Im a painting contractor...Called my local store looking to purchase H&C Concrete Heavy Shield...They didnt have enough product but was told the Carlise store had 20 gallon...My store notified me that the store wudnt release their stock so o called Carlisle direct...Spoke to Amber and right away she says no they have none...Told her i spoke to Chambersurg store and they have 20 gallon in stock...She laughed said no its for someone else...This will be the last time i deal with Sherwin Williams.....My business will stay where its been the past 10yrs & thats with Valspar....So Sherwin Williams stop calling & sending me your stupid xmas cards trying to get me to come back to your products....

Kyle was extremely polite and helpful. He perfectly matched our existing paint from eleven years ago to current paint available. Service was prompt and excellent.

Store worker was asking way too many personal questions. All I wanted was a gallon of interior latex paint. Not the best, not the cheapest. She wanted name, phone number, address, email address. I said, look, enough with all the questions, I just want a gallon of paint . So she mixed the paint and charged me $48 for the gallon. I could have gone across the street to Lowes and bought two gallons for that price. Now that she had pre mixed the custom color, I was stuck paying her exorbitant price. Sherwin Williams - you just screwed the wrong customer. I will tell everyone I can what a rip off it is to buy paint at your store.
