Bought my first motorcycle from here and was met with excellent customer service and very fair pricing and suggestions. Everyone I have talked to has said the motorcycle I purchased was at a good price and the best for my skill level as a new rider that had very little knowledge. Not a single time did they try to make more money by selling a larger engine size bike or recommending pointless or overpriced equipment to a naive customer. Most importantly, the bike was completely road ready without a single problem and to top it off they do work on motorcycles as well and have been recommended by several friends to me for their quality service.

Loved this place! Great bikes, quick service, awesome atmosphere and attitude. Dealership fees practically nonexistent, and they will treat you better than any other chain dealership. 11/10.

Drove 10.5 hr. each way from Minneapolis, MN to pick up a Triumph I saw online. Nate and the crew gave me a great deal, helped me load it up and Ive been riding happy for a couple months now.

DO NOT USE THIS PLACE FOR REPAIRS!!! BAD WORK AND DO NOT HONOR THIER WORK. Bought a UTV and brought it to this place in Nov 2020. Have the oil change, the clutch and the front wheel bearings replaced. It is now March 2021 and I had sold the side-by-side. The folks who bought it from me called me today and said that the spindle on the front drivers Side of the side-by-side with missing a locking nut. This caused the spindle to completely be torn up. The only people who have worked on it since I bought it in November was Phillips Pro Cycling. I called the Phillips pro cycling and asked them if they would be willing to look at it to warranty their work. They said they would but it would be over a month before they could look at it. I sent the receipt for the repairs to the new buyers and ask them to call this company which I was sure based on their reviews would honor their work and help them fix it. Instead the buyers called me back and said that these people sent to take a hike since they were a third-party and that they would not honor the work that they messed up on just three months either. I had maybe started the side-by-side less than 10 times since they worked on it so it could not have been damaged by any other means besides these people not putting the locking nut back on when they repaired the ball bearings. I would definitely avoid this company as they do not honor their work and are very rude.

Had my son’s four wheeler for about a year. One of the issues that I had with it when I first bought it was the reverse and neutral lights NEVER worked and I told them to fix this and when I got it back from them, one of the lights was working but it was also switched around. So I took it back, thinking they would fix it and not charge me, but they did.

Great to buy a bike from would not recommend have it serviced there.Took my Yamaha i bought there last year for new white wall tire to be mounted and a oil change and when I went to pick it up I got really dirty white walls and new scratches on rear fender photos included

After going through the process of buying my bike, I have to say that everyone at Phillips Pro Cycle, especially Nathan, has been super helpful and a pleasure to work with. I live a few states away, so all of the conversations apart from getting the bike were over the phone. They were very deliberate, and returned my calls very quickly. I was concerned at first that working with the dealership so far away might be difficult, but they went out of their way to make sure that this process was very easy and an enjoyable experience. When I came to get the bike, everything was set up and ready to go. We were leaving with the bike almost as soon as we got there. I cant stress enough that this was the best buying experience Ive had from a dealership, and I definitely recommend checking them out if youre looking for a motorcycle.

I live in GA. and I was in the market for another bike. AFTER 2 WEEKS GOING ALL OVER GA. AND ANYTHING I LIKED EITHER WAY TO HIGH AND I FEEL OUT LAUGHING 91000 MILES ON THIS BIKE IT WOULD NOT EVEN START. I WA.KED OUT AND STARTED ONLINE SERCE I CALLED A PLACE THAT HAD THE SAME BIKE DIFFERENT COLORS. AND I TOLD HIM THAT MY BIKE IS ALl. I CAN DRIVE. HE STOPPED ME AND SAID MAN I JUST GOT BIKE in SAME 11500c I wanted HE said let me send you a few pictures and when I opened them the first thing that hit me,, if it sounds to good to be true then it stil, HAD my attention 17000 original MILES . HE ask could I put a 1000 done on it .. and with so many scams HE. Let me put a 100 down and we rode all the way to Phillips pro cycle the very next day a 7 hr drive. I was expecting at .least some flaws thaw just most sales men...but I didnt even want to look at any more. These guys were very honest easy to work with. A truly amazing experience. We drove 5 hours to buy a motorcycle that the description of which was true and accurate. There was no pressure and plenty of patience as we inspected the bike and took it for a long test ride. The price? More than fair. When again I need a motorcycle...or when one of my kids needs one it is here our search will start. Good people here, well versed in the art of motorcycling and in our opinion, honest.

Their mechanic does not know what he’s doing. I took my bike there for an idling issue and after doing everything i had already done they told me they couldn’t get it to idle right either. The bike sat there for a few months and they left the key turned to the on position which fried my battery. When i came to pick it up they told me they had gotten it running right even though that was false because they never called and told me that. I took the bike home and took it apart again only to find two of my carb bolts completely stripped. Would not recommend for a mechanics shop. Great place to buy a bike horrible place to get it fixed.

I bought two bikes there and both were in excellent condition when I got them. Service was good too. This was in the late 90s early 2000s. They were fair and honest.

These guys have their act together. Grade A number one service. Just had them fix a bike and put forward controls on another I will be back agian. They do great work!!

I am happy with the decision ive made withPhillips pro cycle. Had a lot of questions and concerns and theyve helped me out with no problems. I appreciate everything theyve done because they were nice and easy to get along with. Helped me get my new bike on my trailer and helped me but the right gear and helped me with keeping my bike in good condition in summer and winter time. Best decision Ive made and I suggest whoever reads this to go there themselves.

Been here multiple times and still enjoy going here to look at bikes. They do not continue to bug you and follow you around. Awesome prices on thier bikes and thier tires. Just had a new back tire put on. They had me in and out within thirty minutes.

Ordered a front tire for my Ducati on ebay at a price so low I was skeptical. The tire came, and it was the right tire! Plus, it arrived 2 days early. I also ordered an awesome tee-shirt, one we would pay $50 for here in LA, but it was only $10. Love these guys!
