When power goes out it takes at least 4 hours to restore the power back & I have experienced little short blimps of power outages for no reason. No reliable service.

They were fast to respond to my issue. The ballasts were out in the sign/marquee in front of my business. They were able to get to me fixed up the very next day. They had very reasonable prices also.
