Customer service is always phenomenal here

From the moment i walked in the door i was greeted with first class customer service, Dan and Quinton were very polite and professional. But when Pedro entered the store it was Tom Brady came into the game and started throwing touchdown passes!!! These three men are a great team and they can win a customer over with there customer service everyone should shop at this footlocker! Real talk! Keep up the good work gentlemen!

Why can’t people seem to be on time. Instead of posting the store opens at 1000, put 10ish or when we feel like it. People plan their date around timelines. If I’m coming to spend money at your place of business at least open at the posted time or quit in order to allow someone else to play your position!

I came to pick up my shoes for curbside pickup and they told me they was only doing it until 5 when I showed up at 5. Nowhere in the email did it say that it was only open until 5. They sent an email with the store hours and showing that it closes at 10pm. Terrible experience, I drove 60 miles just to get turned away.

Really wanted some Adidas running shoes but associates to busy chatting with one another. After I asked for help, they seemed annoyed. Didnt have my size either. Ill never shop at Foot Locker ever again!
