I LOVE this place. The workers are super friendly and helpful. They have awesome ideas on display and a great selection of tiles and they let you take samples home, no problem. I cannot say enough about how great this place is!

I walked all around looking for someone to ask for information about backsplash tile. A clerk was at the desk area talking for a VERY long time to a man (customer? friend?). She never acted like she even saw me even though I walked by several times. I just got tired of wandering around and headed for the door. As I was leaving a woman who I hadnt seen in a small alcove leaned over and said that she hadnt seen me. Maybe not. But surely she heard me picking up things and moving stuff around. . . I doubt that I will return, but thats OK since they dont seem to need customers.

The Remodeling Room, seems to have the largest inventory of residential & Commercial flooring between Saint Louis and Memphis.They have an awesome show room, and the staff very well educated on their products.
