The employees are always friendly and helpful, but the selection in the store is much smaller than what is online. I know that is usually the case, but I went in last week and it looks like they might either be closing up shop or they are clearing a lot of space for new inventory. Either way there wasnt much in the store.

You guys have all the best stuff when it comes to popular items. I really wish you guys would have more customers because you guys deserve it, but Im pleased Ive found what I wanted here compared to where I live.

The store was very clean and the associates were very helpful. They only allow so many people in the store due to COVID restrictions but the employee was extremely friendly and apologetic about it. My teenagers love this store.

Was a fantastic shopping experience I love the lady that wore the complete Billie eilish ensemble. She was extremely helpful and very polite.

Wonderful employees whom are extremely helpful and kind. Offers many items found online, but it is significantly smaller than other Hot Topic stores, very thankful I have a Hot Topic close by. When they did not have an item found online they ordered it right away and made it a very quick and painless process, love the place love the workers. Worth a 6/5 stars.

I dont normally shop at hot topic, but I never really have a bad experience. They help me if I have questions. They tell me about sales that will help me save money. Cool people.

It was a good hot topic u was trying to decide where to buy a shirt or funko I was greated and was offered help right away and told about the sale they had . Only complaint I had was right before picking an item the cashier asked what I wanted then told me the sales and I tried paying with cash and my card and the cashier didnt know how to nor asked another employee how she would let me pay with both
