The cafe was closed, so i just had coffee. That is the best coffee Ive ever had! Im glad I found a place to go to for coffee!

The food is amazing. I hope they can offer dine-in again in the future. I especially love the turkey artichoke panini, and the desserts taste phenomenal (and are also beautiful to look at! A+ on presentation).

Everything is made in house! Even the bread they use is homemade and it definitely shows! I cant wait to go back to try everything else on the menu! It all looks and sounds so delicious!

The food here is absolutely wonderful. No complaints whatsoever. Delicious, and reasonably priced. The service, however is sometimes slow and lacking.

This is the go to lunch stop for my wife and I. I have a few faves on the menu, but the specials are so good it can make deciding difficult. Great coffee drinks hot or cold as well, and don’t forget to grab some dessert to go.

Food was great and reasonably priced. The waiter was efficient but lacked personality and social skills needed for and establishment to feel welcoming. I would say it was like being served by a robot. The guy could have been having a bad day and someone may not showed up for a shift. Regardless one must put on a happy congenital face and attitude. The f ood was good and tasty .

Wonderfully sweet guy. Always gets my order right. If I forget to say decaf, he clarifies to make sure I get what I want. Very good coffee. Extremely smooth decaf. Beautiful cupcakes.

I’ve only been to this store once because both times the service was horrible. The owner was very impatient with me and acted like he didn’t want me there. He got my order wrong, two times. I felt too awkward to have him fix it the second time so I left unsatisfied. I asked for more clarification about the coffee because I was still getting into coffee and he didn’t want to answer my questions. The tables were filled with dirty dishes and the overall experience was awful. Very disappointed in this place because I had so many people telling me how excellent it was.

If you are looking for fantastic food that is made on site then look no further. From breakfast to lunch to dessert there isnt anything that doesnt make you want to come back over and over. And you cant leave a review without talking about the cupcakes...OMG Amazing Jumbo Cupcakes with rotating flavors weekly. Its a must visit place when you are in Downtown Cape!

Dont expect any friendly customer service. The guy that works there makes you want apologize for ordering something.

One of my favorites for lunch 🤩 Everything is delicious and the service is great.

I actually went to eat lunch there one time with my family(from Cape and St. Louis), and it was beyond unpleasant. Lets start with the fact that the owner/server didnt feel the need to change out of his pajama pants even though it was noon. Asking them for anything, like more to drink or what comes with this dish, and they act like you just asked them to help you move. When ordering, be prepared to settle with your 2 - 3 option as they never have all the things on the menu. And last, but not least, the food was mediocre at best. Not even close to being worth the money.In conclusion, if you are a fan of horrible attitudes and crappy food, then this is your place.If not, do yourself a favor and go to Cup n Cork..or anywhere else in town really.

I go here every Wednesday and the coffee and food never disappoint! Plus Wednesday are half priced coffee drinks. I love it and reccomend it to everyone

Ive here a couple of times-- food always good-- service definitely is not the best-- friendliness- NO!!-- Took my Mother and Sister yesterday--- food OK--- service horrible-- no desserts-- floor and tables were dirty and we were the first customers-- very disappointed because I had bragged how good it was!!

My mom and I wanted to try this place, and we arrived an hour before they were to close. We just wanted coffee and were looking over the menu and an employee (or manager?) came and literally snatched the menus from our hands and said you cant order because were closing. and we were very confused and offended by his manners.I have never been back and I dont plan to.

This is one of Capes best places to eat. I may be a bit biased (one of the owners is my brother, the other is a great friend), but I love eating there. The atmosphere is very relaxing and the food is always fresh (believe me, Ive watched Albert make it from scratch in the kitchen). As for Allens breads and sweets, they are to die for. Not only does he bake the sandwich bread, but his handmade cakes, cookie, cupcakes, and other pastries are available right there for dessert. Or if you want a great party treat, you can pre-order and Allen will make something special just for you. It truly is an amazing café.

Italian Salad was huge (enough for two) and delicious.
