Overall, my experience with Staples has been superb. I was having laptop issues and got a free diagnostic. They were very honest with me and didnt try to take my money. Long story short, they told me how I could possibly fix my computer myself so I tried it, and it worked, but I managed to mess up my computer another way, so I returned the part without issue and actually ended up buying a laptop from them. Excellent deal on the laptop, they definitely arent trying to rip you off with electronic prices, and they give truthful advice instead of just trying to take your money. Im a computer science major so I can attest that they arent lying or being unreasonable. However, the reason I didnt give five stars is because the lack of knowledge about the product I chose. The information sticker next to the display said this laptop was the Flex 6 but their website said it was the Flex 14, and so did the employee. However, once I bought the laptop, the sticker on the box says its the 6. Im not upset about it because theyre practically identical and its a good deal either way, but I would have appreciated it if I knew exactly what I was getting. Overall, my experience was excellent and I will definitely go to them for any computer-related matters, not Best Buy! Best Buy is a total rip-off for laptops compared to this place, and same with repair services. Staples has been honest and fair with their pricing, and honesty goes a long way. Loving the new laptop!

The whole staff at the Cape Girardeau store are kind and professional, though I must say, Raychel and Carly have exceptional problem-solving skills and really made my day with their customer-service! The fellow that worked on my moms computer was very nice and knew what he was doing. He said it needed the drivers updated and windows 10 installed. It works so much better now for her its like a new computer again and they didnt charge her an unreasonable price. I am very pleased with their work.

Way overpriced on everything in their store. Before purchasing anything I recommend you Google the item you wish to buy and check Amazon and wal mart before spending any money there because I will bet a years salary anything you buy there can be found cheaper somewhere else. If I could give 0 stars I would.

Good variety. Lots of cool school supplies. However, it was hard to find staff for a question.

Called on Sunday about having 11×14 pics printed for college class, arrived on Monday morning at 8. They were out of paper. Needed pics by Thursday, paper was coming on Wednesday. Very disappointed. Drove 70 miles round trip.

Ordered online - supposed to have next day delivery. Wasnt told had I had to receive email that item had come in. Went to get it the next day, but it didnt come in until the following day. Just a bit frustrating.

Waited 3 day for business cards and they were horrible! Im pretty sure my 4th grader could have done a better job on the art work! The whole design was smeared and when I opened the box the first few cards were bent! I cant hand those out to potential customers! Very disappointed!!!

Great experience, the young man was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the products. We bought one item and will probably go back for the the other.

Poor customer service. Ordered a stamp was told 24 hours. 3 weeks later still no stamp. Was told oh well its not their fault its the warehouse. Will not shop here again.

I witnessed a manager be very rude and disrespectful to an employee in front of customers.

Print shop wants 24-48 true around or 30% markup for while you wait, no machine had a job running.

The visit was short due to how high the prices were, compared to their online shopping.
