Very helpful staff, beautiful flooring, loads of choice and great service!A team from the shop also installed our flooring on two occasions - bathroom and the main level.We are very happy with the result and how professional, considerate and skilful the workers were.If you need anything flooring done, it’s your best bet! Looks like theyve got some neat stuff in there, but the salesman was incredibly pushy and had to be right about everything. Not like a helpful correction or suggestion, but a heres how wrong you are kinds of explanation on everything. Nothing had pricing on it either, so if we had gotten that far, wed have to have this guy look everything up by the model number. No thank you.

Richard has been extremely helpful to me on two separate occasions, and for really small orders that were probably more of a pain in the neck for them rather than financially rewarding in any way. Helpful customer service, very reasonable pricing, even for very small orders.
