I had scheduled initially for a Saturday morning installation at my house in which the technician cancelled due to family issues. He returned later in the day but by then it was raining and I had no rain shelter. A technician came the following Monday to pull the old windshield and somehow lost my windshield wiper nuts. The following Saturday a new windshield was installed but they left a 1/4 inch gap the top between the roof and the molding. He left without putting the antenna back in as well. I tried reaching the technician and Safelite the day of to no avail, to fix what they had done but as of right now the only available spot is another week the next Saturday, according to the website. Easily the worst service Ive had from anywhere in years, especially considering the inflated prices. As you can see in the photo, when the antenna is placed back in, it isnt nearly centered in its slot because the windshield is too far towards the front of the car.

Great place - knowledgeable and friendly. Replaced a windshield that another glass shop couldnt find the right molding for, and did it in 1 day.

Set my appointment up almost 2 weeks in advance. Even got email and text reminders about my appointment, including morning of. Waited 15 minutes in the shop to be told they dont have my window in to replace it and arent sure when they will. Id be less upset if I wouldnt have taken a day off of work to do this and if they would have told me before then or before I both drove there and waited especially considering I still got the texts making sure to come in

The chip they repaired grew within a week. I took it back and they said I could replace the windshield. I’ve had other companies fix chips in the past and never had this problem before. I called Glass Dr. in Carbondale to see if they could fix the chip. They said that once someone tries, it can’t be corrected, but we should get the fix cost deducted from the cost of the windshield. This was not offered to me by Safelite. Also, Glass Dr. charges half of what Safelite charges. I wish I had gone to Glass Dr. in the first place. Chances are that I now would not be needing an expensive windshield repair.

They were fast and pleasant to deal with. I can still see where the rock chip is at but it shouldnt spread now so Im satisfied with it.

Went in for a quick fix and was done in less than 20 minutes the staff was friendly and courteous and they saved me money over the price I was quoted.

My Dad and I took his Ford truck and Dodge Challenger to have new windshields put on both vehicles. They did the job extremely fast and when they were done both vehicles they look like brand new again with new windshields. Extremely professional and respectful while working on your vehicle. Also had new Bosch windshield wipers put on that are amazing. Extremely thankful we went to Safelite! Highly recommend them! You won’t be disappointed.

Got me in and out very quickly and did good job of cleaning up most of the shattered glass from old window. Price just a bit high but these guys are professionals and treated me like a valued customer.

They were so fast at changing my entire windshield it litterally only took them 1 hr on the dot and the gentlemen working were very nice.

We got a stone chip star in our windshield. I called our insurance company that set us up with Safelite. Ive had very good experience with Safelite in the past. So I was expecting a quick, simple, high-quality fix. Ive worked at car dealerships and watched in amazement how these small stone stars (smaller than a quarter - $0.25) could be completely filled such that you cant even find where the chip occurred. I was expecting this simple fix to go smoothly. Everything seemed to be going fine. But when the technician was done, the star was still there; it filled in about 50% of the star.The technician offered to replace the windshield in response to my concern. What??? The reason that I wanted the chip filled was that I dont want the factory seal on my windshield disturbed. And if you cant fix a simple star in the windshield, why would I trust you to install a new windshield? What if the windshield install goes the same way as the star repair??? Oh well, sorry that your windshield leaked and destroyed the electronic display in you dash. No thanks!Photos below: Left - Before, Right - After

Unfortunately the wrong glass was ordered but that is understandable in that there are so many Toyota windshields. Made another appointment and feel that these are very competent people so at this point I would definitely recommend them.

Shane fixed my truck in a timely manner. He even went back to retrieve a rusty drill bit that had somehow fell off the old windsheild. He did this at a later time. That is customer satisfaction. Would recommend!

Initial contact assured my wife THREE TIMES the quoted price for quarter glass replacement was what it would cost us, and appointment was set for the following Monday. On Monday, appointment was rescheduled by Safelite for Friday. On Friday they call to state they have the wrong info, they need our VIN number and the correct glass is out of state and will be $120 more.Never again.

Didnt buy a new windshield but the employee was very nice and helpful on giving me a price and honest opinion.

Very fast and friendly. It said my windshield repair would take 2 hours but he finished it in 45mins. It was so fast and smooth, I didn’t even know he was finished. i highly recommend anyone to this place, especially since they have lifetime warranty.
