I ordered a bouquet as a surprise gift for a friend from here. When she received the gift it was missing some of the fruit in the description, and I was sorely disappointed in what she did receive. I called and was told the manager would call me back, which they never did, so I called again. I was told by the manager that I was lieing about the amount of fruit that came, it had been eaten before the photo, then she said the missing fruit was actually just hidden behind everything in the photo you just couldnt see it, and she claimed she knew every fruit that had gone into this bouquet she KNEW all of it was there. Just a fair warning to not work with this branch, pick a different location! This was supposed to be a celebratory bouquet for a friend and it definitely was a disappointment.

Love these folks! I ordered a get well bouquet on a hot day. The address and house was really hilly so I give them kudos for getting all the way to the front door. They followed my drop off instructions to the nines, provided photos, and even were very interactive, around five texts between them, me the recipient, all to get the package, and to confirm. Its like the delivery person was really concerned about them getting it and getting it inside, all that stuff. Really impressive communication and customer service! It was a welcome treat to someone not feeling well and was as beautiful as the photo and packaged well.

The fruit was very fresh, yum!

NEW MANAGEMENT!! The other reviews are older, the people running it now just took over. I just got a Beautiful arrangement sent to my work. I have to tell you, the best bananas ever!! Theyre half white half dark chocolate, and they were amazing!! All the fruit was perfectly fresh, and I had zero complaints EXCEPT that I had to fight my co-workers for everything, LOL!! Im telling you, give this location a shot, they wont disappoint! I wish I could order from them more often!!

Deserves ZERO stars. After being a repeat customer, I received a promotion from Edible Arrangements (corporate) for a free box of chocolate dipped fruit.Following the instructions, called the Carlsbad, CA store at around 9:20AM to redeem. They said that they could not access the corporate order database, so could not enter my promotional order. Rather, they told me to order online, where there was a minimum order to redeem my free gift box.So, basically, this store could somehow only access the corporate order database if I spent extra money buying something I did not need or want.When I called back at 10:00AM, they hung up on me. They repeated this a few times. Then, they picked up the phone and set the phone aside without any saying anything. After that, they blocked all calls and sent everything to their automated message that said to call back during normal business hours, which it was.

Edible Arrangements is so smart! Not only do these arrangements look festive, they taste so good! The EA in Carlsbad, CA is extremely professional, the customer service is wonderful, the fruit is so delicious… I will be back! 💯🙌🏻👏🏻💝I was on a tight schedule to get to my son’s class at the time his teacher requested. The arrangement was ready, fresh and packaged beautifully with clear wrap, a Birthday container and a box. The designers did a great job. The packaging kept the fruit upright in my car, no tipping over!! My kids, and their friends, love the star-shaped pineapple pops! 🍍⭐️🍍⭐️EA has a new chocolate covered Apple pop which looks like a little mini cupcake or donut. I can attest, they are delicious! 🍡🍏🍩Thank You!

My husband ordered me a huge gift from here for Valentine’s Day because he is not home for it. Only one thing came. So I had to call them and all they said was sorry and refunded me for each item that I didn’t get. This is the second time ordering from here and last years did not taste good. Not sure what is wrong but they need to act together. Would strongly not recommend.

Great employees. I received a birthday gift to be picked up here from someone who forgot I cant eat most of the fruit they sell. The manager was so sweet about it and so accommodating. She gave me a handwritten note with credits on it so I could return and still get items equal to the gifts value.

The delivery man called me by phone because no one answered the door. I was out in the backyard and heard the phone. I really appreciated his call so I was able to receive the Lovely Arrangement. He was very pleasant.

Order an arrangement early morning in Chicago, for my mom birthday and they delivered it before noon, truly appreciate the fast delivery.

I will never use this place again. I placed an order online to deliver something special to my Dr of a surgery he helped me with. I paid for next day delivery. At 5pm when I hadnt heard from anyone or received an email to let me know if the edible was delivered I call. They said they had till 5 pm to deliver and that the delivery person got to my Dr office at 4:45 pm and no one was there. That wasnt as bad as the fact that I was told it was now up to my Dr office to contact the Edible arrangement co and have them re-deliver it. I was told they may not even make a fresh one for me. Plus a lot of other things of them not wanting to rectify a late delivery. No customer service at all is the main problem. I am working with my bank to refund my money so myself and Dr dont have to track down a fruit delivery that cost me $65. No thanks, I will hand deliver them something else and what a bummer that is, because I was so excited about this.

Love this place!!! Ive ordered lots of times, and always had a great experience with the people there and the product. The arrangements make wonderful gifts and bring plenty of smiles. They are a bit expensive, but not more than sending flowers or other gifts for delivery so well worth it. Besides... who doesnt enjoy fruit and chocolate?

I am so happy with the service from this location! I am from the East coast and was sending an arrangement to someone staying in the San Diego area. I was so worried it wouldnt arrive on time and they went above and beyond to make sure it did! I worked with Jay and he was awesome.

Love* this place. Some of the friendliest service Ive ever had, densely packed with all sorts of cultural goods.Im excited that theyve moved into a new space that is at least twice as large.Theres tea, a meditation room, an atmosphere that is both very social and very mindful.

Disappointing second year in a row. I emailed company with my complaint and never received a reply. Fruit not fresh in my Anniversary platter. My balloons were forgotten.

Items were never delivered and the store was very rude and not willing to help.

I had got an edible arrangement for my birthday from my mother as a gift. They put the wrong name as well as gave me fruit that was no good. I sent my mom a picture of what she got me and it was nothing she had asked for.She called them and didnt want to make to fix theyre mistakes
