A young man named Tyler came to pick up my packages for return. What a nice and patient person! I had one package by the door. When I went to get the second one, it wasn’t in the first place I looked. I told him I though I remembered where I had put it and went back to check a second place. It was nice of him to wait. I felt he cared about his job and about helping customers. He could easily have said, “I’m sorry but you’ll just have to take that to the store since it’s not ready.” He saved me a lot of trouble by waiting a few extra minutes. Sometimes small acts of kindness have a big impact.

I needed to get items out in the mail as soon as possible. My sons and I walked to the store, but unfortunately when we got there, their double stroller would not fit through the door into the store. The staff was so wonderful. The gentleman working today tried to help me get it through and when we realized it would not fit he offered to stay with the boys right by the window so I could still see them just so I could get everything done. He was so kind and helpful and my sons enjoyed his company! Also the young woman inside helping me got everything taken care of in no time at all so we could be on our way to finish our morning walk. Excellent customer service!

I came to this store to return 3 Amazon items, 1 textbook rental and 2 other items. There was some sort of a mixup and my rented textbook didnt make it. Justin at this store went out of his way to find the item and contact Amazon to find out the best way to get it where it needed to go. I was very grateful that Justin could help, and that he worked with me so well to clear this up. I will definitely continue to use this UPS store.

Dismal experience becauseit took 7 minutes for the employee to explain the easy was way to solve the issue. Rude management who told a customer to sign for your package and leave my store!

I sell on eBay and had a terrible experience at the Carlisle UPS store. We have been dropping boxes off for month and the associates are always helpful and friendly. Today, however, one employee made us never want to go back again. Very upset we brought work for him, I guess. His attitude was terrible! Not only did he toss packages and act like I was a bother, he was going to charge me for a piece of tape. After we help with his job security. I have been doing this for many years and I have never had such a RUDE employee. He will give this store a bad reputation. Good luck in life.

Drop off a decent amount of packages at this branch and the staff is always friendly, courteous, and efficient. Much like a Packaging Pit Crew haha. Would recommend!

My family visits UPS store #2878 at 950 Walnut Bottom Road in Carlisle PA frequently.I visited this location today because I needed to fax something and I was treated very well (as usual). I walked in without the correct fax number and the associate who worked with me was very pleasant while waiting for me to go to my car and retrieve the correct fax number. The fax had to be sent twice to successfully make it (probably something to do with technical issues on the receiving side). Throughout the whole encounter, the associate was super friendly and light heartedly making small talk with me. Another team member chimed in and joked a little about the toner in the machine.I really enjoy workplace humor and know how vital humor can be to help balance some of the stress that can take place when dealing with the public. I happened to witness another customer who was being a bit rude about the cost to ship something but the team handled the situation perfectly-even calmly explaining some of the factors that go into pricing.I have a strong background in Customer Service and part of my career experience includes being a team lead for a call center. I know how very challenging some people can be. I also happen to have an MBA which strongly focused on leadership and team dynamics. This UPS location is everything you could hope for in terms of UPS’s most valuable assets, its people, working in harmony and delivery world-class customer service-particularly during these trying pandemic times.Your efforts are sincerely appreciated!Thank you again for your professionalism and friendliness! We are a military family and have a move coming up this summer. We had purchased the Lego Millennium Falcon for our son for Christmas and were at our wits end trying to figure out how we were going to move it without completely disassembling all 8000 pieces. It is 36x 26 x 7 so its not only fragile but huge as well. I went by the UPS store looking for recommendations on how I could package it. I spoke with Justin who provided great advice and enthusiastically volunteered to allow us to bring the Falcon in after store hours to custom build a box that would protect it during the move. When we showed up at closing time, Rachel and Lauren received it and built the box. Both were super friendly and did a fantastic job of wrapping and boxing it up. The peace of mind that this service provided us during a stressful period was priceless. Again, Justin, Lauren, and Rachel were awesome. I would highly recommend the Carlisle UPS store!

I would love to give a shout out to Justin. He really went above and behond for me today. As a mom of 3 I had two sleeping little ones in the car and was unable to go in the store to drop off my package. I called to find out if I could drop it off or if I had to wait in line and without hesitation said just pull right up and I will come out and grab it for you. He even brought out lollipops for kids! I really appreciate the generosity and kindness!

The best customer service ever. OUTSTANDING! Lauren and the folks on the staff went out of their way to get my golf clubs to Florida and back. When a glitch happened, they were on it. Well done you guys! I will be back.

Impeccable customer service from the time I walked in. I arrived to the store and had a very warm welcome. They shipped an overnight package to Europe, and when it didnt arrive on time they offered a full refund (even though it arrived a couple of days later). I had to go back to Europe shortly after, but they attempted to ship the refund check to my overseas address. A year later, I received the check after multiple attempts to get it to me. The store was always inquiring if I had received it and doing whatever they could to get me the refund check. The customer service for this store has gone above and beyond any expectations.

I needed to return 2 tires but had no box. The staff at Carlisle UPS store helped me out. They made the box I needed but were unable to ship the tires as they were to go to FedEx. No big deal for them. They packed the tires and provided directions where I could drop the box off. The whole process took less than 10 minutes. I left happy with the service.

Lauren was absolutely amazing! I had shipped documents through UPS overnight to my daughters coliege on a Wednesday. As of Friday they has not arrived and the college was closing for the winter break.If delivered, we could not get them for 10 days. This was an issue as it contained time sensitive materials. I called UPS and they assured me that they would return them to me instead of delivering them. Yet that day, I received information that they were out for delivery. I contacted the UPS store closest to the school and thankfully spoke with Lauren. She went out of her way to identify the driver who had the package. She then reached him and picked up the package so it would not be delivered! She then shipped the package back to me. She is truly an amazing person and UPS in Carlisle should be thrilled to have her as an employee!

I work for the Carlisle Area SD and I have had amazing service when I come to the Carlisle Store. I am here several times a week and the employees are always smiling and extremely helpful. The are very efficient and I have never seen them in a bad mood or treat anyone disrespectfully. I have been in the customer service industry for years, and know that it is not always easy to deal with certain customers, but they handle it like pros. I would HIGHLY recommend this store to everyone! I am very happy they are there and have told several of my friends to use this establishment.

Started out as just normal service, but as I came to have to return to the store several times, I realized the staff is always very helpful, cheerful and accommodating! I would give them a zero if I could. Apparently if you are not in their computer you are not allowed to send a package by this store.

DO NOT USE THIS UPS STORE if you want to print from a USB drive. First, the attendant will tell you that the printer is not set up to print directly from a USB drive, even though it appears to be. Next, she will direct you to the computer to aid in printing. You will then be charged a minimum $2.00 computer usage fee in addition to the printer cost. To make two black and white copies, this UPS store would have charged me $2.40. Instead, I went to Staples a half a mile away, who charged 25 cents for the same job.

The employees in this store Have always been willing to go above and beyond the call of duty. They are very friendly, personable, and very willing to meet your needs.

Best UPS store in the area with excellent customer service, extra friendly staff Lauren, and the technology necessary to scan Amazon emails into printing prepaid labels on the spot. No postal locations in Gettysburg can do this, even the main UPS hub does not have this email/scan label option.

Hi ups corporate office I came to your store to return a part that was delivered by ups but I am being told that I can return it though ups because its a piece of metal in an L shape. For a gun that I was wearing in the store never said anything about that but you cant sent the part.
