Great. Wouldnt buy any New ERA 59fifty hats anywhere else

Today was Sham to say the least. Absolutly no customer service, they just ignored me while I was looking for a Hat and after, the stitching was a crooked result. When I confronted the guy at the counter he first blamed the stitch Master THEN just looked at me with a blank stare. No offer to talk to the guy / fix it/ or discount it. Ive been going to Lids in Capitola for years, and today? One star was generous. Just Poor Form!

They have good baseball hats whatever look you want new era

The folks were helpful and my son picked out hats for Daddy, Mommy, Nana, and himself.

Seems like this store doesnt really have huge selection and they were closed for a long time the past couple months
