Amanda was so helpful during my appointment to look for a replacement dress, after my first choice was not available in my size. She had prepared a list of similar styles that would ship in time, had creative ideas for mixing separates to create a custom look, and offered help connecting with a local tailor for any necessary alterations. The atmosphere felt relaxed, and not at all sales-y.

I normally do not leave reviews but this was one of the worst places to go dress shopping to. I made an appointment online & the moment I walked in, I was ignored and looked at funny. They do not have a wide selection in store and literally was being pushed to buy a dress I wasnt even 100% sure of. The sales girl kept saying, I dont wanna show you these dresses because they do not fit the budget you put on your questionnaire Excuse me? What? I literally filled out the questionnaire in a rush to make the appointment, I didnt even know what I had put on there. Then she goes I dont want you to fall in love and not be able to pay I was honestly annoyed. Then I told her what my actual budget was and her whole vibe changed and started showing me more. Then she showed me a dress that was cute but like I mentioned earlier - I was not 100% sure about - She kept pushing me for it and I told her I had other apps elsewhere then she told me to call her by the end of the day for a 10% discount. Honestly, shove your 10% where it fits. I went elsewhere and found my dress.

I can’t not say enough good things about my experience shopping for my wedding dress and Sawyer! We are smack dab in the height of Covid pandemic and I felt safe, clean and respected the entire time we were shopping. Sawyer made the whole experience fun and easy! She was super helpful and obviously great at her job and she enjoys it too! I highly recommend the whole process!!!! It def wouldn’t have been as enjoyable with out Sawyer. I found a beautiful dress and had an amazing time doing it. I will never forget how special yet simple the whole process was due mostly to Sawyers genuinely easy going and helpful personality. 10/10

My sister got engaged a few weeks ago and wanted to dress shop while she was in town. I went to the BHLDN website and found a dress that would be perfect for her (not the one posted) I made an appointment at the BHLDN store online (very easy). The bridal shop is in the Anthropologie and our attendant, Bekah, came out to greet us. She had the dress waiting for us and got us some rosé. My sister felt so special with Bekah and every person working was so sweet. She got her dress and cant wait to email wedding pictures them.If you are looking for a dress (they had more that wedding dresses) or even accessories, make an appointment here!

First off, why in the world would you only carry a size 4 and a size 14 for try ons? That is not convenient when you are smack dab in the middle. Also, I couldnt take my mask off for even 1 photo. So lame! This is a once in a life time event, and I cant even have 1 photo of me in a wedding dress without a mask. The prices are good because the dresses arent that great. And, they dont have all the dresses in stock for you to try on. I requested one I saw online and they didnt have it. This was the first place I went to try on dresses and it was not a great experience. They only gave me an hour and I was rushed the whole time.

Go see Sawyer! She is lovely. I tried on tons of dresses with her help and found a lovely dress for an event. So happy she was there when I walked in.

My mother flew from out of town to come to a bridal appointment with me. We booked an online appointment for the afternoon which was confirmed via email. When we arrived, we were told that the bridal boutique had closed for the day for cleaning. We were never informed that our appointment would be cancelled and we could see that the bridal salon was completely empty with no one cleaning it. We were given no information as to why we were not contacted to reschedule our appointment. We were given an email address to contact the salon, but we never received a reply by the time my mother had to leave town. It was such a disappointing experience since we usually love to shop at Anthropologie!

Came into bhldn with a vision and my stylist was robin who took my ideas and made my dreams come true, she knew what i wanted and gave me all the dresses that matched that look. Extremely impressed with the customer service and professionally, will refer all my friends to bhldn and Robin!!!!

Sarah was amazing! I came in this morning with 2 friends that are both getting married and she did an amazing job at tending to both of their needs at the same time! Amazing experience. She was so friendly and bubbly and we all had a really great time! It was a pleasure to have her assistance and if you get a chance, I highly suggest having her help!

I had an appointment at BHLDN today and had a great time with Mariah. She was helpful, kind, and very informative on ordering dresses. It was a wonderful experience and their bridal area was really cute. There are dresses for every type of bride at every price point. I would definitely recommend getting a dress through BHLDN.

I came in before my appointment time, but the people there were so helpful and nice that they helped me early. I loved the dresses and the entire experience was great.

Really bad experience overall. My dress was sent to the wrong person and to a wrong adress (when they had the right information on the order) the store manager was unhelpful and kind of rude. I had to fight for 3 weeks with customer service to be able to finally receive my dress. Also ended up paying more because I re-ordered my dress online instead of in store. The dress is great but the experience was terrible.
