Brought in cylinder heads for machining and valve work, was told they had a lot of back orders but they could handle it. Two weeks go by after hearing nothing and I call to check in. The machinist told me he had been swamped but would have them for me monday. No call, so I call the next day and get the same answer. I decided to just go in store and talk to the guy about an actual date they would be done and he tells me just take em back. So I did. Plenty of other places to go in this town, never going here again.

I have had an account forever I have seen some employee changes but it the general staff that maintains good customer relations in order to have such a great record in friendliness. Keep it up it is working for 50 years

Great customer service

Mid-County Auto Supply carries Deka Batteries. These are, by far, the best car and truck wet cell lead acid batteries available on the market. Mid-County has an extensive inventory and charges a very reasonable price. They are the only dealer I know of for Deka in the bay area. Worth the money and worth the trip.
