Asked if they had a 6 rib 97” belt and the guy says I have to bring in the belt to see.see what?! Asked to speak to a manager hoping I would talk to someone more car literate.turns out “he is” the manager.also they never answer the phone and when they do well there is the kind of help you get and that’s from the manager.lost all hope for this one.advance down the street is your best bet tbh.today is 8/3/21. Almost popped a blood vessel when he said he needed more info on the belt.😩

Worth less store, Omar the big manager is not only insulting, but fails on many levels. Im pretty much done with this place. Head on over to Advance Auto and talk to Danny. He knows his parts and how to treat a customer. Or you can head over to OReilly Auto Parts and Speak to Tammy she also know her parts and always answers the phone.

Went in looking for a coupler, only one person in the front helping. Two customers walked out Infront of me while I could hear the rest of the employees laughing and chit chatting. Very bad management, to top it off they didnt even check to see if they had the part, what I could hear from other customers they also didnt find what they were looking for. The employees are not willing to help. Decided to go to a different store were I was able to find what I needed and had great customer service .

It gets a little busy in the afternoons still the service was prompt and professional they helped me find the parts I needed in a hurry. Even with the rush, I was in and out with the things I needed in under 10 minutes. Get this, when I left I still had enough cash left over to stop and grab a pizza on the way to the house!

Went in to buy some shocks for my truck .they were special ordered I paid for them on a mon. Was told they would be here on Wed. Went Wed. to pick them up and was told that the delivery had arrived but my shocks werent on it. All I got was a Sorry theyll be here tomorrow and that this wasnt the first time this had happened. And to top it off on my way out of the store the assistant manager smiled and just said have good day. Wow a slap on the face would of been better.

They did try to get me the part I needed, but failed twice. They said that the part wasnt available.Note: OReillys had it and in stock.Autozone has lost a lot of my respect over this. And the part was a Doorman part. Go figure

When in to get 2 batteries for my F350 7.3, they had them in stock, great but at 199 each. Asked about a discount and the counter person said we could work something in. I didnt check my receipt at the counter and was charged full price, should have checked. I can back for my core refund and asked about getting my discount and I was told I would have to bring my batteries back. Yeah right, if you ask for or qualify for a discount make sure you check you receipt before leaving, if youre going to promise something to a customer you should deliver. Makes great business sense.

Leaving Autozone now, bummer! I spent all this time online registering for a Autozone eGift card ($30 rebate) and now they cant figure out how to make it work in the store! I spent good amount of time browsing only to walk out empty handed! We tried numerous registers, and it seemed to work at first then something would go wrong. I give the associate an A for his effort, the store an F for their inability to find an acceptable solution.

The absolute worst service I have ever encountered! Nobody there communicates the same answers, I have been lied to for a sale, no common courtesy by any of them. Burl needs an attitude adjustment & brought down from that pedistool hes on and the older red headed lady us just plain idiot from Walmart... Calling corporate after this review!

They dont have much in stock, any time Ive needed something it had to be ordered.I dont expect them to have unlimited resources, but a Honda Civic is not exactly a rare or exotic car.The prices are good though, and the staff is usually quite helpful.If they ever go out of business itll be as a result of Amazon prime - have almost any part and you get it in 2 days

Nice place staff was Bizzy thats normal for autozone .So i used my phone app to look up part got it off shelf .The line to pay was moveing purity well so we got out prity quick. Maybe AutoZone should look into putting a kiosk for the customers 2checkout parts and a self pay station at busy stores.

Somehow I accidentally gave this place a 1* review, probably from my phone being in my pocket. This place was great - we bought nothing but our car broke down near Carlsbad and AutoZone let us park there until a tow truck came. Plus gave us mechanic recommendations in town. Two thumbs up, review changing from 1 star (accident) to 5.

I typically dont like going into our local store because you seem to be ignored as a customer. Last time i was there they had different employees and it was better. Theres hope yet because the new assistant manager (Gabby I think her name is) you can tell enjoys her job and seems like shes trying to make this location a better shopping experience. Worth giving another chance I think.

A nice little convenience store 4 Auto Parts the staff is always pretty helpful. but theyre usually short-staffed and theres usually a long wait. I think a lot of the stuff is way overpriced but still sometimes you need something so got to get it there. but all the extra stuff is really pricey its at least twice as much as lets say Walmart for the same thing kind of crazy its like wow that cost how much here.

Decent customer service, not very knowledgeable. Called in an emergency situation in need of an alternator. I was passing through from Texas to Arizona and was on a time schedule. No one else in town could get it till Tuesday and the gentleman on the phone assured me he could have it by Monday. This went against my better judgment since it was Sunday and I know how deliveries usually work. But with his verbal assurance I ordered the part and gave my CC number for overnight shipping. Low and behold Monday I called to check on the delivery and now no one knows my name or my order. My bank account gets debited Tuesday, after Oreilys has already ordered, delivered, and I’ve had it installed. It was at this point my lovely Texas blooded wife insisted on being involved. To the managers credit she handled the situation very well, as calming a Texan down can be tedious, the money was credited within 24 hours which is why they gained a star back, but for a family traveling through and hundreds of miles from home, this was a nightmare situation.

The guys that work here really care about their job. I was passing through town and bad luck left me with car troubles. They personally went out of their way to make phone calls in order to hook me up with a mechanic who would replace an alternator on a late Saturday afternoon. This is the friendliest Autozone Ive ever been too!

Employees are very friendly store is in order and clean. Could probably use some training program for new hires and definatly need more employees . store is way understaffed. Phone calls are thirty plus min of bieng on hold And people calling should be handled by one person only. That person shouldnt be on the counter as well . too much going on just causes more confusion. Put three people on the counter one on the phone and stocking and cleaning. Put another on the register and ur assistant manager or manager to oversee. Use the scan tool. Test batteries n altwrnators ect. And do the inventory n books ect.

Depends on who helps you at the service counter I guess. I had a man who went waaayy out of his way to help me find what I needed and even order some parts from the Elpaso warehouse. While at the same time another attendant was belittling another patron a being overtly condescending. I also shop at Oriellys auto parts just up the street and prefer going there but this time they were out of what I needed.

The store was empty, and took like 3 min before anyone help me. The red shirt knew more than the manger. Although my battery was still under warranty, they wouldnt give me a new one..So I should of just waited and gone to El Paso or Las Cruces where I feel more welcome at the store
