We were passing through the town abd stopped near by to get dinner and stumbled upon this place on our walk to the restaurant. This has to be the best antique shop that I have ever seen! The shop felt more like a fancy boutique or furniture like place than an antique shop. The way that everything was put on display and arranged was perfect. It was beautiful and items were arranged in a way that really drew attention to each piece in such a perfect way. The store is huge! There are 4 floors and with the exception of the basement floor the store felt super spacious. It didnt have that typical musty smell that most antique shops have and was very clean. Whoever did the merchandise arrangements was a genius. Also the pricing was super reasonable too. I will definitely be back at some point and recommend for anyone to check it out, even if its just to window shop.

Its kind of sad to call this is a hidden gem, considering that its on one of the main streets in Carlisle, and the average person driving through cannot tell what glorious treasures are behind the windows of this restored department store. Not only are there a wide variety of vendors and artists with new and old and restored merchandise, but the building itself is something of a marvel in terms of how they beautifully restored it. You can just imagine what it was like to shop here in its hay day. While there are plenty of steps to climb if you are able, there is an elevator, and a ultra clean restroom on the 2nd or 3rd floor. The only upgrade missing to this piece of history is air conditioning, and having visited there in the middle of summer, it was HOT. Even though the description says that parking is free, we were hesitant to park in the city parking lot because of all the signs that tell you otherwise. We did not get a ticket. The bonus round to this is the Carlisle Flea Market which is basically the back room of the department store. It has a basement feel to it and is filled with yard sale type of things, but also has a bakery and a food stand. Loved this place, and cant wait to go back, now that I am more familiar with the set up.

Unlike many antique shops the antique mall in Carlisle, PA stands out. There are multiple floors of beautiful antiques to view and/or purchase, but the big difference is how theyre displayed. Things arent piled or packed in together, everything is neatly, and tastefully displayed. Where in other shops Ive found going to be an overwhelming, tedious experience, the antique mall is more akin to visiting a museum. Except in this case you can purchase the pieces of history on display.

First time visit. Enjoyed it very much. So much to see. Will be back.

They have an AMAZING Flea Market on Saturdays from 10-4, on the ground level. Browse and shop unique items from Artists, Makers, Crafters, including Baked goods and delicious hot eats, fresh produce, eggs and honey, all at the antique mall!

This place is so great I am returning for items I could not fit in my car - two weeks after my last visit from Maine. Really quality items, wonderful mid-century, and the best selection of early cupboards I have even seen. You will not be disappointed!

Really nice Antique Mall. Four stories of interesting merchandise. Something for everyone, ranging from classic primitives to mid century mod. Reasonable prices. We purchased a nice wall cabinet. Lots of local parking and good eateries nearby.

The Carlisle Antique Mall is a real treat. Well-designed and loaded with unique and thoughtful antiques and gifts, you wont regret spending time in this terrific addition to a wonderful little downtown. The staff is welcoming, the place is beautiful, and the mix of items for sale superlative. If you like antiques, do yourself the favor of making the trek and spending time browsing (and buying) to your hearts content in this fun and warm place. It is just plain lovely.

Some awesome items but super expensive for stuff not in good shape! But if I could afford it n had the room, wouldve bought a lot of the furniture. Did buy a few small items still!

I love this place, and I make it a point to shop here (usually multiple times) when I’m visiting Carlisle. The store is so beautifully curated and contains such a range of antiques and gorgeous clothes that everyone can find something here. I love that it always changes - vendors are updating their booths and swapping out items, making each shopping trip a different experience for someone like me who visits 2-3 times a year. I love finding such unique furniture pieces and accents, and people are always asking where I find them!The staff are friendly and help a lot in wrapping and packing your purchase, and also help load larger pieces into your car.I also think the prices are phenomenal. Living in Atlanta, it’s hard to find good deals on antiques, not to mention most stores are already well picked over and prices can really break the bank. Can’t wait to go back!

The building itself has lots of charm. Three floors of items to see so make sure you allow time in the parking meter. If you go on the weekend, I think parking is free.

Just went in for the first time to look for Christmas decorations and really enjoyed shopping here. Great atmosphere with them playing Christmas music while shopping. They have a great selection of Christmas and various other antiques. The prices are also very reasonable. We purchased twelve Christmas ornaments for $12! Highly recommend!

What an experience! As soon as you walk in you feel welcomed and all of your senses are engaged. Three floors of eye candy for decorators, idea hunters, and professional designers. Do not pass by this location. On street parking, delivery available on select items. Several vendors with unique aesthetics to capture the imagination of all who wander.

The trip to Carlisle was over an hour and a half for us, so I checked reviews before going. Saw one very negative review but soon discovered it was completely unwarranted. The store was very nice and we will definitely be return customers.

Fantastic in so many ways! The building is amazing. The owner has lovingly restored a beautiful and historic building. It is delightful to wonder around and imagine what it must have been like in the 1920s soon after it was built. It is apparent the vendors are well chosen and show a great deal of pride in their spaces certainly not a flea market kinda place!There is something for everyone from tiny items to furniture, clothing, jewelry. Very Classy!

From atmosphere (they always have fun hip music playing), to the vendors (whose collections are all top-notch), to the most outstanding variety around; you will not be disappointed with your visit and trip back in time! And to see these young entrepreneurs taking an old abandoned building in the downtown and turning it into such a local hot spot deserves a few extra stars (if only I could leave a 10 star review)! The best antique mall Ive ever seen! I cant believe the selection and quality. We left with a few treasures and plan to return soon. We saw many awesome items that were unusual and affordable. My brother in law spent at least an hour going through their selection of records while I spent my time exploring their Mid Century and primitive selection. It was definitely worth the hour drive. I cant wait to come for their grand opening in a few weeks. They really are one of a kind.

Stellar marketplace!Located in a beautifully restored historic building with four floors of some really impressive vendors. It can be busy at times, but the isles are surprisingly wide in keeping with the historic 1920s Montgomery Ward department store vibe. So even when its packed its still easy to move about the mall. Staff are super helpful and accommodating.The Carlisle Antique Mall is quickly becoming a favorite with locals and tourists alike. Well worth having a visit. You will not be disappointed. Oh... did I mention they have off-street parking on the weekends as well.Be sure to visit the third floor for some great views of the city, AND some amazing Industrial Rustic furniture that really inspires.

Make sure you take plenty of money here if you plan on buying something. Everything is over priced!

I am writing this review as a vendor here-in case you may be a vendor looking for a new home. This is the most vendor friendly mall I have ever been a part of. The owner and his staff have been amazing in their support. They are determined to have it be the most respected mall in the area. They have made every effort to attract the most qualified vendors. I am impressed with how they greet everyone as they enter and how they have appreciated the community response.

Great place with something for everyone. Owners are great. Would make this your first stop in Carlisle if your hunting for antiques and collectibles.

Beautifully, beautifully restored building. It is warm and inviting. The vendor booths are roomy and everyone has such gorgeous quality wares. Prices are fair. This antique mall is a delightful spot to wile away an hour or two.

Wow, this is a very nice antique co-op with something for everyone! Definitely higher end antiques mixed with repurposed industrial furniture pieces! If youre into vintage clothing, you have to check out the basement of this old department store. Also, if youre looking for vintage vinyl albums, there is a gentleman on the second floor who has an amazing amount of inventory at very reasonable prices! My daughter picked up a Beatles album that was still sealed in the factory packaging and had the original Boscovs price tag on the front! If youre checking out the antique places in the Carlisle area, you definitely want to make this one of your stops!

Very cool place. 3 floors to explore and it is beautifully restored. There is a good variety of items. One thing that is odd is the way the checkout is set up. The counter is in the front window so one of the first things you see is the back of the employees head and computer screens rather than a display of merchandise.

The Carlisle Antique Mall was an absolutely magical place. Lots of interesting finds and tons of great deals. The one vendor I worked with was super nice and you could tell that he was knowledgable and honestly loved everything he had in his store.Four floors of amazingly interesting things, both antique and vintage. However, the very top and very bottom floors were a little sparse compared to the first and second floors. The building is beautiful and definitely worth a trip in.

Its an antique department store thats been completely restored and filled with top notch vendors. They have several floors from clothing and primitives to midcentury, upcycled, and industrial decor items. The space was elegant and so well done that my husband even stayed to shop!
