I bought 27 retrofit windows and had 3 skylights replaced through Interlite Skylight several years ago, I would give them 1 star but decided to give them 2 stars for the skylights they installed were great but 3 of the retrofit windows we noticed water rushing in during 2 big storms . we called several times to see if someone could come out to fix the windows, finally resorted to another business to get a quote to repair the leaks and the contractor said the windows werent installed correctly. Will never use Interlite Skylite again.

We had double pane windows installed several year ago by interlite. 2 have leaked from the beginning, every time we get rain and a strong enough wind to push the rain under our eves. We have called at least 6 times over the years, and received no help. They do not stand behind their installation work. Very disappointing!
