Called multiple times to schedule a oil change and no one bothered to answer.

They were awesome. They knew what they were doing and did a very good job.

Went in for an oil change, had a hard time finding check in, then told them exactly the oil change I wanted (synthetic) & to set reminder to 5000 miles & afterwards they set it to 3000 miles. Before leaving I went back inside and told them it was wrong and I was told that it couldnt be done, only to check my oil change records from Jiffy Lube who did it without problem.I went back at 3:30p to get oil change on another vehicle, only to have door locked. Checked website, which said they were open to 7p. The gentleman in front of me walked around to back & was told they were closed. He had come back because they did something wrong with his car the day before.Ill avoid this location in the future!I miss Jiffy Lube, never had this issue there, but have had oil change at Walmart in Murphysboro without issue.

On March 30th 2019 walmart store 00196 performed my tire rotation. Manufacturer required for warranty is 6000 miles. This has been the process since purchase in 2016 at a higher cost than most. However the tires were put on in opposite rotation than the manufacturer states in clear embossed ➡️ to be placed on passenger side and ⬅️on driver side. Now the ACC manager at carbondale Walmart following company policy tries to place blame on the customer.Randy the manager in question tries to talk down to the customer. When I informed them that the front brakes I had installed just under a year ago had to have been defective and they arent responsible. The tires placed on the opposite side moving in a constant forward acceleration after having been rotating in the correct direction since purchase in January 2016 have begun causing the front end to drive in an un natural movement, thus causing uneven brake pressure when brakes pedal compressed. D.O.T. as well as NHITSA have proven the separation of tire tread when placed on the wrong side in a rotation process. I asked the manager if the tire separates and caused a wreck with my family onboard, what then? As he walks off dismissively he states THE TIRES ARE COVERED UNDER WARRANTY!I absolutely refuse from this moment forward to use, shop, or support walmart in any way. Here are receipts from the last 2 rotations. Oh wait Marion Illinois walmart store 00216 had the vehicle for almost 4hrs to perform oil. Change and tire ration and forgot to do rotation. Spend the extra $$ on quality service with a customer satisfaction guarantee, versus the somewhat cheaper walmart service and actual lack of customer satisfaction. Went to the one in Carbondale like I have for past 2-3 years. Got my oil changed and was on highway heading back to DQ when we heard a loud thud. Thought we blew a tire....nope. They didnt screw the tray back under hood. We sat on the highway for over an hour! Had to call a tow. Tried calling walmart about 6 times before I finally got someone. Wont go there again. Going to Murphysboro!

With a 3 hour wait, I decided to just replace my own battery in the parking lot. They totally helped me find the right battery, which was more tricky than it should have been. They also told me exactly what tools Id need. Great folks.

Got my tire repaired

They have the tools to remove a nail from your tire, but they absolutely refuse to use those tools to remove a nail from your hand!! 2 out of 5!!

It took them almost 4.5 hours to get my tires done and my oil changed

I mean they corrected the problem but when i was there getting tires put on my car common sense tells you to put both new ones on the back of a mustang because it is a rear wheel drive instead they put one on the front and one on the back

Customer Service Associate was very nice and professional! However, our car was the third car or so to be serviced n there was a power outage n the whole store...The car was never worked on...very unfortunate! But I will come back...great price for the battery I needed!

Stood there for almost 45 minutes while the workers just continued to walk past me like I wasn’t there. Needed a tire patched and they told me they couldn’t patch it because of my camber, took it to marion Walmart and they patched it no questions asked. I was also late to work due to them ignoring me being there. Definitely will not be going back there.

Went in for an oil change, took about an hour longer than estimated. On the plus side, once they started on my car they were relatively quick and even found an issue with one of my tires. Decent service, just dont expect it quickly.

Lack of help and general rudeness throughout, skipped over in line for new customers w the same issue, people inside cant help you have to check in w a technician, no technicians outside, go back inside to tell them, no one inside. The person who was helping me ended their shift before they pulled my car in so it just sat in the lot for 30 min. while they tried not to make eye contact. Waste of time, money, effort and space. If you have ANY other options, take them.Update: to change a single flat tire took them 2 and a half hours. And if you see Jarrett, tell him hes worthless.

Clueless customer service rep. Technicians swearing at angry customers. Just remarkably unprofessional. I sat for 3 hours - horrified that I even let these morons get under the hood of my car. Trust me: it’s not worth saving a few bucks.

The one in Carbondale moves quickly. The one in Marion is always a wait of several hours for a simple oil change.

It was very good pricing. They took average time for them to finish my car. They had one person per car so it took longer than if they only had one car total and all worked on it.

I had to wait 5 hours here just to fix a small problem I had with a tire. 0/10 would never come again. At least to the tire center. The store itself is fine

I called 2 hours in advance to set up a time to get my oil changed. Was told that it would be about 2 hours and they had the battery I needed in stock. When I arrived a man stopped me before I reached the door to ask why I was here. I explained that I just needed a basic oil change and had called ahead. He said he didnt know who I talked to but he couldnt fit me in and still get home in time tonight. I asked where he suggested I go amd he said, somewhere else. This was my second bad experience and I will not be returning, no matter how much they roll back their prices.

Although they sometimes have a long wait, the service here (for an oil change at least) is amazing.

Slow, seems to be understaffed for the amount of business. But friendly and apologetic about wait times.

Got an oil change here and requested 10w40 oil. They used 5w30. Also, upon getting in my vehicle the door handle had grease on it as did the steering wheel, inside door handle, and shifter. I went to ask for paper towels to clean it myself and some scrub ass looking guy tells meSir Im going to have to ask you to not step inside the shop. I didnt step inside your shop. I couldnt because there was a plastic chain across the bay that the cars pull in. But because my foot was underneath the chain you felt the need to tell me that? These white trash hillbillies provided terrible customer service and I wont be returning.

The battery I received was about $10 more than what I was quoted over the phone. Service was excellent.

The service was good and the associate running the counter was friendly and helpful. Went in on a Sunday and they seemed understaffed for as many cars were in the bay are, but an overall positive experience

Went in today to get and oil change. After standing at the wall for 20 minutes with not one employee even recognizing my existence I asked if I could check in with my name and leave my keys so I could shop. The employees would not check me in. Toothless Joe in there was very rude. Incompetence at it’s best. Horrible customer service.
