. Salon didnt open until 11:20. Sat there until 11:45 for them to tell me the stylist I booked was off on Saturdays. Wow

Really good customer service and super cheap prices on trending clothing! Also have a really big clearance section for kids clothing! They have a little of everything and prices are decent! Could be a bit more organized and maybe a little more employees on the floor.

Went to Pennys with online price and was told they honor there JC Pennys site price but when I arrived to buy it the assistant manager wouldnt honor the coupon, after going back in forth with him I went to the customer service desk and the girl said they do honor the online and she gave it to me. This assistant manager should be more customer service oriented.

JCP is my favorite store the girls who work in the womens department are always helpful. I save money and feel fashionable when I buy my clothes here.!

No complaints here! I was able to pick up online orders here. They have a hair salon thats only accessible inside the store, on the top floor (thete are only 2 floors). They have escalators and an elevator, so its wheelchair-accessible with handicapped parking right outside the first floor.

I just found my new favorite underwear here I Im in construction and cant ever find a pair of underwear at that work well. Jackie makes a mesh underwear and JCPenneys sell them! I love that there is always a sale there and you can get a coupon and apply it to the discounted price. I got address that was regularly $87 discounted at 40% off and I got an additional 25% off! I believe dress cost me twenty something dollars. Such a deal

Store needs help. People are nice and friendly, but you can tell the end is near.You can find better deals online.The deals you find here, usually arent deals. Its hard to give this place anything better than 3 stars. Its not the staff or peoples fault... Its leadership at corporate and missing the bus to great times.Unless you really need to go here, stay away.

Aaron associate 9999 at term 897 store 0566 in the home decor department was my whole experience. I came in on Sunday 4/14/19 at 12:34pm. He asked who was picking up internet orders. I said I was. He checked my email, informed me that he would be retrieving my order, whisked off and returned quickly, pleasantly and with joy informed me that he was going to open the bags to verify my order was exactly what I intended (not what I ordered but what I intended - maybe I made an ordering error - wow! Choice of words shows the customer you care that they are happy when they leave your store and that you are attempting to prevent the need have them stand in return lines) . Aaron is a rockstar! Next he asked if I wanted an email receipt or paper. I couldnt make up my mind so he gave both. I headed to my car and noticed this bubbly personality guy organizing an old ladys trunk and communicating with her so that he could load her items to her specifications, smiling and making her feel like it was no big deal. I could tell because she was beaming. Such care and commitment to the customers. He needs to be recognized. I entered information from my receipt so you can locate and recognize him. My only experience with your company is through Aaron. I would shop there again because of him.

Best store for large and tall size shopping. A whole dept dedicated to it and the prices are really reasonable. Lots of sales.

Strongly dislike this store. I call it a self service store. Its messy, and grossly understaffed. Why do I go? I have an elder friend who likes to go to familiar places.

Sales were misleading and not as good a deal as made to appear.

I needed a custom blind for my new bedroom window. First, I waited 2 weeks for the big sale - fair enough. Then, I waited 2 more weeks for delivery. OK, it was a custom measurement.But then, I waited 1 week for installation...and guess what .... 2 guys, with 2 trucks were dispatched to install my blind, only to find that the brackets for mounting the remote bar were missing.The special lithium batteries were also missing, although the writing outside the box would lead anyone to think otherwise.They were unable to install the blind. Goodness knows how long Ill be waiting for the proper parts to arrive. I havent been able to order them because the window treatments dept of my Penneys has not answered their phone for the past hour. No exaggeration.Installation guys were great; service at the order fulfillment and store levels was not.

They need to close their doors its a dead except for the beauty salon who could use a facelift I can walk the front door with a cart of goods and no one will stop you I have seen this for myself.

The staff was really nice and helped us find everything we needed. This woman named Jules was extremely helpful and super nice and was very patient when we had trouble with our credit card. Very great costumer service and definitely coming back.

It is best to find a groupon before visiting this location. The groupon will get you about 50% to 75% off there listed price and packages. Most of the members are knowledge and patient but communication to pick up a delivered item needs to improve.

I had a 1 year old order that I needed to exchange for a smaller size. The staff was very helpful in getting me an exchange. It took a while since they had to do quite a few things to make sure I could return my online order, find the correct item online in my size and order it for me while trying to get me the same price I paid a year earlier. They even gave me a coupon code and found the best deal which ended up saving me $4. I really appreciated how each staff member I spoke to (4) took the time out to hear my situation and help me as best they could. The store itself has an entrance through the mall and outside with its own parking lot. Everything inside was nice, clean, and organized. Great JC Penney and even better staff

Good quality clothing, always. I hunt for best bargains. Usually I find clearance items I like and use coupons. Today I had a $10 off $25 because of a Christmas purchase, 40% off regular priced items with my JCP card, and a military discount (think thats 5%). What would have been $66. was $15.64 for a St. Johns Bay ladies top and a Flirtitude teen sweatshirt! Cant beat that!!!

Photo center: They had a busy day but still took time to show us personal attention. My little one was not super cooperative but they were so patient with him!

Really love the coupons that come in their circulars and emails. Paired with the great sales makes for wonderful savings.

Obvious the chain is struggling by the looks of the store. Very dated, bathrooms were subpar, elevator wasnt working, clearance section looked like worse than a Burlington Coat Factory. Wish them well, but I fear there end is in sight.
